We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Searching the stars (eddy)
It is a dark night. All of the stars are out, and there is a crescent moon in the sky.
Azure was walking up the mountain, he was looking for just the right place to stop and look at the stars for 2 hours at the most as it was his custom to do. Azure walked for a while when he eventually came to a place where it was flat, yet not to rocky. The place had a some trees a big rock in the center of it, and had a patch of flowers somewhere random.
After seeing this place, Azure stopped. after walking around and exploring the area, he decided that it was the place that he would look at the stars.
"This place sure is great. I read about mountains in books but I have never had the chance to go to one. But i must say my breath is simply taken away at the number of stars that are our tonight. They are beautiful and I think I will look at them for a while."
that being said, Azure walked over to the big rock, and sat on it. He then turned his eyes up to the stars.
Ryoko had been up the mountain for a while. She'd never been there, and figured the surroundings would be a good spot to train and fight against, well, herself. Ryoko was fighting against one of her clones. They were both dressed the same, in a red singlet and black track suit pants.
The real Ryoko was throwing rapid punches towards her clone, Ryoko2. The clone was struggling to cope against Ryoko. " Are you insane Ryoko? Remember that if I get hit you'll feel it later!" Ryoko2 shouted. Not feeling the need to reply, Ryoko quickly jumped down and swung her leg for the clone's feet. Ryoko2 jumped and was greeted by a kick from Ryoko, which hit her in the stomach.
It was a harder blow than Ryoko used against herself, but for that moment she had forgotten the rule of Shadow Doppleganger: Every hit taken to a clone is brought back to the user. Ryoko watched as her clone fell and the force of the kick sent her tumbling down the mountain.

Ryoko2 flew up and landed on the same rock the boy was on. She looked to him with a smile. " Oh hey!" She said. Sighing, Ryoko flew towards the preoccupied clone, hitting her once again in the stomach with a kick. The clone was pushed back by the force and started to fall lightly. What was wrong with it anyway?
Running down the mountain, Ryoko slid on her feet slightly, reaching her hand out and grabbing the clone, standing just at the edge when she did. Bringing the clone to her feet, Ryoko looked at it. " Are you insane? You never let your guard down when we're training. You know that I don't stop." she explained. Ryoko fused back together with the clone.

He then saw whatever get kicked off the rock by something that looked like the same thing. After that he heard some talking, it was something about being crazy during training. After that he saw the same thing fall down the mountain and hit some rocks. he then heard something about that hurting and that whatever it was did not know that it would hurt so much.
" are you ok? Azure said as he jumped from where he was and went down the mountain and came to where she was.
He then helped her up. " I am Azure Zalinus and you are?" he asked with a smile.

Ryoko didn't really need help getting up, she just had to stay off her feet for a few moments because of the sudden rush. " I'm fine, totally cool." She replied quickly, not even noticing or feeling the cut across the side of her stomach. " I'm Ryoko Taylor, I was just training." She explained. Ryoko extended her hand to the stranger. " Nice to meet you, though I guess it would be better under different circumstances." She said.

" Yeah, I guess it would. It can be kind of odd a person fight themself. That is something that I have not seen before. So are you sure you are ok? I would hate for you to be caused further injury because you did not have your wound tended to. But on the other hand, if you said you are ok you probablly are."

" Huh?" Ryoko asked. Injured? Where? Ryoko didn't think she was injured. She felt a slight stinging on the side of her body, and there was a cut across it. It looked a little bad, but where they were right now, she couldn't do anything about it. " I'll fix that later. It's not too bad." She lied.

"No, I do not know where I came from acutually. The people that were my parents lived in Texas and they adopted me. But I did not know that I was adopted so they revealed my real name to me, told me how I arrived on earth, and....that they had sent me here so that I could be around kids my own age and possibly have the chance to make some friends. My adopted parents last name is Zespa. my real name is Zalinus. At least they told me my real name before I came here.

The again, she had met a ware wolf, a guy who changes into a creepy other guy and a Drow, so she wasn't surprised by much anymore. " Well before you start, don't worry. There are people at Manga High who aren't human either, well, not completely anyway. And the people here aren't mean to people who aren't human." She explained.

