We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Ness mouthed to himself, "someone who wants to hurt you?" but answered her with gentle eyes, "It's fine. When--or even if--you're ready to tell me, I'll be here waiting," and puts an empathetic hand on her shoulder, letting her take any comfort she still needed from him, just by being close together. At the sound from the chair by the door, he guiltily removes his hand and looks down...
Once he sees Yakoutio, his expression turns to one of anger, his lips becoming a thin hard line, but you can see that he berates himself quickly, and tries to take a deep breath, but groans and clutches his side for a long moment. When he looks back up, his face becomes one of compassion as he looks at Yakoutio, hoping he hasn't hurt him too badly, though he's still glad he was able to return him to his senses.
As Yakoutio indicates that he wants to talk to Amber privately, Ness puts his hand over hers, and squeezes it before nodding, understanding if she felt the need to talk with this boy (who's name he doesn't yet know) without Ness present. "If you need me, I'll be here. If you need me urgently, call out and I'll come," Ness says, a promise to Amber, but his eyes remain on Yakoutio.

Amber looked over her shoulder at Yakoutio and then she glanced down at Ness's hand resting on hers. It wasn't much as a suggestive manner as it was comforting, but she didn't need it. Yakoutio wanted to talk. She nodded and bowed her head to Ness.
"Rest."
Amber hopped off the side of the bed, her heels made a light clack against the floor. She picked up something off the sidetable and she slipped it into her pocket on her dress before she walked over to Yakoutio. Silent, wary...she had to be that way around the young boy, especially now that that being inside of him was much more prominent.

The second Amber approached him Yakoutio grabbed her and stepped outside not forgetting to give Ness a cold look as they walked out, he walked across the corridor and for a bit before sighing and leaning against the nearest wall looking very stressed out and worried.
“Please Amber, for me, just, don’t even begin to tell anyone about that” He said finally keeping his voice down and glancing behind him one eye at the door in case Ness was listening in, “He’s killed before, he would be furious if he knew I was talking to you right now but I have to just to warn you, don’t, just don’t let anyone even suspect that something is wrong, please Amber, I can’t bare to see you hurt and I’m afraid that if you do something wrong it. The demon will force me to kill you”.
Yakoutio turned around and leant back against the wall sliding down slowly before putting his head in his hands twitching for a while before crying once again.
“I can’t do anything to stop the demon” He cried, “I try to help myself from attacking the students but he’s ripping me apart from the inside and nobody will believe me”.

Amber looked at the boy, her face expressionless at first. She felt for Yakoutio, really. She remembered the first few days she met him. The demon's prescense inside was growing, dominating more and more with each passing day. Amber felt helpess, not sure of how to exactly help the boy. Demon possession was something she was not an expert at outside of religious and cultural practicies.
His tears were real, and she truly wanted to believe it was Yakoutio telling her that he wanted to stop himself. That is was his tears alone and not the being that was inside of him.
"I don't know what to do with you anymore Yakoutio..."
Amber wrapped her arms around the boy, hugging him gently. She hated to see someone cry, especially when she knew the person well enough.
"I've never told anone about your situation, and you know I wouldn't. You gotta be strong Yakoutio. I don't know what's going on with you, but I'm not sure what I can do to be anymore of help to you. Until there is such a way, you have to fight that thing inside of you, for the sake of other people's lives around you..."
The winged girl brushed a hand through his hair, comforting as she could be and always has been.

Nodded over and over again as he continued to cry in Ambers arms, the way she attempted to comfort him was helping but he felt hot all over and totally restless, he wanted to be strong, he had to be strong to protect those around him but the stress of everything was too much for him, he knew he was young, he thought that he could act past that but he couldn’t, he was still a boy, he wasn’t ready for all that was thrown upon him.
“I am trying” He sobbed, “I’m trying I’m trying, but I can’t focus on anything anymore, it’s too much”.
He continued to cry in Ambers arms shaking softly, Amber would also notice that his body heat had risen particularly high and his skin was very pale.

