Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
Reikia frowned in puzzlement, replacing her arm by her side and moved so the space was free. Then her features were replaced with surprise and amazement, within seconds he was stood in front of her, acting like nothing had happened. At first she was unsure what had happened, but after further thought deducted that he had jumped. An impressive jump at that.

Eagerly the pair walked down the cave and soon enough reached an extensive area inside the mysterious cavern. There was a pool of water, just a little bit higher than her knee on Reikia’s leg. She didn’t notice though, but looked around in what seemed an empty space.

Unexpectedly, there was a penetrating roar. Quickly, but not as fast as Knives, she turned to look in the direction of what was the source of the sound. In front of them, staring furiously down, was a large bulky serpent with two pure white eyes. Well Reikia thought it was a serpent. It was much larger than a regular snake, but its shape suggested that. It’s features; other than its large eyes, were indistinguishable in the badly lit cave.

Reikia stared back up at it, fairly alarmed. She didn’t imagine something like this would occur; it seemed like an almost ordinary day. Boldly, she tore her gaze away and turned to look at Knives, wondering what the two of them were going to do now.

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
The serpent lowered its body, so that it was on the floor. Even though the water was knee-deep to Knives, it seemed that barely a fraction of the beast's body was in it. It began to slither towards the two of them, its body weaving back and forth along the ground as it approached. It moved slowly, very casually, as if it was simply intrigued by them; it wasn't moving to attack. But Knives knew that it didn't make a difference....

Knives stared straight up at the monster. His own blue eyes were locked on the serpent's white ones. He knew this may provoke the beast, but he wasn't going to look away. Besides, as long as he didn't look afraid, maybe the snake would back down. But Knives did make sure to step forward, and move in front of Reikia. He wasn't going to give the beast a chance to attack her, and would stay between them to make sure she was safe.

Then, the monster was right in front of them. It looked down at Knives. There was no glare in its eyes; in fact, it looked lazy, not worried in the least. Its forked tongue flicked out of its mouth; it was just as wide as Knives was.

Knives decided they should leave. The monster didn't seem like it was going to attack them, but it still didn't seem safe to stay here. So, he stepped backwards. Unfortunately, this seemed like a bad move. The serpent saw movement, and reacted. Its eyes narrowed, and it lunged forward, mouth open, attempting to sink its long, sharp fangs into Knives.

The dog boy leapt to the side, straight for Reikia. He reached out with both of his hands, knocking her over and into the water, making a splash upon impact. They both sank under the water, Knives pinning Reikia down on the ground; he had been simply trying to get her out of the way, in case the serpent attacked her as well.

Immeidately, Knives leapt to his feet, and glared up at the snake as it readied itself for another attack. But Knives was ready. He concentrated, and his fingertips began to glow; within seconds, his fingernails lengthened and sharpened, forming into claws. The light remained, a hint that these were no ordinary claws: they were empowered by Knives's energy. The snake lunged forward, mouth open, but Knives reached out with both hands, catching its upper and lower jaws, and sinking his claws into the scaly flesh.

The snake roared in pain, and backed off for a moment to regroup; it gave Knives and Reikia only a moment to get ready for the next attack....

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
Reikia, unsteadily got up out of the water. She was trembling slightly but she wasn’t going to let the shock take over now. There was still the great big serpent to take care off yet. Unknowingly to her, the milky white pendant was glowing around her neck. The last time this happened had been when she had broken a girl’s arm at the school she had attended before arriving at Manga High.

She glanced at Knives claws, temporary amazed. This was the first time she had witness anyone else use their own powers, and Knives were certainly interesting. He had wounded the fiend already with them. She broke her gaze off them, looking back at the huge serpent. It wasn’t a time to get distracted; it would be attacking again shortly.

Abruptly the filthy serpent struck towards them, causing Reikia to move one side away from Knives. She didn’t worry about it though; it gave her an opening to administrate one of her own powers.

Swiftly, she placed an outspread palm onto the beast’s slipper side and hoped it would cause some lasting damage. Her power had the tendency to make her black out after use, especially on such large of use. Optimistically she closed her eyes and shouted, “Azrael!”

