Re: Away from the craziness (open)

Hawthorne couldn't help but heave a small sigh of relief. She was mildly embarassed that her stiff behavious caused the girl to leave, but she really couldn't help herself. Carefully she chewed on her lip ring, seemingly deep in thought. Finally she shook it off, wringing her hands a bit in the process, before turning away from Jun-Bo.

"I apologize for my behaviour. It was unacceptable."

She knew the way she was around lots of people wasn't right, but she was so uncomfortable.

*As the lass walked off and left. He raised a hand and waved to her once and smirked lightly. His eyes looked to Merciah as the man was still moving off. As such his eyes looked over to the lass and he smiled lightly squaring off toward her as she turned around and started to speak. He stepped closer and lifted his hand up to the top of her hair while she was not looking and ruffle it up nice and good. Making sure it would take at least a a good amount of time to strighten it back out.*

"It is not a probelm, we will just have to teach you to be more calm around people then you currently are. I think that will come with the training I give you."

*He chuckled as he pulled his hand back from her hair, not that it was a rat mess. He chuckled with a huge grin.*

Re: Away from the craziness (open)
Hawthorne nearly jumped through the roof when Jun-Bo's hand touched her head, and, since she wasn't used to friendly contact, she wasn't quite sure what he was doing at first. When she figured it out though, she backed away from the boy with a fierce look in her eyes. He was laughing!

"I can't believe you just did that!"

It was long hair, so for it to be a real rats nest was a craziness. She desperately dragged her fingers through her hair for a few minutes, before turning back to glare balefully at what she thought had been a friend. With as little warning as she could muster, Hawthorne jumped at Jun-Bo, in an attempt to tickle him in revenge.

She had never really had a sense of play, but she knew his actions demanded retaliation of some kind, and this was her best defense. Her and Lily used to have tickle wars all the time, back before she got sick . . .

For a moment a flash of sadness flickered across the girl's eyes, before she abandoned her thoughts and focused on the real goal, paying Jun-Bo back for messing up her hair!

*He was still chuckling when she said she could not believe he just did that and he had jsut long enough to fiegn ignorance and give her a look that just bespoke "what". Then he was laughing again and watching her fix her hair. By the time she finished with her hair he was just standing there smirking. He wanted to see what she would do not that he had messed her hair all up.

He laughed once as she lunged for him, he spun hard to the left much quicker then a human should be able to do. He smiled as he lunged by him. He did take note of the sad look on her face for a moment, but he had no way of knowing what it was about so he had no way of approching the topic.*

"Ah come on is that the best you can do?"

*Yes he was taunting her lightly. He figured she was full of enough fire for him to get some fun out of the match, besides he did say he would teach her. And her learning how to tag him was a good start.*

Re: Away from the craziness (open)

Hawthorne furrowed her brow in disbelief as he slipped away from her. The boy was fast! It was hard to believe, but now she was into the game. Sometimes she was so simplistic, and it had been so long since she had had fun. She got completely caught up in the playful nature of her partner. And then he taunted her.

"You're slipperyer than Brother Nigig when the spring fever hits."

She actually laughed, it was a small sound, like a light breeze on a set of wooden wind chimes, as if it didn't get used that often. Then she leapt at Jun-Bo again, the fact that her hair was still messy totally flown from her mind.

*He could tell she was starting to relax and act more playful, almost like she was having fun. Then she laughed lightly, it was a nice sound, one he planed to hear more of. He laughed and litterly leaped up into the air and flip twisting his body over her head landing behind her as easily as if he was as light as a feather.*

"Come now you will have to be faster then that, or more clever if you plan to catch me. Other wise I will just be staying ahead of you. And your hair will never be avenaged."

*His improved reaction was making this far easier for him then it ever would be for her. If this was a real combat he could have ended it by now, but this was not combat it was meerily a game of tag.*

"Come now are you getting tired?"

Re: Away from the craziness (open)

Truth be told, Hawthorne was starting to look a little flushed, the high colour spreading over her face. When she wasn't so pale Hawthorne didn't actually look so bad, since the tinge of redness his her acne. Her grey eyes were flashing a dark, stormy colour as the enjoyment of the moment caught up with her.

