Re: The Quest for Murasame
Kobita watched quietly as things happened around him. He thought for a minute how in the world he just decided to go to China. It wasn't one of the better choices he's made. He wasn't really supposed to leave the school. If his family found out, he'd be in for it. He then remembered that Hadu was here now, making the situation all the more dangerous.

He then saw Akai and the thought vanished from his mind and was replaced with wonder as to how he managed to seemingly pop out of mid-air. On second thought however, he realized everyone, excluding him, had a habit of popping out of nowhere.

"All right, let's see, that makes a total of..." Flojo began counting people to order airline tickets, "five tickets to Hong Kong. Unless we get another companion... And, you won't have to worry about tickets or accomadations. I'll take care of that,"

Flojo turned back to the computer and began clicking busily as Kenshin opened his mouth to answer V's question.

"Does it really matter who I am?" he asked coolly, not really caring whether or not V replied; he was done with her now. He turned and walked out of the library, knowing that Flojo would probably expect him to show in China as well, and also knowing that he probably would.

Re: The Quest for Murasame
Kagomi simply watched the people gather around Flojo, moving out of the way so they weren't bothered by her presence. Everyone seemed to be in such a rush to join him. She smiled weakly, though only for ehrself as the samurai knew no one could see her. She felt a little left out as always, but then again, she didn't know if she had any reason to be let in. Alex...he was her key to being noticed. He was the key for anyone to get noticed, but especially important in her case. Without him, she was just another spirit in the wind. The young girl then quickly scurried up close to Flojo and whispered into hsi ear, staying invisible the whole time.

"If you don't mind, I would like to have a ticket too, please. I..." she said, the paused as she blushed. She wasn't sure he would understand her inner struggle with identity at the moment. "I-I-I just do...Please?"

"Then again, wouldn't you thinking already be thought out, so that your thinking is involved in what you'll do? So that means if you didn't think then you wouldn't get to the same conclusion as you would if you thought about it, right? Oh well, best not to think about thinking about thinking, you think so? Well, I still say not thinking is the best way to think!" -Alex Summers, thinking about thinking

Re: The Quest for Murasame
While Kagomi was invisible to Flojo's eyes, he knew Kagomi could see him quite well. Thus, he replied simply by inclining his head a bit and pulling it back: a simple nod. He clicked a bit more, and soon there were six tickets in his shopping cart, ready to be printed and go out to the people they'd been bought for.

Flojo hesitated for a moment, making sure he had everyone's ticket ready. He turned around in his seat and recounted quickly, then turned and began clicking again...

When Flojo was speaking, that caught Akai's attention. Those pale's lifted and rested right upon him, with a newly perked interest Akai walked over towards - it was a casual motion, the book, was shifted from one hand to other as he leaned forward, bandaged finger tips pressing against the desk's top that supported to the computer monitor.

"You're all going to China and you're springin' for it?" His eyes almost seem light up as while staring at the screen and not Flojo, the desire to touch the screen, the impulse, the rush, it was almost to much for him to control. "If you got room for one more, I'm game!"

Amberhad taken back to the table, reading through the books again. The winged girl was starting wonder if maybe she should've been more...careful in unwittingly having Alexander and V join in Flojo's quest. She pressed her forehead against the book.

I should work on being more considerate...

The girl glanced over at Akai; where did he come from, she had not a clue. All that she knew was it seemed he was going to China too, or wished to go. It would not be a bad trip, she thought to herself, she knew a few of her friends were going. There was also an oppourtiny to try and know a few new people as well.

The girls eyes returned to the book, reading over the legends.

Re: The Quest for Murasame
Alexander felt out of place amongst the others in the now un-quiet library. His eyebrows raised and fell as he further listened to the conversations. More people seemed to sign on to this field trip, which made him a bit nervous. He was very much a new kid, and an outsider to most of these people. He looked for a familiar face that was the Nephilim.

Alexander approached Amber. He leaned in and spoke with a staccato cadence. His speech reinforced his nervous body language and behavior since being revealed as a snooper. "So I am being taken to China? Have you even ever been to China? And who are these people anyways?"

Re: The Quest for Murasame
Does it really matter who I am?

The boy walked out as soon as he asked the question. Some might be flustered. Or flushed. Or angry. Or hurt. Genevieve, well, it's anybody's guess. "Hmm." She watches Kenshin leave; glances, briefly, at Amber and the turbanned boy who looks as though he's about to have an epileptic fit. Enter Akai, enthusiastic about the (apparent) field-trip.

And then, because Flojo is apparently too distracted by ordering the tickets to give a departure date (and who wouldn't be, what with ghosts and ninjas popping out of the woodwork), V drifts closer to the computer in order to look over his shoulder, and see what date he has plugged into the computer.

ooc: er, sorry, didn't realize it was me. heh.

daedelus entered the library, and sat in a chair beside the masamune apprentice. so, i hear that you are on a quest for a legendary sword. May I come with you? there may be monsters along the way that you need help dispatching, because after all before my exile i was the best slayer that my kind knew of. so may i come with you? if not to kill things then to get some of this "Treasure"?

ooc: Psst. Granom; this thread has been closed for quite a while, and Flojo already has his four players. (points to title of the thread) Sorry, man.