She felt the side of the monster wither under her palm and a splatter of something warm hit her face. Cautiously she opened her eyes, to see under her extended palm a huge slash, extending from the point of her hand and disappearing under the waters surface, presumably carrying on to the other side.

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
The serpent had lunged at them, focusing its attack on Knives. After all, he had been the only one so far to attack it, and so the simple snake brain had come to the conclusion that the dog boy was the most dangerous one, and must be destroyed first. So, he seemed to miss it when Reikia moved around to the beast's side and touched it. The palm came in contact with the snake before it reached Knives; and the pain caused it to stop its attack right there.

Knives blinked as he watched the deep gash form in the snake's skin. Then, he smirked. He hadn't expected such a powerful ability to come from Reikia; though he probably should have. After all, everyone at this school had some sort of power, and she was obviously no exception. Knives gave her a smile of encouragement, before lunging forward at the beast.

The snake swung its tail around, aiming straight at Knives. The tail made a connection, hitting the dog boy hard across the middle, and sending him flying through the air. He hit the wall hard, before falling to the floor. Immediately, Knives felt sore all over; but he pushed himself to stand up again. He could still fight; it would just be painful. With that, he leapt back to fight back.

Once Knives was out of the way, the snake focused on Reikia. It turned around and hissed, glaring straight down at her. To swing its tail, it had to move; and when it did so, the snake made sure to get its body away from Reikia's touch. Now, it would go on the offensive against her. The head reared back, and then lunged forward in an attempted to harm her with its poisonous fangs.

Reikia’s gaze was unfocused, as she was trying to do everything within her power to stay awake. The pendant was no long glowing on her chest, but hovering just an inch of it. She hadn’t notice the weight disappearing around her neck however, she had better things to fret about.

She saw Knives get thrown across the cavern and heard the sound as he made impact with the wall. Thankfully though, she watched him stand back and looked very much unhurt. While she had been watching Knives, out of the corner of one of her radiant blue eyes, she spied the fiend lunging towards her.

With all her strength, she forced herself out of the way of the monster’s path. She doubted she could evade another attack though. She really was tired, but who knew what would happen if she let herself fall asleep in these circumstances.

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
The serpent's mouth crashed into the floor, right where Reikia had been. Its teeth tore through the hard rocks, showing that it could have easily eaten through either of the students' flesh like it was nothing. When it raised its head, rocks fell from its open mouth, back to the large hole it had left in the ground before. Its eyes focused on Reikia, narrowed, squinted at her, hissed and readied for another attack. It reared back, and got ready to lunge again....

But the snake made a fatal mistake. It kept its focus completely on Reikia, not noticing Knives. This gave the dog boy a similar opportunity as Reikia had before, when she created the gash in the snake's side. And Knives made sure to take this chance. He charged at the monster from behind, flexing his fingers and readying them for an attack.

He lunged into the air, sending himself flying all the way as high as the beast's head was. He pulled his arm back, holding it high over his head, fingers tensed and ready to strike. He'd jumped at a specific angle and speed so that, when he reached the peak of his ascent, he was right above the beast. Now, as he fell, he could use his momentum to increase the force behind his attack. Once he was close enough, Knives struck with his claws, tearing through the serpent's head, and slicing it clean off. Blood poured from the neck of the beast, coloring the pool beneath it a deep crimson. Knives fell in the middle of this pool, covered in blood himself.

The first thing he did was cringe. Then, he shook, trying to get the blood off of him. "Oh, gross!" he exclaimed, obviously extremely disturbed by what he'd just done. He ran a distance, trying to get to the clear, untainted water, where he began to roll around to clean himself.

Moments later, he got up, and shivered again. His face showed that he was still bothered, but he obviously felt much better without the blood on him. At this point, his claws had faded back into normal, human fingernails; he hadn't even seemed to notice the difference, it had happened so simply and casually when the battle ended. He turned and wandered back to Reikia's side, smiling to her. "Looks like we did it!"

