Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.
We have a guest book. Take a look. If you haven't taken a look yet, be sure and do so. ^_^

Oh no, Dango wasn't favoring where this was going - not one bit. She was expecting one three headed dog to come out of hell, not a dozen of them. This was just another case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
She knew her job would one day wind up getting her killed.
Dango glanced towards Knives and Evan fighting, at least they could hit those things - not like the void. But why were they after them? A couple of her wisecracks never got her in this much trouble before!
Two of the hell dogs were already surrounding her, their void like eyes empty as the saliva dripped from their formless mouths. Both of them leapt for her, opposite directions with claws and teeth bared. Dango did the only thing she could think of - she ducked.
The two hell dogs slammed right into eachother in mid air, a grunt heard from their mouths as they both landed on the ground and shook their heads in confusion. The only thing that Dango had succeeded in, was pissing them off.
They leapt at her again, but Dango wasn't so lucky this time. They tackled her to the ground, their claws tearing open at the skin of her arms as she blocked them from getting to her head. Her legs came up, both at once, and with a loud shove she drove the heels of her shoes into their lower abdomens - sending the two dogs flying towards their masters.
Blood dripped from the open wounds, now stinging as a constant reminder what had just took place. Slender fingertips reached underneath her skirt - (no, she wasn't trying to go for a show) and two throwing knives appeared in her hands.
"You basterds, you back to hell"
Dango was a better aim than anyone gave her credit for, the knives reached their intended targets and drove deeply into the flesh of the hell dogs. They collasped to the ground and Dango rushed over, bending over to retrieve her 'goods'.
*SLAM*
She was knocked down, this time face forward, her head barely missing the dog corspes. A loud scream of pain bellowed from her lips as she felt claws digging into the flesh of her back - tearing away at her leather vest - revieling the marking on her lower back - japanese lettering -
Sacrifice
Angerily Dango formed a fist, turning around sharply to send it right towards the dog's face. Stunned the dog backed off, allowing Dango to stand up and send her foot in a roundhouse kick to send the dog flying.
This wasn't any good. They kept coming, and Dango was running out of options.
"Maybe if I - "
The silver throwing daggers were set from her hands, sent sailing towards her intended targets - the owners of the dogs.
Re: Trial of Existence(two more)
Evan looked back as he saw Dango being mauled by the three dogs surrounding her. Two were down and one had given her a nasty sractch to the back, to say the least. His attention was now on the girl, trying to keep herself up in the scrap. They had seperated themselves which was not the best plan and now they were being taken out one by one. He could feel something inside him start to stir. A kindness towards humans, or simply just the need to survive?
"Forget the girl..." the voice hissed, but this would be the first time Evan didn't listen.
With a large breath, Evan charge towards Dango to try and stop the dogs from surrounding her. He could hear the sounds of battle to his side where Knives was battling ferosiously. He alos heard something less agreeable: a pack of the shadow hounds. He looked to his side only to see three dogs going to try and block his way to Dango. Now he would have to fight through them as well if he hoped to make it to the girl.
"Slide, damnit! Fool!" the voice barked at him, showing it's displeasure with Evan's choice.
Using the advise of the veteran fighter, Evan slid under the first dog that pounced at him. The dog landed flat on it's face, breaking the tusks on it's head as it made a thundering smash. The second hound was easily repelled as the boy took a large swing at the beast. Popping it right in the head, the dog fell flat onto the ground with a thump and a whine. The third one was the killer. As it came charging for him, Evan tried to jump clear over it. Unfortunately, the dog jumped as well and shoulder the boy right in the legs. He went tumbling to the ground and rolled a few feet with a loud groan. Thought he attack was fierce, he still scrambled to his feet and continued his charge.
By now, the two dogs Dango has injured were now getting to their feet. Evan's eyes almost bulged out of their sockets as he watched the two shadow hounds get ready to attack Dango's exposed back. He would need to quickly get those two dogs out of the way first if he expected the girl to survive this. As Evan charged in, he pointed towards the closest dog and a beam of dark orchid energy streaked across the gap between him and his target. As the beam connected, the dog burst into a shadowy mist and faded into the night. With his newly aquired energy, Evan rushed the second dog and attempted another pain touch attack. The dog lept at him in an attempt to counter attack, but it was all over. As the boy's fist slammed down into the dog's head, it burst into shadows, followed quickly by the rest of it. Two more gone...
"You should really watch your back." Evan commented as he slid to a stop. "We need to keep together."
"Then again, wouldn't you thinking already be thought out, so that your thinking is involved in what you'll do? So that means if you didn't think then you wouldn't get to the same conclusion as you would if you thought about it, right? Oh well, best not to think about thinking about thinking, you think so? Well, I still say not thinking is the best way to think!" -Alex Summers, thinking about thinking
Re: Trial of Existence(two more)
Just as Knives cut down another one of the demons that attacked him, something else caught his attention, something more important. The smell of blood passed through his sensitive nose, it was a scent that he couldn't forget. And what made it worse was that the dog boy realized that none of these shadow creatures actually had the ability to bleed, nor blood inside them at all. And, as Knives had not been cut yet, that only left two people: Evan and Dango. Immediately, Knives lifted his eyes from the monsters around him, to look at his comrades. He noticed Evan was fine; but Dango had a deep cut in her back. A little startled and worried, Knives quickly made the decision to return to her side.
