We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Waterfall!!! (Reika)
It was a beautiful mid-afternoon around campus. The sun was shining, casting its warm glow over everything. The world seemed peaceful and lovely on this summer day, a perfect time to be outside, enjoying the weather and the clear skies before the seasons changed to fall. And so, today, it seemed that everyone was at the lake to do so. And though Knives liked company, and liked the lake, he preffered to be with a group of friends rather than a large crowd of people he didn't know. So he wasn't at the lake today.
Instead, the dog boy had decided to come to the waterfall. He now stood at the base of the waterfall, just outside the pool of water it formed beneath it. His deep blue eyes looked up at the great, big shower of water cascading down from above. The thunderous noise of the impact with the waterfall on the ground prevented even his sensitive dog ears from hearing most quieter noises around him. But it was nice, it was a great way to enjoy the day.
He just wished he'd found someone to bring along with him....

Reikia paused thoughtfully by the waterfall, her hand going up to block the glare of the bright sun shinning down on her. She smiled to herself, watching the vast water swirl around at the bottom in a frothy pool, from the constant flow of water. Sure, it was loud but she didn’t mind the regular droning that could be heard issuing from it.
Steadily she walked up the dirt path, her eyes not leaving the water’s side. She had come out to see the waterfall, and that is what she exactly planned to do. She hummed soundlessly, it being blocked out by the deafening plummeting water surging downwards.
Suddenly, her light blue eyes came across a figure stood almost directly facing the waterfall. As she walked close, the figure got more distinctive, and she saw a usual guy with dog ears. She felt she recognised him from somewhere and decided to walk up behind him and tap him on his shoulder.
She knew it would be a strange way to say hello, and would of simply had said hi if it wasn’t for the fact that it would have been drowned out by the waterfall. She also recognized it was rather dangerous to do this to a complete stranger, but perhaps it was the thunderous waterfall having an effect on her. She was rather carefree at the moment and if something went wrong, she would just have to deal with it then.

Knives could smell the girl coming up behind him, but only turned when he felt the tap on his shoulder. When his head turned around, he looked down at her, his blue eyes hidden behind the black lenses of his sunglasses. But he gave her a smile: a big, friendly, almost goofy-looking smile which revealed his long, sharp, fang-like canine teeth. He was glad to have found company, and would be happy to have her join him in playing in the waterfall.
"Hey there," he shouted, loud enough for her to hear. "I'm Knives! Nice to meet ya!"
He broke his gaze from her, returning it to the waterfall before them. The smile remained on his lips, as he dug his hands into the pockets of his swim trunks. He'd planned to go swimming underneath the waterfall, and was dressed to do so. He now hoped that this other girl wanted to do so too; after all, swimming with a friend was always more fun than doing so alone. After a few moments, he looked at her again.
"So, whatcha up to? What brings you to the waterfall?"

Reikia giggled at his goofy-looking grin and returned a grin herself. She was relived that he seemed friendly. She looked at his attire, it was certain he was here to swim, but could you really swim in something like that? She frowned uncertainly, looking towards the crashing waves, the cause of the slight mist on the waters surface.
“Hey Knives. I’m Rei. Nice to meet you too.”
Swiftly she pulled a long white ribbon out of her pocket, bunching her sapphire hair together and tying the strip loosely around it. A few tresses, which had managed to avoid the ribbon, where hanging freely, framing her face. They didn’t mind her; she knew the hair which were tied up, wasn’t securely fastened and soon it would be all hanging down her back again.
“You know, I was just looking. Thought I might go for a swim if it didn’t look… too wet,” she laughed, shaking her head. “Well of course it’s wet. Anyway I meant too risky. What about you? Swimming?”