The winged girl stopped in mid-sentence. She can feel the shift in body temperature, and looking down at the small boy in her arms, she realized his skin was pale. Amber brushed her hand through his hair again, once more before her gentle voice asked:

Looked up at Amber with tears in his eyes making him look very sad, one eye drooped and his mouth hung slightly open though shaking his head he closed his mouth and eyes burring his head into Amber’s arms.
“No, I feel sick” He replied sadly, Yakoutio had actually developed a sudden fever, he had had a headache ever since the fight had ended and the dizziness he thought was due to the knock to the head but apparently he was becoming very ill.
“And just a week before my birthday” He sobbed.

Amber's hand touched his forehead, checking the boy's temperature. Too hot, that was never a good sign; and what a hell of an early birthday gift.
"Let's go get you to lay down, okay?"
She then slung Yakoutio's arm over her shoulder and opened the door of the clinic and led Yakoutio to an empty bed. She glanced over at Ness for a moment, shot a reassuring smile and tried to get the small boy into the bed.
"Lay back and relax for now, I'll get you some water."

Ness sees Amber rush in with Yakoutio, and saw that the boy was still wounded from when he had hit the ceiling and then the floor, with a raw wound of scarlet where he had been hit.
"What's wrong?" he asks Amber, and after hearing about the fever, he curses himself. "Damn it, how could I have done such a thing to such a young boy? Well, the least I can do is make sure it heals cleanly, and that there's no infection." he says to himself under his breath. He sighs slightly, and forces himself off the bed with a wince and shuffles closer to where Yakoutio is on the bed. "Shh, the pain from the wound will soon be gone," he tells Yakoutio softly as he puts his arm on the boy's own. His arm slowly becomes sand, and begins to stick onto the boy. Time freezes for Yakoutio, and more and more of Ness's body becomes sand, until the boy is completely covered with sand--there seems to be no way that someone could breathe through the layers of sand.
Some blood and bits of bone fall to the floor, as the pieces of Ness that hadn't healed back into his body fall down onto the floor, marking it with red splatters. After a few minutes, the sand slowly gets off of Yakoutio, and becomes man-shaped again. Ness quickly picks his fallen robe off the floor, and forces himself into it, still breathing hard, while turning away from Amber so that she should not see his nakedness, and hopes that she doesn't look at him, before climbing back into his own bed and resting softly. For Yakoutio, no time has passed since the sand first made contact with him. However, where his wound once was is fresh skin, as smooth as a baby's--it looks as though there was no wound there in the first place. Ness doesn't know if he's healed the fever--it might be from stress, or a chemical inbalance in the boy's body--but what's certain is that it won't come from the wound Ness had dealt him.

Yakoutio laid on the bed silently, his head was spinning and throbbed badly as a terrible migraine had sprung out of the blue, various small dots flickered in front of his eyes as he tried to focus in his sick daze. His stomach hurt, not only did it feel like he was going to throw up but he felt like he had just been stabbed through the stomach by Vash’s sword, which wasn’t the nicest of feelings. He felt hot, but was shivering and sweating at the same time making him unsure of whether to pull the sheets on top of himself or not, though the irritating feeling they caused persuaded him not to.
Suddenly he saw Ness, the boy he had been forced to punch by Pytho, walk up next to him looking like he was up to something that Yakoutio didn’t know about, he hated receiving help from anyone but in his position he didn’t have the power to do or say anything. He was shocked and a little bit scared to see Ness turn into sand above him but as it settled on him he grew to accept it as a feeling of total tranquil peace overwhelmed his senses, for that brief second the horrible pain left his body for what to him seemed like hours, though he didn’t care, all he could think about was the feeling of peace which had been missing from him for so long.
As Ness left his body he simply laid still on the bed, he didn’t speak, he didn’t move, all he could think about was that one brief moment, then horrifying agony swept over him.
“My stomach” Yakoutio moaned, “I’m going to be sick…”
Suddenly Yakoutio leant to one side dropping to his knees over a strangely empty cleaning bucket and threw up, he continued to do so as he convulsed on the floor in an attempt to get rid of it all, finally after it had ended he remained facing the bottom of the bucket unable to move, sweat dripped from his forehead into the bucket mixing with the vomit.
“Amber… why is my sick mostly blood?” He asked, his voice trembling in fear of the current situation.

