We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Whats the deal with a forest. (open to fighters)
Well, it would seem that there is a problem with the forest.
And with students getting attacked, and getting hurt, it makes it hard for some students to be out late at night.
Whats making angry monster appear to attack innocent students. Nobody really knows.
X-oshi is currently on his way there to find out.
Time: 10:30pm
Location: on the way to the forest
Monsters encountered thus far: 2 (1 dead, another missing with two legs)
The moon is high, and the night is fair. You can see the stars in the sky very clearly but, they will disappear soon once in the forest.
X-oshi's dress isn't flashy tonight, all black covers his body. 1 tightly worn shirt, 1 pair of starters wind pants, and a pair of tennis shoes. (comfortable and kinda classy). He is also adorned in two black sweat bands around his wrist. Finally completing the ensemble, is a black doo-rag fixed tightly around his head.
Looking around after resting for about 5 minutes, X-oshi looks too the forest and sees the captain of the hockey team go in with his girlfriend.
"Huhh... they go get themselves hurt. He aint really gotta be trying to show off and shit."
The next events unfolded like a funny show, the girl runs out of the forest screaming without her man. She makes a bee-line towards the school. She even happens to be running towards X-oshi.
"WAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!.... please help, somebody help me please.... my boyfriend.... he was attacked!!!!"
She makes X-oshi out and she runs to him and grabs him by is chest, huffing and puffing, she begins to spit out her distress.
"Help him please... he... was attacked....by... ah.. uhh.... thing...!"
She points towards the forest, "in there."
He looks past her and at the forest. Birds begin to fly away from the trees. And a twisted sounding growl can be heard then a loud roar. The sound of bones snapping and blood curdiling even came from the area of the forest.
The girl takes off running, Back to campus.
X-oshi takes off running towards the forest.
"At least a hundred yards away till I can whoop some ass."

(OOC: Merciah isn't gonna be here 'till a bit later, but this is because I want to jpin in the thread.)
In his dorm Merciah is getting ready to go and find out what has been going on in the forest. He has encountered way to many things as of lately, and he has heard of to many things happen that have been nothing but bad news in terms of encountering the predators of the forest. Merciah takes his time to ensure that he is prepared, with nothing that might cause him problems, or get in his way, as he plans on seeing something that is either going to attack him, or be attacked by him.

Kaji once again makes his way to the forest, now decked out in his leather jacket getup with katana in hand. Once before Kaji had met the creatures of the forest, losing a good kimono and gaining a few wounds in the process of escaping and was now back to repay the favour. He hears the screams of what seems to be a girl and another stranger like before running into the Forest. "Not again!" Kaji grunts, running into the forest as well.

Datu walked around the forest, trying to get a bit of fresh air, and trying to get away from the pressures of his mission. He then sat down on a tree, sighing with peace. Right when he was feeling relaxed, a scream came into his ears, startling him. He got up, and ran in the direction of the scream. He also thought he heard something else, something worse. "Dammit, can't a guy take a break?!" he yelled in frustration. After reaching the situation, he hides behind a tree to study the situation. Crap, someone's already been killed! He cautiously looked at the creature, this is certainly one he hasn't faced before.

The forest was dark, the only light that could be seen was coming from the stars overhead and even then, they started to dwindle.
Moving swiftly over giant trees roots, he made it to a tree that towered above the rest. He stopped and shot a look straight up and began to make his way to the canopy.
When he made it, to the top he looked around, the moon was still high over his head and a soft breeze came in to run over his bare face.
X-oshi looked around to get a good survey of the land. To his suprise he saw that some trees had been knocked down and a path was formed leading towards it. Puzzled he climbed down the large tree and began running towards the opening.
The kid could have been dead, or dying. Well, whatever happened there was a problem that needed to get dealt with.

Kaji wasnt far behind, he could hear someone not to far ahead as he came upon a path of torn trees leading into the wilderness. "Here we go again..." Again it was nightfall and Kaji was back in this forsaken forest to hunt whatever it was that attacked today. With katana in hand Kaji ran at a good pace, following the trail lit dimly by the moon in hopes that no one was badly injured.

Blake had been making some food in his room when suddenly X-oshi busted in.
With deep short breaths, x-oshi proceeded, X-oshi: Your a fighter right? Yeah, you are. Meet me at the forest in two days! Be prepared! Later!
(Present night)
"Hmm..I wonder what he had been pondering on this night"
Blake thought to himself as he was putting on clothes.
Dressed and ready blake stepped out his room wearing on his head, a dark blue tiger bandana with japanese canji written on it with his hair tied back,
a dark blue cut off shirt with a Tiger emblem on the back in silver,
his Dark blue wind breakers
and his K-swisses on his feet,
on his arm he had his silver tiger bracelet that somewhat drooped over the black gloves
that were on his hands,
He had his nunchucks in his holster on his back that was strapped to his body.
"Indeed it is nice tonit....." *AAAAAAA*
In the distance he watches a distrought woman blazing
out of the forest....
"Wait the same forest that Oshi San is in!"
Blake leaps into a tree to get a better view.
"Trees to thick to stride through..." as he landed with a kneel.
"Familiar scent...Oshi san!.....On my way!
Blake takes off toward the scent picked up left by his funny smelling freind.