He smiled back to her again, his head tilting to the side to make him seem even happier, more exhuberant. "Rei, huh?" He asked, lifting his hand to scratch behind his head. "That's a cool name." He shrugged, and let his hand fall back to his side. He did like the name, and even found it cute; but he didn't think on it too much, before she spoke again, responding to his next question.
“You know, I was just looking. Thought I might go for a swim if it didn’t look… too wet,” she laughed, shaking her head. “Well of course it’s wet. Anyway I meant too risky. What about you? Swimming?”
He laughed a little, as his eyes scanned aross the area. Sure, it was risky. But it was no riskier than driving a car or whatever; they would just have to not do anything stupid, and nothing would happen. After all, it was just a bit of water falling into another bit of water...nothing special, nothing extreme. It wasn't one that seemed to have jagged rocks at the bottom, and the water wasn't coming down at such a speed that it would hurt when it hit someone. He shrugged, and turned back to her.
"Wet, huh? Well....if you want to swim, chances are you'll do it somewhere wet." He laughed again. It was a bit of a stupid comment, but his jokes were in the spirit of fun. After all, Knives was known to say similar things, even worse things. And if she didn't have a sense of humor....well, she just wouldn't get him. He smiled at her, and shrugged.
"But....it doesn't seem risky. Swimming will be fun!" He looked to her, then out to the water, and nodded at his decision. His hands found their way to the bottom hem of his shirt, and pulled it over his head so that he could toss it aside. She could now see his well-toned, yet not overly-muscular body, and the strange, circular tatoo-like mark in the middle of his lower back. He didn't seem to mind being shirtless, or even notice it, as he stretched out his hand as if to help her into the water. "Let's go!!!" he said, excitedly.

Reikia laughed pleasingly at his joke. She was glad she had met someone with a sense of humour, not people she had met so far she had heard actually laugh. She figured most of them were just up tight or unconfident, this person however seemed perfectly comfortable with himself and she liked that.
The bizarre circularly tattoo like mark caught her attention immediately. She had never seen quite anything like it, she had of course seen tattoo’s before but never like this. She questioned if it was actually tattoo or something else altogether, she didn’t ask though, just merely shrugged instead. Many things were eccentric at this school, and she didn’t think it would be polite to ask.
“Let’s go!!!” he said excitedly.
She grinned at this enthusiasm to get into the churning water and watch his hand extend as if to help her. Quickly, she pulled the snow white dress off over her head, which in turn pulled the white ribbon in her hair out with it. She ignored it, placing both carefully on the ground, she was pleased she had been her swimming things on underneath. It was so much faster. The only thing that she kept on from her orginal outfit, was her pendant. She never removed it since the day her mother had given to her, a very long time ago. Her swimming attire was a basic light blue tankini and matching shorts. No one could say she was hardly shy, but could be in certain situations. This however wasn’t one of them times.
“Let’s go!” She beamed, gazing at him. Now she was much closer up she could tell his ears were quite canine like, poking up between his hair. She remembered his grin and his teeth; then suddenly felt quite dizzy. For a moment then, a flash of fear had passed through her, but as quickly as it came it left. The flicker of panic though had left her quite fazed and it took her a moment to remember what she was about to do.
“Oh yes…” she mumbled looking down at the soil then back up at him. She grinned mischievously. “In you go!”
She then pushed him into the water, ignoring his outstretched hand. She wasn’t being mean, but just trying to be fun. It couldn’t be that dangerous could it? Plus she gathered he could swim considering that is what he was planning to do. Without hesitation she, herself, jumped into the moving water. Finding it warmer then she expected it to be.