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
Reikia’s wide eyes took in what just had taken place in front of her. She was covered in yet more blood belonging to the now dead serpent, just a couple of feet away from her. Her pendant now hung limp, showing no sign that it had changed at all during those few brief dangerous minutes. She looked at Knives, who was smiling at her.

"Looks like we did it!"

She nodded, too stunned to speak and then couldn’t stop herself. Perhaps she was hysterically or happy she hadn’t blacked out yet, but soon the cave was filled with her laughter. She took a step back, tripping over a rock hidden under the bloody water as she did so, falling backwards into a different blood free pool.

The pool didn’t stay blood free for long though. She unsteadily got up, the water now an intense scarlet and herself newly cleaned. She surveyed the carnage before her and returned the long awaiting smile at Knives.
“You alright then?”

“You alright then?”
He nodded; he was okay, it wasn't an intense battle at all. Yet his whole bady ached from the impact with the wall. Most people would be greatly injured, though, and Knives felt lucky to come off with the feeling of a full-body bruise. He shrugged, and rubbed his back and his head, as if that would make it better. Now that the battle was over, and the adrenaline was no longer pumping, it hurt a lot worse; and when he walked, the pain increased.

"I'm fine...just a little sore..." He frowned, shrugged, and looked around the room. "Uhhm...let's go on! I bet there's something really cool deeper in the cave, if there's a sea monster in here!" He beamed excitedly, and began to walk further into the cave, in the opposite direction from the entrance.

When they reached the other end of the giant, open, room-like area, there was a large hole in the wall. It opened up to a descending tunnel, into which light disappeared. There was no way to know how far it went or what was down there. But the look on Knives's face showed that he didn't care, and didn't even think that it could be dangerous down there. He just looked back up to Reikia, a huge grin on his face. "Ready to go?"

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
Reikai watched him with a frown. He really showed no sign of great pain, and it didn’t stop him being as energetic as before. She shrugged, it would come apparent sooner or later if it really was affecting him, at the particularly moment in time it didn’t matter.

"Uhhm...let's go on! I bet there's something really cool deeper in the cave, if there's a sea monster in here!"

She nodded, his grin still contagious. She followed him deeper into the damp cave, when the two reached an additional area similar to the one they had just been moments prior to. Just of the centre of the room was a giant opening in the wall; nothing could be seen down it, the untainted darkness concealing it off to veiwers.

She took a fleeting look at Knives even though she already knew he would want to check it out. Reikia however was slightly hesitant, the first encounter with the large white eyed serpent still looming in her mind.

"Ready to go?"

She paused to think. Sure, she could back down now but they had come this far hadn’t they? Warily she answered, “Okay. I just hope there isn’t another one of those things down here.” She laughed light-heartedly, pushing the fiend to the back of her mind. Two wouldn't be able to live together in such a space, would they? And weren't snakes unsociable creatures?

Without an additional thought, she ran over to the hole, stopping just in front of it. She turned towards Knives direction, waving her hand in the air as she did so in a ‘come here’ motion. Then casually she turned to look into the dark abyss, she knew Knives wouldn't take long to clear the distance between them. He was much faster then herself.

“Okay. I just hope there isn’t another one of those things down here.”
He laughed. "If there is, we'll just kill it too!" As he said this, he stood up straight, sticking his chest out. It made him look much more proud and courageous, even stronger. But it was obviously not for those purposes, as the laugh that followed explained: he was just trying to be funny, like always. But he was still rather excited to see what was down there, why this beast had lived here. So, he smiled, and followed Reikia casually to the tunnel.

When he looked down into the darkness, he felt no fear. He just turned and smiled to Reikia, before beginning to walk down into it. He hoped that she would follow. It only took a few minutes of walking before the darkness enveloped them, so that they could not see at all. Within a few more minutes, Knives realized that Reikia might not know where he is. Of course, he had his dog sense of smell and hearing: he knew she was right behind him. But humans mostly rely on sight, and she couldn't see him. He stopped. If se was right behind him, rather than to the side, and she kept walking, she'd run right into him. "Hey, can you tell where I am?" He asked, turning to face her.