Before he could even think, the beast found him. The tree he was hiding behind cracked, then in another second, it came crashing down on Datu. "SHIT!" He jumped away from the tree, and threw an air blade towards the beast. After doing this, he rushed towards the victim. He still may be alive. Although inaffective, the air blade slightly slowed down the beast, which gave Datu enough time to grab the victim. He jumped up to a tree branch, then to another, and kept doing this until he lost sight of the beast. He tilted his head a bit, and, rather surprised, the beast was as fast as it was strong, keeping up with Datu at a steady pace.
He flipped to a higher branch, then frantically looked around for a way out.

OOC: sorry guys im out to sea so, I don't have a real good amount of time for the internet. Anyways the creature will be... Sammael (from Hellboy). Well will play as if they have the same powers from the movie and umm yeah... I'll keep the SL going for a while.
X-oshi understood that the clearing of trees must have been where the threat had been coming from. As he said before the problem isn't the regulars that come are in the forest. There is something driving these beast to insanity and reaching out of their normal confines for whatever need nessacary.
A jump from the tree. A successful land, and a full out sprint towards the clearing made X-oshi a excited man as he would finally be able to use his fist again...
He made it into the to clearing and began to look for signs of other strageness. He knelt down and began to pick out broken pieces of clear eggshells and skin.
"hmm, looks like we got some problems."
A shift in the trees ahead of him and X-oshi had already taken off in a full off sprint. And just as he quickly arosen had he disappeared from all senses. Edited by: xoshi64 at: 10/18/06 6:12 pm

*Having received a note from his old room mate which asked for his help and just plain and simple asked him if he was still alive, he decided it was time that he met his old room mate and what better time then when there was a battle to win. It would be like old times.
As he slid his swords into his belt he smiled and exited his room. It was nothing but a quick jog and he was out of the building. He took off running not caring that in his outfit it looked like he was heading out to a traditional Japanese war, swords and all.
His pants were red and looked more like a skirt then pants. Only when he took long strides did you notice that they were pants. His shoes were wooden shoes with two wooden raisers on the bottom to hold the bottom of them off the ground. He had placed a metal plate on the bottom between and on the inside of the two raisers. He had changed them to be like that so he could counter low slashes from swords with his shoes. His shirt was white and had large flowing sleeves. His hair was pulled back and held in place by the headband he had gotten from Jason. His belt was one of cloths that covered his entire waist. It provided him with more support and allowed him to exert more force with less risk of hurting him self. He had an outside belt over that, which he used to hold the blades, it was also cloth and looked like it was part of the first one.*
“Time to prove that I am back.”
*With a smile he ran out the side of the school and headed towards the school at a quick pace. He was close enough to the forest that when the screaming started he could hear it. It made him run full out. He did not know if it was his friend or another, nor did it matter. The balance of this place was out of order and it was his place to right that wrong.
He leaped up into the trees and ran thru the branches; since they were so close it was easy. He was about to the area where the clearing was when he noticed someone in the clearing. He smiled lightly as the voice reached his ears.
As the young man took off running he leaped out of the trees and landed not far behind the runner and keep up with the running man. He smirked as he could tell the others around easily enough thru his chi sense. Even the monster was not that hard to pick up with his sense. *
“Nothing, we can not handle of course.”
*He stated it as if it was the fact of the evening and that X-oshi already knew it and was just being silly. Then again he had not heard of all the attacks from the forest. *

Running ever closer to the sound of lumber snapping, X-oshi begins to speed up as his breaths became more apparent with his quickend pace.
"A voice... from behind..." he states
Coming to a screeching halt, he turns slowely to see a face he hasn't seen in many moons. Much like this one.
"Jun-Bo may man, whats popping?"
He says with a slight smile on his face.
Slowly his smile fades and turns into a strange, wierd, disgusted look... "What in the world are wearing?"

Sakura was was moving out to the forest, her sword hilt strapped to her thigh. The tight black leather was soft on her skin, these were her older pants. She wore a tight green vest it barely closed over her breasts. It came to just below her ribs. Her smooth pale skin was coverd in a tribal design tattoo. She moved through the forest with barely a noise her boots moving over the ground as she speeds her way through.
She happens on a group of students so she stops and watches them. She see's a few she knows and beginf to alk up. Her balck dew rag held back her hair, she had on a few shades of eyemakeup and lip glass. She waved as she moved up.