AndHe was glad that she laughed at his joke. After all, there were many people he'd met so far who didn't laugh... And he definitely enjoyed people with a sense of humor, who would not only get his jokes, but enjoy them. Not to mention, he hoped she would play along as well, and turn out to be funny, or at least fun to be around.
It was a good thing that she had a swimsuit on underneath, because she was going swimming either way. It was something he would only do to people he was sure wouldn't get mad: pull them in the water with him whether they were ready or not. And, though he didn't know Reikia well enough to do that, he would have still done it. After all, she seemed to be fun and playful - she ~had~ laughed at his joke.
It seemed she got to do it before he could. He watched as she reached out, and he thought she was going to take his hand. But when she pressed her hands against his chest instead, pushing him off balance, he was a little surprised. He tipped backwards, onto one leg, and his arms started flailing out to either side as he tried to regain his balance. But that didn't help, as seconds later, he fell into the water with a large splash.
Soon enough, he resurfaced, his head poking up above the water while he floated there. His head tilted back, and he tried to look up at her through his hair, which (now that it was wet) was no longer curly, and hung right over his eyes. He lifted his hand to wipe his hair to the side, and then pulled his sunglasses from his face and tossed them back onto the dry ground with his shirt - they were a good pair of glasses, and he didn't want to ruin them.
And then, she followed him in. He smirked as his eyes followed her figure into the water, and then watched as she submerged. He swam over to her, and by the time she returned to the surface, he was right in front of her. He smirked, but didn't give her time to escape, before jumping on her, doing the best that he could to tackle her into the water, both of them going under again, with him on top, pushing her down.

Reikia submerged from the water, to see a pair of eyes staring at her playfully. Before she had time to respond, she was being pushed down underwater by Knives. At first, she let her main instinctive take over, trying to get Knives to let go, so she could get up to the surface to breath.
After a struggle and seeing it wasn’t working, she decided to turn the tables. She didn’t know how long she could last underwater without going up to breath, but decided to give it a shot anyway. Sneakily, she reached up grabbing one of his legs, which was swishing around under the cool water, and swam down. She didn’t go too far though; she didn’t want to drown him or herself.
Finally she let go, and made a speedy bolt for the surface, giving him a crafty wave under the water when she swam past him. She took a big gulp of air as she broke the surface of the still water, now making circularly effects around her. Quickly she glanced around for Knives as she brushed her now soaked hair out of her face, tresses of it now resembling dark blue rat-tails.
"Knives?"

Knives blinked as she grabbed his leg, caught off guard a little bit. Then, he felt her slip from his grasp beneath him, pulling him down as well. He wasn't worried about getting back up to breath; after all, she couldn't stay down too long either, and he had more air than her right now. So he relaxed, and let it happen.
When she let go, he watched her blurry form as she swam towards the top. He could beat her easily; dogs were natural swimmers. But he didn't try. He waited for her to reach the top before he even began his ascent. By the time he neared the surface, he would have been underwater for a decent amount of time while she was surfaced. Which he figured would worry her; and might make the effect better.
He swam up behind her, and quietly poked his head above the water so that she wouldn't realize he was there. He only surfaced enough for his nose to reach the air, so he could get a full breath. Then, quickly, he grabbed her around the waist, and held onto her tightly as he slipped under the water again, pulling her under with him before she'd be able to even realize what was going on.

Reikia yelped as she felt someone, mostly Knives since there was no one else around, might as well in the water, drag her back under. Bad move. Before she had time to catch her breath, she had swallowed some of the water before disappearing beneath the surface. She was more panicky this time, she couldn’t do anything to make him let go off her.
Uncertainly she opened her eyes; she had closed the instant she felt she was being pulled under and glanced around warily. She was feeling kind of dizzy and wondered how long it would before he let go. She looked down to see his arms wrapped around her waist, and without much effort tried to loosen his grip on her.

When she started struggling, he let go. He didn't know she had swallowed some water, or that she was struggling desperately rather than playfully. But he assumed he'd gotten his fun out of the situation, and didn't want to overdo anything. His arms loosened their grip, and he let her escape him to get back to the surgace.
He also surfaced behind her, his head poking up out of the water at about the same time that hers would. He lifted his head, and looked around through his hair again. He wanted to find her, and give her a big smile, to let her know that he was enjoying this game. Also, he wanted to make sure he hadn't bothered her too much with his last attack. Again, he wiped his hair out of his eyes, to let him find her more easily.