Of course, he couldn't actually look down at her. He just knew the general vicinity she was in, the spot where her scent was coming from. That allowed him to face the direction she was. "You ok?" He asked. He didn't want her to get scared or worried, so he'd wait until he was sure she was alright before continuing.

“Erm… No, but I know your in front of me somewhere,” Reikia answered, outstretching a hand in front of her. She had no idea where about in the tunnel she was and had lost all perspective of distance inside it. He could have been a mere foot or even feet away. It didn’t seem to matter in this never ending darkness.

Softly, she felt her palm of her hand touch something warm. It felt like warm skin, but however she couldn’t be certain. Quickly clasped her hand shut. “Knives?” she asked nervously, pulling her clenched fist away to her chest.

"You ok?"
She smiled in the darkness, though she knew no one would be able to see it. It didn’t matter anyway; it was one of those rare smiles that only affected her sky blue eyes. She was relieved the figure in front of her was Knives, but who else could of it been?

“Don’t worry. I’m fine. You don’t mind do you?” Reikia asked, placing a finger tip on his back. She didn’t want to lose him again, and she didn’t know if the passageway width stayed the same all the way throughout. In addition she would be able to feel if he had stopped moving, enabling her to bring herself to a halt too.

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
“Don’t worry. I’m fine. You don’t mind do you?”
Suddenly, something touched his back. She'd touched him already, seemingly accidentally, right after he'd asked her if she could find him. He'd jumped that time, not expecting it and not knowing it was her initially. But this time, it wasn't a big deal. In fact, he laughed a little, realizing that was how she planned to keep up with him.

Once he knew she wouldn't lose him, he started moving again. He kept his pace fairly slow, not wanting to cause her any problems; he wasn't sure if she could keep up with him, or if a quick pace might be harder on her. Besides, it wasn't a big deal to walk slow, even if he was kind of excited. But he kept moving, one hand on the wall to feel his way along the tunnel, his feet moving somewhat with caution. Something could jump out at any moment.

And it did. Knives took a step, only to find there was no more ground in front of him. But it was too late, he'd already shifted his weight, and there was nothing he could do to keep from falling. "Whoa!" He exclaimed, before he lost contact with Reikia and fell into the hole in the ground. The only way for Reikia to know about the hole was the fact that Knives fell into it, and him having cried out in doing so. She might stop right there because of that, or she might not.

He fell what seemed like several stories, before hitting the ground hard. The noise echoed back up to Reikia, assuming she didn't follow him. The impact did not help that sore feeling he felt all over; in fact, it got worse. If Reikia had followed him into the hole, she'd land on top of him: which would hurt a little more for Knives, but not much. Yet she would be basically unharmed, as her fall would be cushioned.

Once they were inside this new area, the darkness faded. Somehow, something had recognized their arrival, and lights rose around them, allowing for perfect vision. Once their eyes adjusted to the light, they would see a fairly small room, with cold grey tile for floors and ceiling, and dark blue wallpaper. At one end of the room, the entire wall was taken up by a flat-screen monitor, attached to what seemed like a very powerful computer with many lights flashing to show that it was processing information. There was no keyboard, no mouse.

Suddenly, the monitor lit up, as the computer-generated face of a dog appeared on it. When it opened its mouth, it spoke in perfect English.

"Hello, and welcome."

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
Reikia jumped back in alarm. She hadn’t known that Knives had fallen, but just that he had unexpectedly disappeared into the ever lasting darkness from her touch and had cried out. Panicky, she folded her arms as if to guard herself as she took a slow step forward.
“Knives?” she asked quietly, staring around the never ending chasm.

Suddenly a host of lights flickered on beneath her. Well she thought it was underneath her. Curiously she stepped over to the opening in the earth, pursuable the very hole Knives had fell into. At first, she just stared blankly down at it, wondering what she was going to do. There was obviously something strange going on down there, but yet she couldn’t leave Knives.