Leaving his room alone and with something other then his neutral expression on his face. Every once and awhile students see Merciah leave the dorms looking as he does. He wears his red robe at this moment. The black sash over his shoulder and the 15 rubies in it seeming to glow as though they produced light from within themselves.
He is an imposing figure right now. A few might find it almost dangerously attractive, while most though see a feirceness that is shown only due to Merciah's actually having an expression on his face. At this moment, any who spot him and knows anything about Merciah, know that whatever he is doing, he is serious about.
What exactly he might be doing. Not many are willing to risk finding out. He sometimes returns to his dorm late at night wearing exactly what he has on covered in assortments of blood, and even sometimes there are rips in his clothing. But it seems he always repairs them. As everytime he leaves wearing the clothes that were damaged the night before. They are clean and in good repair the next day.
And so, Merciah leaves the dorms and walks towards the edge of campus. Heading towards what can only be found in the forest.
This is where I put more of my random thoughts. :)
Has everyone heard, there have been attacks in the forest. More and more students are showing up in Mrs Hanabishi's ward by the day. What's going on. It's the talk of the school.

*His wooden shoes made nay a sound as he ran behind his friend. His left hand held his blades still so he would not make much sound. When his friend looked back and asked him what was up he just smiled and nodded. But only a moment later his friend stopped dead in his track as he looked at him and gawked at his cloths. He had to swiftly side step the man and keeps moving.
He could sense the monster and was figuring if nothing else he will flush the monster out to his awaiting friends. He was hoping that his friend would just do what he wanted them to do so they could get it in a pincher maneuver, but he figured that they would follow along head on attack. He keeps quiet at this time so that way the monster would not know what he had planed.
He does take the time to motion once with his head to the right, just in case his friend was paying attention enough to notice it. If not then it would be like every other fight they had gotten into and of course it would end just the same. *

X-oshi nods to Sakura as she walks up. Its been a while since he seen her in quite some time... her hair was growing back nicely. He quickly explained the situation and pointed in the area of where one of the creature had taken off.
He also took a glance in Juns direction as if something was wrong. And quickly turned back to Sakura's direction. Because he heard the snap of a twig. He saw Jun twitch as if there was something wrong with his neck.
He quickly analyzed a scenario and made slight hand gestures to Sakura, as if he was telling her to go to the left.
He then turned to back to Jun and gave him a stern look as to notify he was aware of something.
X-oshi thought to himself that the monster that took off in that direction came back this way... but there were more skilled people here than there was the monster so why fight more of us than itself... But that may not matter... who knew how big this thing was.... He looked over to Sakura... as waiting for a reply.

Sakura watches as X-oshi motions for her to go tot he left, she pulls out her hilt. She looks at Jun and smiles, she moves to the left. As X-oshi looks at her she nods and extends out the blade. She moves as quitely as she can. Her heart beat is calm, she can do this.

Sakura moved as quietly as she could, her green eyes darken with excitement. She pulls her sword out and extends the blade. She watches the others around her, this monster was formidable. As Jun Bo moved she began to focus more on the creature than the people. She wished only to cause blood to pour from anything that could hurt the students. She wondered could it be killed and who would strike first.
She moved further left, her arm hung loosely at her side, the blade ready to cause damage. She began to feel tense with need, the need to kill.

X-oshi looks at the fighters move into position. They moved a bit and silently, whatever they saw in the forest was looking back at them in the same manner. A pair of deeply off-set white color could be seen.
X-oshi changed into a defensive stance. He quickly looked to his left and noticed another pair, and intuitivly looked to the right and considered that the monsters traveled in packs.
"Shit!!!! Were fucking surrounded... Look alive, people!!!!"
As X-oshi eyes were about to turn agaze back forward of him, one of the monsters leaped out of the brush, over the head of Jun and landed, with a soft thud. Galloped quickly and tackled X-oshi, with a couple of tumbles and a quick pin, X-oshi was flat on his back. And in that split second, X-oshi was gone.
"Ugly piece of shit. Tried to fucking bite me..."
He holds up his arm as he floats upside down or rightside up...
The monster jumps and twist in the air and stands on two legs and lets out a cry and the two other monster jump from the hiding spots.
The field is three monsters and two students...
Suddenly, where X-oshi disappeared, about ten yards upward he came down on top of the monsters head with a punishing kick to the back of the monsters neck. Driving it towards the ground.
He back flips off the monsters body and lands in front of it with ease.
soon as he knew it he was falling towards the ground which
seemed like a good 5 story drop, *Thud*
finally reaching the bottom, he lands on his back on top
of a soft squishy peice of ground, *Thud-squish*
Looking up as his vision was slighly blurred, Blake noticed X-Oshi looming over him,
"Ahh! Greetings Oshi san, Ive finally found you! Is that....Ahh
Jun san....and Miss Sakura....eww what did i land in
this mud feels strange, and ask, if i may, the purpose of you
yelling Suprise Mutherfucker at me!?
Blake looked at his arm, then the ground around him and noticed blood...

Daedelus entered the forest twriling his gold dragon longsword. seeing the other students, he sheathes his sword, grrets them, and asks how he can help. but as he does this he notices blake and goes over th help him. are u ok? he asks with a concerned tone he then helps him off the ground, I am dadelus anon, you are?