She couldn't believe th emoves Jun-Bo was pulling, leaping above her head and such. His movement style was almost super-human to her eyes. With every movement her opinion of the boy was rising, she could actually relax around him, after all.

Thinking carefully, Hawthorne feinted right, before pouncing at Jun-Bo from the left side. Not the cleverest trick in the book, but not the oldest either.

"I'm not giving up yet!"

*He noticed the color in her face and how she seemed to be having fun. He smirked lightly and continued to move around her with ease. As she went to to fient he stopped dead in his track so quickly it almost seemed like he was frozen. Where he stopped made it so she pounced just to his right. He stuck out his arm to catch her with it.

His smile was warm and truthfully. He was having fun. He hoped that he could catch her and get a moment of tickling her. If it worked out he would get her for a mintue or two then he would see what came next.*

"This is fun."

Re: Away from the craziness (open)

Hawthorne made a small "oof" when she encountered an arm as she pounced right. He hadn't moved! She hadn't expected him to stop so suddenly, or to anticipate her change in direction. She dangled there, slightly off balance, and raised enquiring eyes up to his face.

"I thought I was supposed to catch you?"

She had a wide grin on her face, something she hadn't done in awhile. Her breathing was a little heavier than usual, as she was unaccustomed to the amount of exertion she had just exhibited. But it was so fun . . .

*He grinned as she hit his arm. He looked to her as she questioned him. He answered her by trying to find her ticklish spot on her ribs. His fingers worked deftly to cover the ribs looking for the spots where she was ticklish. His voice was full of joy.*

"Your in for it now."

*He shifted his feet so that way he could keep up with her if she tried to get away. He was not sure how long he was going to try and tickle her, but figured he would get a good amount in so that way she would be in a good mood. Not that she was not already, but he could make it better.*

Hawthorne wiggled to and from as Jun-Bo tried to find her ticklish spot. There weren't many, not on her ribs at least, but then his deft fingers found the place between her third and forth ribwhich let out that wooden wind shime chuckle of hers again. Startled by the fact that she was again laughing, as much as by the fact that he had found her ticklish spot, Hawthorne tried dropping all her weight against his arm in an effort to get him to release her, She wasn't a skinny girl, so this particular tactic had worked in the past.

*When she dropped all her weight he just bent over and moved his body with her. He did not stop abusing her ticklish spot. He laughed as he continued to tickle her.*

"I doubt you will, but please try."

*He liked how she was trying to get away. Also is was interesting the way she figured it would be easier to drop then to pull away.*

"You are going to give in. Come on give in."

*He grinned as he continued to attack her ticklish spots.*

Re: Away from the craziness (open)

Despite the giglling and the squirming, Hawthorne began to blush as the position she and Jun-Bo were in ecame more and more intimate. As he bent his body over, to compensate for her dropping her weight, his body was completely pressed up against her back. It was starting to make Hawthorne uncomfortable again, which could be noticed through a slight stiffening along her spine, and perhaps a slight hollowness to her laughter.

It wouldn't be enough for most people to notice, for the signs were subtle, but an observant person would be able to detect them no problem.

Hawthorne was having trouble breathing now, from all the laughing, as well as from the close proximity of another human being, and she wasn't quite sure what to do about it. Unsure and insecure, she tried to wrench herslef out of Jun-Bo's grip.

*When her breathing became odd to his ears, he quickly stopped tickling her and just lowered her to the ground lightly, her wrenching made it more diffcult for him to make it gentle but he did his best. He tilted his head looking down at her. It was unknown wither he had noticed that she did not like him being so close, but either way she had a foot and half between them now and he was smirking down at her. His hands did still rest on her sides. If she moved to remove his hands he would move them away easily enough, but for now he just smirked down with an evil grin.*

"Got you and you did not get away."

*He listened to her breathing to see if it returned to normal. He was not worried about her at this time, but if it did not start to return to normal soon he would be soon.*

Re: Away from the craziness (open)

Hawthorne was desperately trying to get ahold of herself. Despite the threat her mind tried to find in his words, she knew that he wouldn't hurt her. Now it was just a matter of getting herself under control. He was very close now, and her breathing wasn't slowing. She felt trapped beneath him, and she hated herself for it. Any normal girl would be thrilled to find herself in this position with a strong, handsome fella. Especially a girl like her. She knew, despite his protestations otherwise, that she wasn't that attractive. That she was fat, and plain, and had an acne problem. That was what the piercings were for afterall, to distract everyone's attention from that fact.