" I am human, I am just not sure where I am from. If that is what you are implying. I am something else though. For instance, there is this. He points to the center of his forhead. I have a silver star here. He said as he pointed to it. It is a birthmark I was told, although I do not know what function it has. then their is my belt buckel he said, as he pointed to it. " It is a skull with rubies set in the eyes. What could it mean?"
"I am just trying to say that not even I remember much about where I came from, I know I was sent here for a reason, but I do not know what it is. I just can't remember. Odd huh"

Ryoko looked to his 'birthmark.' She hadn't noticed it before. It was a very interesting thing to look at. But it wasn't weird to her, she had things about her that made her look a little weird. Ryoko had red eyes, and they weren't linked to her powers or anything like that, she was just born with them.
Then when he mentioned his belt buckle, Ryoko's eyes traveled to it. It looked like a very expensive thing to just be wearing around. She studied it for a moment. Ryoko, after all, was a thief. She restrained the want to have something like that for herself. " Might want to be careful wearing something like that around. There are some thieves at this school, you might wake up with it gone." She explained.
" and to your question of my age, I am 16."
Ryoko nodded as he mentioned his age. Well now he had met someone the same age, since Ryoko was 16 as well. " Me too." She replied. Looking to his birthmark once again, Ryoko smiled a little. " I don't find your birthmark weird. Some people around here have strange things of their own," She began. Ryoko pointed to her eyes before continueing. " For instance, my eyes are red. They're not fake, it's my natural colour. And it's not linked to any of my powers, as far as I know." She explained.

"So, what is your favorite type of book?" he asked with a smile. "I like to ready mystery novels."
Azure's words surprised Ryoko. For someone who had never interacted with people his own age, he seemed to know how to flatter a girl well enough. Though a slight redness came to her face, Ryoko was able to shake it off quickly. She looked to him and noticed that he was blushing. The red eyed girl reached over and pinched his cheek, laughing lightly at her own actions.

" I don't read that much, though my roommate thinks I should. I prefer to play video games and all that. But I read what I can when I can. I've come across a few good mystery novels, do you have a favourite one?" Ryoko asked.

" That is ok some people do not like to read that much. I did not like it until I turned 14. And my favorite one? I would have to say any Sherlock Holmes story. What about you? what is your favorite mystery novel?"
He asked the red eyed girl reflecting her question back at her.

Ryoko nodded after he told his answer. She'd read a few of the Sherlock Holmes stories. " Those ones are pretty good." She commented, before looking up at the sky and shrugging. " As for my favourite... I don't have one." She added. Ryoko fell back onto the flat rock and rested her head in her hands. She looked up at the stars and tried to see if they looked like anything. " Do you like looking at stars?" Ryoko asked.

"Yes I do, I always have since I was old enough to remember. Since I fell from the stars, I have devoted a good deal of my free time studying them. They are awesome."
he said with a smile. he then waited for her reply.

Ryoko shrugged. It made sense that he would like to look at the stars if that was where he 'came from'. She thought about it a little more. His name didn't sound like the one belonging to a human, and she wondered if he actually knew he was one. Taking her eyes off the stars, Ryoko looked over at the stranger. Looking back up to the stars, Ryoko studied the sky lights. She supposed her name sounded a bit weird as well, Ryoko Taylor. It was a mix of culture, her first name was japanese and yet her last name was american. She sighed at the thought, never really thinking about her name before.

" I don't know if I am human or not. But I have this physical form so I always assumed I was. But I do not think my biological parents were Human, well not my father at least. i say this because of two reasons. 1. My birthmark, 2. My bracelet. He then lifted the wrist with the bracelet on it so that she could see it. It is made of unkown materials and no one knows what the fangs on it are from. It is also permanantly fused with the bone in my arm, so it is permanent, and it also ties into the powers that I have at the moment."
He said with a smile, he then waited for her reply.

Azure then raised the wrist with the bracelet over his head and hit it with his other wrist. It then started glowing black, red and silver. "Naginatas Centas!" he said with a shout. His birthmark on his forehead then started shining bright silver , his eyes started shining bright Aqua, and then there was a blinding flash of light. When the light had ceased Azure was holding two fighting daggers, one in each hand. The blades of the daggers were two feet long. They were made of steel and had rubies set all in them. The rubies were shining with their red glow in the moonlight.

Ryoko sat up and watched the appearance of the blades. They reminded her of Daedelus' sword, probably because of the gems set in it. Standing up herself, Ryoko smirked as she looked the stranger in the eyes. " You've already seen what I can do really," She began. Ryoko clapped her hands together, then knelt down, placing one on the ground. " Kage Bushin No Jutsu!" She called.
A swirl of dust and smoke picked up around her. When it was finally cleared, two identical clones stood either side of her. " Azure, these are my clones, Ryoko2 and Ryoko3. Don't worry, they're easy to tell apart." She explained. The clone to her left was Ryoko2, and by the way she stood you could tell she was the more sympathetic of the two. While to her right stood Ryoko3, and by her stance it was obvious she was the stronger of the two.
" I can fly too, though its hardly as cool as this." She said, grinning as she stood between her clones.

" No, making clones is probablly cooler then flying, although I wish I had that power. So, is the "Kage bushin no Jutsu" the same as in the Naruto Manga? It seems Identical, but I was just wondering." He said with a smile. he then waited for her reply.