As Yakoutio goes down, Ness kneels beside him, and holds the boy as he vomits into the bucket, his mouth a thin hard line, his eyebrows knit in concern. At his current level, his sand could heal wounds that came from outside, from infections, from cuts, wounds ... but things that were deeper, things that were on a more emotional, mental, or spiritual level ... those things he had no control over, and no way to help. Knowing that he knew next to nothing of this ... force others called chi or ki other than what he believed it to be, he simply looked at Amber, hoping that she had an answer to Yakoutio's question. "It's doesn't look like it's a purely physical problem," he says to both of them, and hangs his head sadly. He might have been able to give the boy a moment of comfort, and moment without pain or sadness, one of feeling as though one belongs and is needed, where one is held gently and yet firmly in a loving cocoon of sand, but unfortunately that moment had passed, and Yakoutio would have to face his own demons on his own--unless he was willing to request help. Ness hoped he would, since he wanted to help the boy, but he in no way would force help upon him.

Amber momentarily watched Ness try to work his sand-magic, a bowl of cool water and a small towel in her hands. It would be a fruitless effort, she thought to herself sadly.
"I'm not sure Yakoutio..." she answered him, her voice carrying her sadness.
Yakoutio had been living with that damaging creature inside of him, and little by little it had been eating away at him for who knows how long. Amber truly felt for the boy, she knew what that darkness was inside of him but there was little she or Vash (the only two who could know such troublesome things) could do for him.
She wouldn't lose hope entirely but it did look bleak. The winged girl made her way over to Yakoutio, placing the bowl of water on the small table between the beds and dipped the towel in cool water. How strange that she had been so calm about it all...maybe that was the mask she put on to hide her worry.

Ness cups his hand, and puts it into the water, and brings his cupped hand towards Yakoutio's mouth, so that he might rinse the vomit from his mouth. His long white fingers stand out sharply against the color of the floor and bucket. He keeps a hold on one of Yakoutio's shoulders, steadying the young boy, his arm comforting and soothing. Should the boy drink from his cupped hand, he helps him up, and looks at him with gentle eyes. "Feeling better now?" he says with a soft smile, hoping that he's feeling better without the taste of sick in his mouth. He then looks helplessly at Amber, with an expression on his face that says, "What can I do to help?" as he helps Yakoutio back to the bed, wincing a few times as he stretches the places where he himself is wounded.

Despite his current situation and the sickening pain pulsating inside his body the help from the others really seemed to help, not that their touches were healing but because the knowledge that they were there to help him was comforting, especially the person who had put his arm around him to help him up to the bed, he stepped up to it and levered himself on top so that he sat on it, now he could see who had their arm around him, it was Ness. Yakoutio sat on the bed glaring into his eyes for what seemed like an eternity.
“Get off” He growled pushing the boys arm off of him lying on top of the bed and pulling the covers on him, he shivered inside the bed despite its warm insulation.