He leapt through the air, attempting to fly straight over the dogs that were attacking him. Unfortunately, this was no good; apparently they could fly, or at least hover. Which made sense, since they had no legs and where floating in the first place; Knives was just too focused to notice. One of the dogs hit him, a tusk scraping his side and leaving a bloody gash in his flesh. With a glare, he simply slashed at the monster, slicing through its tusks straight into the head. It disappeared almost upon impact.
More of the dogs flew after him, but Knives hacked and slashed his way through the air. Unfortunately, this was not working; there were just too many of them, and he would soon be far too beat up before he even landed near Dango. Quickly, the dog boy sheathed his sword, and then held out his hands to either side of him, palms up. A bright blue light glowed on his fingernails, as they lengthened, sharpened, and hardened into claws. The glow remained, as Knives pulled both hands in, crossing them over his chest, while the hounds closed in on him. When they were just close enough, Knives slashed outwards with both hands, throwing his arms forcefully until they were on either side of him again. The move was successful; he had torn apart the many dogs in his way.
With no more in the air around him, Knives was able to land next to Dango. He backed up to her, standing on the opposite side of her from Evan, facing away, towards the dogs around them. With his claws at ready, he glared at the monsters around him; he'd promised to protect Dango, and he'd do it.

Re: Trial of Existence(two more)"You should really watch your back.We need to keep together."
"But I CAN'T, don't you understand I'm not like you two? I don't have bloody superpowers, amazing fighting skills, or anything that will take out hounds from hell!!"
Anger. It wasn't a familiar feeling to Dango. The moment yet another dog came towards her she pulled her leg up and slammed it hard towards the side of the dog's head.
"Bloody hell, I think that damn yellow brick road turned to ash! You see? In two seconds that damn hound will be right back up again. I'm going to hide."
At least she could climb. She proved that as she ran passed the stunned dog and zapped it with her stun gun before he could catch up to her. Up one of the trees she went, climbing until she was satisified.
"Go get them team!"
Striking her fist through the air, she instantely became their one on one 'cheering squad'.
Re: Trial of Existence(two more)
"What makes you think we do!?" Evan shouted up at Dango, looking away from only a second.
One of the dogs took hsi chance during Evan's moment of distraction and lept forth. Soaring through the air as if it could fly, Evan turned to see the massive shadow hound tackle him into the tree Dango had climbed up. It's claws sunk deep into his shoulders as he cried out in pain. He could feel the warm blood instantly being chilled on his shoulders as it ran down through the legs of the creature to his chest. It was so much mroe painful that it looked!
Gaining his focus for a couple of seconds more, Evan roared back at the dog, the scream ringing through the forest. Bringing his knees to his chest, the boy kicked the dog off with all the strength he could muster. Immediately after, Evan quickly chased after the dog, who was bouncing and barreling across the ground, in a mad rage. Continuing his demonic battle cry, he grabbed the dog by the scruff of it's neck and swung it back around into the tree. The large crunch sound of the dog's bones breaking gave an indication of how hard the impact was, but Evan didn't stop there. Over and over again, he just smashed the kanine into the trunk of the tree, looking like a mad man. He finally dropped his murder victim as the other hounds were hesitant to attack him after his display of pure insanity and violence. The shadowy mist wrapped around him as he turned around to face the remaining enemies, his eyes now completel glowing with the same dark orchid colour his iris usually were.
"Come here little doggies...Come out to play...Heheheh..." he beconed in an eerily calm and quiet voice, staggering slightly to one side or the other as he slowly made his way towards the pack.
"Then again, wouldn't you thinking already be thought out, so that your thinking is involved in what you'll do? Re: Trial of Existence(two more)
Knives frowned as he heard Dango's words. He had already pointed out that he wished she would have gone somewhere safe; but now that she was trapped here, he had only one option: he had promised to protect her, and he would. As he continued to slash at the dogs that came at him with his claws, he made a point to keep Dango in his field of vision: if for any reason, she would be attacked, he would know this way.
And it didn't take long for that to happen. The dogs knew she was an enemy, and would continue to attack her even as she tried to hide in the tree. As Knives's claws dug through the flesh (?) of another one of the creatures, he noticed one of them lunging up the tree in Dango's direction. Ignoring the other dogs around him, Knives bounded towards the tree. Luckily, it wasn't very far.
As he neared the tree, the dog boy kicked of the ground, leaping towards the dog that was flying upwards at Dango. He reared back his hand, tensing the muscles in his fingers, and slashed hard at it with his sharp claws; it was an easy kill, considering the creature's focus was elsewhere, as Knives tore straight through the beast's head. He continued to sail through the air, finally landing on the branch right next to Dango. Upon landing, he wobbled a bit, and nearly fell (he's pretty clumsy), but managed to stay up.
