We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Reikia shrugged, the comment completing going over her head. She believed her power wasn’t that great, and that she was feasible one of the weakest there. She hadn’t witness anyone’s power other then Knives, so she couldn’t say for certain. Her power might appear strong but couldn’t be used for frequent exercise. What is good of her power she couldn’t use after one use? She was virtually useless then, if she wasn’t out cold.
Suddenly Reikia jumped back a step, when snowman brought an attack towards Knives. She couldn’t help it; it was just pure instinct to get out of harms way. Before she had time to make another move, someone else did. Knives and an unidentified guy, obviously from her school whom she had never seen before, had swung into action.
"Rei? Nyoko? Are you two okay?"
Reikia turned hearing her name, her guard slipping a little with the distraction. She frowned at V as she replied, “Yes, why wouldn’t I be?”
It was a strange question to ask considering the assault was brought towards Knives, not to Reikia or Nyoko.

Not enough time for a warning. Too close for Knives, too damn close as the faceless snowman slammed its hand down onto an empty spot. With that and without another word, Amber was alert and her sword was drawn. Merciah leapt into action seconds as she had, knowing his strength the snowman would have much to deal with. She would have to stay close to V, Nyoko and the unfamiliar girl; that didn't mean she was going to let the Goliath snowman get away with nearly attacking a friend of hers! Since the arrival of Hyde, she had been allowing her chi to flow into her sword in case she needed to attack. Now that she was ready...
Rushing forward a few steps, Amber slashed the air with her sword and pushing as much of her chi as she could. The near-silent chi manifested into a gust of wind and shot towards the snowman.

Nyoko looked up in amazement as the snowman grew and formed in front of them. She had never seen a snowman so big or made with gold snow. But her awe was quickly turned to fright as it started to attack. Having never been exposed to violence before, Nyoko was just like a cowering little child, not knowing what to do or what exactly was dangerous. And as the others began to attack the creature, Nyoko continued to hide behind Amber and was now holding on to her because she was scared. Of course, unknown to any one of them, touching was all that was needs to use one of Nyoko's powers. And while Nyoko would notice or know at all, just by touching Amber, she was strengthening her abilities and powers.
It was enough of an increase for Amber to see a sizable difference in whatever she did, including the attack on the snowman just now. The problem was that the attacks were useless. They were after all fighting a snowman. Cutting it and slices snow did absolutely nothing because snow can just stick back together. The wind merely blew the snowman back a bit, but it did make a considerable hole that was quickly refilled. The faceless snowman then took a large step forward, his foot coming down close to Knives before he slammed his arms to the front and back of him, one aiming at Merciah and the other near at Amber and Nyoko but not attacking them.

Even with the barrage attacks from all of the fighters in the group, Knives could see that the snowman was not going to go down easily. He sighed, and his shoulders fell a little; it was apparent that this was starting to annoy him. With a frown on his face, he gripped his sword's hilt with both hands, and lifted it up once again, ready to fight. He lifted his eyes to the snowman, narrowing them, as if to let the faceless monster know that Knives was very bothered by having to fight him when he didn't feel like it.
Knives watched as the snowman's arms swung around: aimed for two of his friends. Immediately, his mind raced. Who should he save? It was an obvious decision: he didn't know Merciah at all, though he felt the other boy could hold his own. But the other of the snowman's hands was flying in Amber's general direction; and there was no way that Knives was going to let his very first friend at this school be harmed.
The dog boy leapt into the air, raising his hands over his head to do so. His muscles tensed, and his grip on his sword tightened, as he flew through the air, towards the snowman's arm. He'd timed it so that he reached the peak of his leap just above the arm, and could use the momentum of his descent to his advantage. As he fell, he swung hard downwards, attempting to slice through the snowman's arm. Knives knew it would only grow a new one back; but if the arm it was using was sliced off, it couldn't use it to hit Amber and Nyoko.
As soon as Knives hit the ground, he spun around, raising his sword to hold it threateningly towards the snowman.

Merciah sees the actions that are playing out infront of him as he fights, in an apparently useless fashion. Droppping back just as he sees the creatures next attacks. Merciah leaps into action. The one punch coming towards him seems to be uncared for. He could care less if he is hit, but other students, he can't allow that.
Seeing the snowmans arm coming at him and Knives taking care of the arm moving in Ambers direction, Merciah runs directly at the snowmans fist, ducking at the last minute to get under neath the punch and lunging hopefully through the snowmans arm, removing his other arm aswell, for atleast long enough for him to think of a way to defeat this easily regenerating enemy of theirs.
(OOC:Sorry for being absent these past few days. I was really busy with life. Also, after today I probably wont be on again untill Thursday or Friday. Again, Sorry.)

That was Amber's immediate thought while the snowman recuperated. Odd how her attack suddenly amplified out of nowhere, how she felt an extra rush of energy shot through her body like an electric current! But still, absolutely useless! Her mind raced as she tried to see what could be done...and just as she relealized there was a hand landing near her and Nyoko's general direction. Lucky for both of them, Knives had helped out.
Amber checked for Nyoko behind her and then her eyes rested over the snow. Snow...she was reminded of a page in a certain manga she liked to read.
What happens when snow melts?
"To melt...snow." She said half-heartedly, realizing the catch to that: no one had heat powers around here!

As Merciah lands from his most recent attack. He can over hear the words that Amber begins to say. That of melting snow. Looking around he ses nothing he knows of that could help, and doesn't know of anyone that might have powers dealing with heat. Seeign teh snowman continue to regain its limbs Merciah thinks of the opposite. How about turn it into ice. Alas, Merciah notices that he is at the same predicement for his idea as well. He doesn't know of anyone that has the ability to create enough water to freeze the snowman into a solid block of ice.

“What do we do, then?” Reikia asked the first one to state the obvious question. People were hinting at the subject, but no one had actually said the question out loud so far to her knowledge. She wanted to help them, but like the girl with wings had pointed out, one of their only weaknesses was heat. Her powers had nothing to do with heat and the thought of using her power now seemed somewhat dangerous.
She had the tendency to black out afterwards; and the man in the white suit made it sound that this wasn’t going to be the end of it. Only just the beginning. She could help feel particularly guilty that she wasn’t doing anything of any use; she was pretty useless in fights especially against something which her power wouldn’t obviously work against. All she could do is steer clear and wait to see what would happened.

(OOC: I was waiting for someone else to post before I had Merciah do anything. Being it took this long for one person to reply. I'll jump back in and try to do something.)
Turning to the group as the snowman brings his limbs back to his body. Them all having been removed. Though no in a way that would cause any permenent loss to this foe that they are currently facing. Merciah finally thinks of an idea. But last time he did such a thing, the sound was painful to those nearby.
Looking to the students near him Merciah speaks. "Does anyone have anything hard? Metal or wood. They both will work. It just needs to be hard."
This is where I put more of my random thoughts. :)
Has everyone heard, there have been attacks in the forest. More and more students are showing up in Mrs Hanabishi's ward by the day. What's going on. It's the talk of the school.