Ness allowed the boy to push him away, even though he knew that while comfort--at least from him--was not what the boy wanted, it was what he needed, as shown by his enjoyment of the simple act of being put an arm around. Well, he'd be here should the boy change his mind and decide that he needed someone or something ... or should something go wrong, he could at least keep him in stasis until someone who could handle him came by. He smiled to himself a little, happy that his healing had helped somewhat--if Yakoutio had enough strength to push him away, then he was at least stronger than when Amber had brought him in. He motioned to Amber to come closer, and whispered in her ear, "Hold him for a while--I'd do it, but..." he shrugged, and motioned that Yakoutio didn't want any comfort from him. He knew that that was what Yakoutio needed right now--the comfort of a warm body near his own, giving him unconditional love, at least for a little while, and he also knew that had Amber not been there that he would have held the young boy himself, whether he wanted it or not--he needed it, and that's what mattered.
And so he slowly hobbled back to his own bed, and collapsed onto it, drained and exhausted not only by the healing he had administered to Yakoutio and the hobbling around the room while injured, but also by this vortex of emotions that wanted to overwhelm him, emotions he had never felt before which seemed to cyclone within him, cleaving his different preconceptions from one another as he tried to puzzle out the paradox that was Yakoutio. On one hand, he wanted to stop him from hurting others... But on the other, he wanted to help the boy, and put an end to his suffering, to give him a life of happiness and plenty, to end the loneliness and pain, the despair that seemed to follow him around, to allow him to feel as though he himself is needed and loved, wanted and worthy of loving and being loved.
He wrestled with these different feelings for a while in silence as different expressions crossed and criss-crossed his face. At the end he shrugged to himself, and decided that he'd care for the boy while he was himself, and if something happened and he wasn't ... well, hopefully that wouldn't happen, but if it did, he'd cross that bridge when he got to it. And so, he went to sleep in the bed less than half a meter away from Yakoutio, with him on one side, and Amber on the other. He reminds himself to sleep lightly, so that if anything happens during the time that they sleep, or if Yakoutio should need something, he'd be there to be able to help him.

Amber nodded at Ness and pointed to the bed, as if to say "You rest, now." Ness would flop back onto his bed and Amber could concentrate on Yakoutio. She wrung out the cooled cloth of excess water and rested herself along the side of Yakoutio's bed. The boy was still hostile towards others it seemed, but he was less hostile to her, easier to calm him down. Amber tugged down the boy's blanket and rested her hand on his forehead. Still feverish it seemed, but he was shivering; a cold sweat.
"Just relax for now okay Yakoutio?"
Amber said so gently, giving Yakoutio a small kiss on the forehead and then placing the cool cloth on his forehead. Gentle wipes to brush off his sweat. She wanted to do much more to help Yakoutio, but for the while, she was just content on comforting him right now. She had to be the responsible older sister.

Smiled back up at Amber and pulled the covers closer onto himself despite the fact that he was still shivering, he had obviously lost a lot of blood due to both the fight and what he had thrown up because he seemed quite pail though he still looked to be coping and putting on a strong face, despite the fact that inside he felt like he had been hit by his own energy shards attack.
“I’ll be fine” He replied, “I just need some sleep, Pytho’s been controlling my body a lot lately and he doesn’t sleep or eat for some reason”.

Come to think of it, she never knew the creature inside the boy had a name. Maybe she just never thought about it, after all she was not too fond of spirits that lurk within the bodies of her friends. Amber brushed her hand through Yakoutio's hair, a little damp from sweating but nothing out of the ordinary.
He's so unkind to Yakoutio's body...his soul...
"You're a tough kid...you made it this far being alive, so you just have to be as strong as you can for a little longer. We'll get him out of you somehow...but for now, try to sleep. When you get up, we can go get something to eat if you feel like it..."
The cool wet cloth she slipped back into the bowl of water by his bed. She stared at the water for a moment, small ripples formed, expanded and then became calm again.
"I'm sorry for what I said earlier Yakoutio...I was angry. I'm not anymore, okay?"

Ness rolled around away from the two, crouching deeper into his blankets before his wounds overwhelmed his conciousness and sleep overtook him. As he slept, his eyes twitched this way and that, and once he might have let out a sound that could have been taken as a sob as nightmares engulfed him, deep as he slept a sleep of the dead, which nothing could pierce.