With that, he beamed at Dango. "You alright?" Then, he leapt down from the tree, returning to the battle beneath. But he stayed near the base of the tree, trying to protect his close friend, as he tore up the hounds that came near him. He barely noticed Evan's going crazy, as he focused only on fighting for himself and the girl above him at the moment; he was sure that Evan could take care of himself - he'd seen him do so thus far in the fight.

Re: Trial of Existence(two more)
Dango watched Evan with wide eyes, from above she could see everything. Evan had snapped.
"I think he is unleashing a new power - "
*wham*
The tree shook violently, and Dango looked down to see the reason why. Another damn dog trying to make his way up towards her. Those damn things just didn't give up did they?
"Damn you! Get the fuck off my tree - I was here first you know!"
Anymore of this, and Dango would be using the tree as a weapon. Though, when she saw a familiar friend coming to her rescue it appeared to be not that necessary -
"You alright?"
Dango nodded, leaning forward to give him a hug. The only problem -
The old tree branches weren't built for two people, and a loud 'crack' soon was heard as the branch broke and fell - taking both Knives and Dango with it.
Re: Trial of Existence(two more)
As Dango and Knives busied themselves with their own mishaps, Evan was clearly focused on one thing: killing. His mind had changed into something otherworldly. At first glance, it seemed to only be insanity coupled with the unique powers of the boy, but the mroe you examined it, the more it seemed not to be just that. He carried himself different. His movements, his expression, the over all feel to his presence was lacking anything Evan had displayed before.
"I just want to play..." the boy said, grinning wickedly at the now whimpering dogs. "...so that you can all experience the bliss of nothingness!"
His eyes then flamed up, purple plasma looking energy flowing beyond the top of his head and disipating a couple inches after. His hands were swirling with the chaotic energy once more as he brought them up to continue his hideous laughter. Letting his head slide back gently as he did, his figners twisted themselves into a shape more like claws than fingers themselves. The hounds began to back up in fear, knowing something was up. By then, it was simply too late.
Quickly, Evan pointed towards one of the shadowy kanines and a beam of energy connected the two in an instant. The dog fell to the ground, whimpering in pain and exhaustion as the others quickly rushed the boy in an attempt to survive. His hand was raised for a counter attack, his eyes watching the dogs intensly as he kept his beam going with one hand. The first one lept, taking to the air for a kamakazi attack at his agressor. It was futile as Evan flatened his hand and made a quick hand knife straight into the monsterous dog's face. Ripping through the hound, it misted away quickly and Evan prepared himself for the other dogs that we rushing towards him.
One after the other, each dog tried their luck with taking Evan down. His skill had increased ten fold, clearly possessed by something as the boy ducked and dodged every attack that came at him. Finally, the dog that had been getting it's energy drained disappeared in a small puff of black mist after fading away from existence. The surge of energy he gained had revitalised the boy and now he was ready to fight these monsters once more. His smile grew twisted and his eyes more wicked as he motioned for the dogs to come at him.
"Then again, wouldn't you thinking already be thought out, so that your thinking is involved in what you'll do? Re: Trial of Existence(two more)
The branch began to crack, and Knives felt himself fall a little bit. Immediately, his eyes widened, and he lost his balance, falling off backwards. As he fell, he reached up to grab the branch, hoping to stop his fall; but, unfortunately, it only made the branch snap completely. Knives let go and fell fast, Dango coming down as well. Knives blinked, and tried to think of something - Dango would be very hurt from such a fall.
He leaned his weight to one side, so that his body spun around, timing it perfectly so that when he hit the ground, it was feet first. To take away the shock of the fall, he bent his knees on impact, so that he fell to one knee. Without hesitation though, he launched himself back into the air, reaching out with his hands to wrap them around Dango's body and pulled her in against him safely.
When he landed, he set her down beside him, and his eyes immediately looked around to look where the dogs were. He blinked at that moment, and stood up straight. There were no more around him. With a frown, he turned to Evan, noticing that the entire pack had focused its attack on the other body. He blinked and tilted his head, then turned to Dango. "Uhhm...you find somewhere to be safe, I need to go help Evan."
And with that, he leapt forward, moving quickly to help Evan. The dogs didn't see him, as he was charging from the back; but he would have to make it through the crowd to reach the other boy. He reared back with both hands, and slashed through the first dog he saw, tearing into it hard - with one quick and unexpected blow, the dog misted away. Before any of the others noticed their comrade's disappearance, Knives continued to tear through, clawing himself a path to his own teammate.
Within moments, he was standing beside Evan. He spun around to face the group of dogs before him, and held his hands up, his fingers still bent in claw-like fashion. He smirked at Evan, and then looked ahead to the dogs ready to attack them. "Is there a gameplan, or do we just kill everything until there's nothing left?"