Reikia quickly swam her way back to the surface, spluttering the swallowed water as she did so. Wiping her eyes with the back of her hands, she then pushed the sapphire locks of out of her face scanning the water surface in front of her. She couldn’t see Knives anyway. Quickly, she glanced around searching for Knives as her head slowly stopped spinning from the recovery of air to it.
When she spied him, she swam the short distant between them. He seemed fine, his own hair plastered to his head, but the front showing signs that he had moved it out of his own face. Reikia deviously poked his chest and grinned.
“That was fun.”
She meant it too, even if on his second attack she had swallowed some water. He hadn’t meant it though, it was just bad luck on her part.

Knives blinked as his eyes fell upon her, watching as she sputtered and coughed. He frowned, and began swimming to her, worried that he'd done something bad. But when she swam the rest of the distance back to him, and even smiled at him, he felt better, and smiled back. He returned her poke, only he poked her in the shoulder instead of the chest for obvious reasons.
“That was fun.”
He laughed, and nodded. "Yup! It was!" He smiled. Being like a dog, he always loved playing and wrestling like this. In fact, it seemed like this was what he did every time he went swimming with a friend; and often, he even wrestled outside of the water. He just smiled to her, glad to know he'd found another friend who enjoyed it too.
Then, he looked around to think of something else to do. Just then, he looked up to see the waterfall splashing down a couple of feet away, and a smile crossed his face. He turned back to look at Rei again, grinning like crazy at his new idea. "I have an idea! Follow me!" He reached out with his hand, waving for her to follow, before he turned and swam straight at the waterfall.
He soon found himself right at the edge of the commotion caused by the waterfall; the water splashed and churned before them, and could be easily felt by their bodies. Knives turned to grin at Reikia, and then looked back at the waterfall. He intended on swimming into it, but then he realized that he would lose Reikia under it, and frowned. "Hey, Rei! Here, follow me!" He reached out and grabbed her wrist, so that they wouldn't get separated, and began to swim into it; but if she didn't want to go, she could easily withdraw her arm and not follow.

Reikia followed his gaze towards the waterfall and couldn’t help feeling slightly apprehensive. It didn’t look that life threatening, there were no rocks at the bottom or anything else to indicant danger. It was just the roaring sound coming from it. She shuck her head, following him towards it. He wasn’t afraid, and that was enough to reassure her at that precise moment.
She watched him frown, wondering what he was thinking. That was soon made clear though, when he grabbed held of her wrist. She was frightened but excited all at the same time; she had never done anything like this before. She had never even as much been so close to a waterfall prior to now. The adrenaline in her blood stream had taken over, and not for a minute did she think about staying back. Taking a deep breath, she followed him into the huge cascading water.

Once they were underwater, Knives felt around. He couldn't see; this wasn't like trying to look around underwater. The water had pressure and force; it not only blurred vision beyond any sight at all, but it also stung to open one's eyes. So, he reached out with his free hand, feeling around in case something was in their way as he swam, tugging at Reikia behind him. Of course, there wasn't anything dangerous around here; but Knives was hoping to find some sort of large rock or something sticking out above the water. And soon enough, he did. His hand came in contact with a rough surface; and as he moved his hand across it, he was able to come to the conclusion that it was large enough for his purpose.
Knives swam closer to it, and then tugged at Reikia's arm some more, moving her close so that he could place her hand on the rock as well. "Hold on to this for a second!" He shouted to her. He didn't want to lose her, but he had to let go for a moment. His hands slid up higher onto the rock, and he climbed up its side, onto the flat top of it. It was wet, but fortunately it was rough enough to keep from being slippery. Once he was on his feet, he crouched down and took both of Reikia's hands in his own, to help her climb up as well. "Come one up! I'll help you!"
As soon as he got her onto the rock beside him (there was just enough room for the two of them) - assuming she climbed up with him - he stood up straight, and put both of his arms out to either side. His head tilted back, and his eyes closed, as he felt the water cascade down upon him. He'd wanted to do this ever since he'd seen the waterfall...it was just like in every anime or movie, where the hero was training in the wilderness. There was always a scene where he meditated and trained on a rock under the waterfall.
He'd smile at Reikia, if he thought she'd see it. "Isn't this awesome! Just like in the movies!"