Again she tried to control her breathing, as well as attempting to quell the terror that was trying to well up in her eyes. She would not let him see her fear. She would never let anyone see it again, if she could help it. She felt she had done a pretty good job of it up to now. She took one last gulping breath and felt the pressure finally leave her lungs. She was proud of herself, she had conquered it all on her own. The tenseness and horror melted out of her body as she looked up into Jun-Bo's fabulous eyes.

She was suddenly much more comfortable than she had been in a long time. Now that the first wave of fear had passed, she felt safe. After all, he said he would protect her. She smiled up at him, all flashing white teeth and happiness.

"Maybe you got me this time, but next time I'll get you."

She leaned forward to give him a little peck on the tip of his nose, and then tried to squirm out of his grip.

*He grinned as she spoke then leaned up and kissed his nose. He was not sure what to do about that, but did not want to make her feel uncomfortable. So he scrunched up his nose and chuckled lightly. He looked like he did not mind and was comfortable. He tilted his head and then took ahold of her arms. He strighted his back stright up as he lifted her off her back. He displayed the brute strength he had, by lifting her with only his back. He did not even have to use his arms to help.

He set her on her feet and then ruffled her hair with a smirk. He seemed like he was having fun. With a snicker he turn to move off. He stopped after a single step and looked back.*

"Lets see you catch me."

*With that he took off running with a smirk. He was not moving all that fast. Since he was pretty sure he could leave her in the dust since he ran alot.*

Re: Away from the craziness (open)

She couldn't believe it . . . he had just lifted her over his head. She knew she wasn't that light, so his feat of strength really impressed her. She had only been picked up a couple of times before in her life, but this didn't bring on any of the insecurities the past times did. In fact, she was feeling completely at ease, and that was rather unnatural for the girl.

Then he ruffled her hair again and she just sighed. It seemed she was just going to have to deal with the mop being a mess around this boy. Why did he like doing that so much? And then - and then he challenged her again! Did he never run out of energy? Perhaps he hadn't realized she was slightly overweight . . . Oh well. She was never one to back down from a challenge, if she was sure to lose.

Taking a deep breath, she took off after him, as fast as she could. Maybe she could catch him if she sprinted, sometimes she surprised herself when she really had to.

*He saw her take off after her and with a smirk he paced him self to stay just out of her reach. Maybe she had not noticed, but he was as fit as a man could get. He was litterly in better shape then most underwear models. When he got playfull he would often ran his partner in fun out of breath or even ran them to pain. If they were going to try that hard.*

"Come on. You can keep up. But the question is can you catch me?"

*His voice was full of laughed. He was having a blast. Always did when he was able to make other join him in fun. He was showing his younger side in doing this.*

Re: Away from the craziness (open)

He always seemed to be laughing at her. Strangely, she tended to want to laugh along though. There was nothing mocking in his laughter, not like so many others. His subtle jibes encouraged her to pick up the pace. She wanted to be able to catch him, even though she was pretty sure it was out of her reach.

She was out of shape, and it was telling already. Her face was quickly turnin a bright red from the added exhertion, but she kept up the pace as much as possible. Her breath was a little heavier now, but she didn't give up. He was just out of reach. She felt that if she could just put on that much more speed . . .

Searching deep within herself, she found just a little bit more adrenaline, hiding in a corner somewhere. She could have answered him, but hoped that her smile was enough. She picked up the pace just a little bit more, but knew that she couldn't hold it up more than a minute or two. Maybe it would be enough . . .

*He grinned and then with out notice he switched direction with a smirk. He did nto slow down. He just made a ninty degree turn to the right and keep going. He snickered as he ducked out of her reach and moved on.*

"So close. Come on you can do it."

*He smirked as he continued to move swiftly away from her. Though he continued to try to keep her just out of reach.*

"Come I think you got it in you. You can get me."

*He chuckled as he moved. If she looked to him, he would have noticed that he had not even broken a sweat yet.*