The instead, she swam into the water, guided by Knives who was pulling her alone behind him, she closed her eyes. She knew it would be foolish to open them. She wouldn’t be able to see anything, and pressure would hurt them drastically; making them go red and sore. All she could do was rely on Knives leading the way.
"Hold on to this for a second!"
Reikia did as she was told, clinging onto the jagged rock side, and then nodding as if he could see to confirm she had heard him. Minutes later, when she felt a pair of hands pulling her upwards, she began to climb. It wasn’t far, and soon she had swung her legs over, and was sat on the rock beside him.
"Isn't this awesome! Just like in the movies!"
She grinned when she heard him shout this over the roaring of the waterfall pounding down on them. She could image him stood up, his hands in the air and smiling broadly. She, however, was happy sitting underneath it, not daring to stand up with him. Cautiously, she hugged her knees not believing she was actually sitting under the huge, deafening waterfall.

Knives sat down beside Reikia, letting his legs hang over the edge of the rock so that they were partially in the water. He leaned back, resting his weight on his hands, as he turned his head in her direction. His eyes didn't open to look at her, and the waterfall threw off his sense of smell and hearing. But he knew, basically, where she was. He enjoyed this, it was pretty cool to sit under the waterfall...and felt good on this warm summer day, too. But he wasn't done playing.
"Ready?!" he shouted to her. Then, he slid into the water, and swam over so that he was positioned right in front of her in the water. His hands were on the rock, up next to her, searching for her hands so that he could guide her back into the water. Soon enough, he found one of them, and tugged gently. "Come in this way!" He shouted, his arms still on the rock. If she came in this way, she'd slip into his arms inadvertantly; but it was really the only way he knew to do it without losing grasp of her wrist. It didn't mean anything at all; physical contact was nothing for Knives, except in the case of one certain girl.
Then, once she was in the water, he led her towards the back of the waterfall. He wanted to see what was on the other side. And soon enough, they swam out to the other side, and the water was suddenly shallower. Knives stood up, and the water's surface only came up to his waist. He reached up with one hand, letting go of Reikia, and wiped the hair from his eyes so he could look around.
The area was fairly dark, with a little bit of light reflecting through the waterfall, creating a sort of disco-ball effect on the area around them, and providing a dim light. He looked around, finding a rocky sort of recess all around them. Behind them, the waterfall hid the recess from outsiders. Before them, a large hole was in the rock, leading to a cave. Knives smirked, then grinned, and looked over at Reikia.
"Look! Isn't this cool?!" He said, excited. "Let's go look!"

Reikia did as she was told, sliding off the rock into the water, her wrist grasped by Knives so they wouldn’t lose each other in the noisy mist. She didn’t realise where she had unintentionally ended up, but even if she did it wouldn’t have mattered.
It felt strange, but the only sense they could only use was touch. Sound was of some limit as if you didn’t speak loud enough, the waterfall would drown it out. Also in some cases the thunderous noise would distort the source of the sound was coming from, inevitable causing someone to swim in the wrong direction. It only made sense to lead each other.
Steadily she followed him around towards the back of the waterfall and she noticed the water became increasingly shallower. Uncertainly, she opened her eyes and stood up. Though the water came up only to Knives waist, it was slightly higher then her, understandable since she was obviously shorter. She glanced around marvelled, pushing back the wet rattails which was her hair.
Who would have known something like this was back here? She thought to herself. She turned to face Knives who was grinning. He didn’t have to tell her what he thinking, she already knew.
"Look! Isn't this cool?!" He said, excited. "Let's go look!"
She nodded in answer, her fleeting a glance towards the cave entrance not just too far away. “Sure, come on then. Let’s go.”

Knives looked over at her, still carrying his goofy grin on his face. In response, he nodded, and then started towards the cave. He bounded forward, half-running, half-jogging towards the cave. When he realized Reikia wasn't right beside him, he turned around, and looked back at her, bouncing up and down excitedly, waving his arm in motion to tell her to come with him. Everything about his actions, his demeanor - it was all something an excited dog would do.
Once they reached the opening into the cave, Knives found that they would have to climb. It wasn't much higher than them, and Knives could actually look straight into it quite easily. But the bottom of the entrance was above the water level. Knives frowned, and tilted his head to the side, before turning to look at Reikia.
"You go first." He smiled, "I'll help you into it. That way you don't have to struggle." He got down onto his knees, submerging most of his body until only his head remained above the water's surface. Then, he placed his hands on the rocky wall in front of him, supporting himself, and soon enough, Rei as well. Then, he looked up at her. "Climb my shoulders, then you can get into the cave easily."

Reikai laughed at this excitement, not feeling put off by his doggish antics. She had to admit, he was pretty harmless… well as far as she knew of. Feeling rather playful herself, she waded over to him, giving him a tiny splash when she became level with him.
She looked up at the ledge above her. She knew it would be easy for Knives to climb onto, he was much taller then herself. Uncertainly she watched him, biting a finger nail as she did so, submerge most his body underwater, wondering what he was planning to do.
"Climb my shoulders, then you can get into the cave easily."
“Okay then,” she mumbled, knowing his intent. Gingerly she put her hands on the ledges rim, so she could pull herself up afterwards. Trying to prevent putting much weight onto his shoulders as possible, she carefully stepped on them, pulling herself up as she did so.
Within minutes, she was on top of the ledge beaming back down at him.
“We did it!” she told him enthusiastically, even though it was pretty obvious to see they had. Considerately she offered him her hand, so she could help pull him up with. He might not have needed the assistance, but he had helped her. So she was going to try help him back.

He closed his eyes as he felt her feet on his shoulders, and he steadied himself, trying not to move at all. Both of them were wet, and it was likely that his shoulders would be slippery - so any movements of his muscles might put her off-balance and cause her to fall off. But, fortunately, she did not fall, and actually made it up into the cave quite easily.
Once he felt her feet leave his shoulders, he lifted his head up and opened his eyes so he could look. And there she was, at the edge of the entrance, standing over him and looking down. He smiled, and responded to her, "Yeah! We did do it!" Then, he laughed a little, and stood up. Now he'd have to get up into the cave; this would be no problem for the dog boy. He looked up at Reikia, and gave her a smirk, as his eyes trailed down to her outstretched hand. He shook his head to it, "Just step aside, and watch!" he laughed a little.
He only waited a moment, so that Reikia could step aside and leave the entrance open for him. She didn't really have to move; he just knew how clumsy he could be at times, and he didn't want to hurt her as he tried to get into the cave. Once she was out of the way, he crouched down slightly, tensing his muscles. Then, he pushed off from the ground, leaping into the air and easily clearing the ledge. It seemed like nothing that he had jumped into the cave, and landed on his feet in front of Reikia. To absorb the impact, Knives bent his knees again; then he stood up, and grinned happily at her.
His eyes moved around the area, looking at the inside of the cave. It was damp and dark, and though they would be able to see, it would only be by the dim light that peeked through holes in the ceiling, and the light that shone through the entrance. But it looked exciting. Knives grinned at Reikia, and then started forward, heading down into the cave.
Soon enough, they reached a wide, spacious area in the cave. As the continued, Knives found himself knee-deep in a pool of water that filled the bottom of this large opening in the cave. He grinned again, and continued forward....
Suddenly, there was a roar that came from the middle of the space. Knives's dog ear twitched, and he turned to look. Slowly, a large, snake-like silhouette rose up from the water; and then two white eyes opened, and shone through the darkness as they stared straight at the two.