Unhurriedly, she knelt on the edge of the hole, reaching over somewhat so she could see better down into the depths of it. The milky white pendant was suspended inanimately over the crevasse, and for some reason seemed to be slipping further and further down. She frowned as a sliding sensation was felt around the back of her neck and then the cloudy white rock fell. Before she had time to snatch out and catch her pendant, it disappeared down into the bright light before her.

Her quick movement, which failed to prevent her precious heirloom to fall, caused her to descend along with it. She closed her eyes, a naturally instinct, and then felt herself make contact with the solid floor below. She felt pain everywhere, but nothing she couldn’t live with. Then a more noticeable pain coming from her knee, possibly she had cut it along the way down.

Cautiously she opened her eyes, taking in the scene around her. Well what she could see, considering she was sprawled out on the floor. One thing she couldn’t help noticing was Knives stood just a couple of inches away from her. Slowly she raised herself off the floor, which she could clearly now see was tiled.

She could see they were in a moderately miniature room. The tiny details however went unnoticed by herself, as a wall length flat-screen monitor which was connected to what appeared to be a very powerful computer, caught her attention immediately. There was another flicker of light as the monitor lit up; a computer-generated face of a dog displayed on it.

"Hello, and welcome."

Silently, Reikia scooped her pendant up off the floor and walked up behind Knives. Her eyes were glued to the monitor’s screen as she whispered, “What is it?”

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
Knives lifted his head from the floor, to see Reikia sprawled out a short distance from him. Ignoring his own pain, he got up and moved quickly to her side, kneeling down beside her, and leaning over her. One of his hands came to rest on her shoulder, the other on the floor, where he leaned his weight onto to support himself. He frowned, as he looked over her, trying to make sure she was ok.

"Reikia! Are you alright?!" He frowned, as he looked up at the hole above them. It was a pretty decent fall; he'd felt it to be a couple of stories when he'd fallen. It was lucky for him he'd trained with his father, and he wasn't completely human, or else he could have been injured badly from all of the damage he'd taken so far. But now, as he looked over Reikia, he saw that she must be special too....she was fine, other than a scraped knee.

And when she stood, he did too. She was alright, he could tell, so he didn't fawn over her anymore; but he did keep his eye on her, to make sure she didn't have any broken bones, or show any signs of even worse damage. This was when he turned his attention to the computer in front of him. When he saw that it was a dog on the screen, his eyes got wide, an expression of shock filling his face. He blinked, and stepped closer to the computer.

"H-hi?" He said loudly, waving his hand in front of the monitor. There was no input device connected to the computer that he could see, so he assumed it understood verbal commands, or at least had sensors so that it could detect what he was doing. He was right, as the dog on the screen turned to look at him, with a smile on its face.

"Hi, and welcome." It said, seeming to smile. "I have detected that you are Knives Angelico, son of Asheron Angelico."
Knives blinked, and jumped a little, startled. "How did you know that?!" He exclaimed, a little surprised; there was even a hint of fear in his voice. Obviously, Knives didn't like it when other things knew about him when he had never seen these things before.

"This is one of the many Inukami shelters across the world. I am the computer that was programmed with the information of your race; I have detected your DNA and linked it to your profile in my database. You might be asking why this place is here? Why you have found it?

Well...this room is actually the entrance room to the shelter. Inukami need shelters to escape from the world, and the humans in it that don't accept them. This shelter is actually well hidden, despite the fact you found it so easily: you were likely drawn to it, like all Inukami are. And even if a human would have stumbled upon this room, it wouldn't have reacted to them, and they would have kept falling into the room below without even knowing this place was here.

The shelter beyond is accessible to you, if you would like. Or, I can simply tell you what you would like, and let you go on your way."

Knives glanced at Reikia. He frowned a bit, and tilted his head to the side. He didn't know if she was alright; she might need to get back to the nurse, and both of them could use a dip in the hot springs to ease the pain. So, he would leave it up to her as to what she wanted to do.

"What do you wanna do, Reikia?"

"Reikia! Are you alright?!"

Reikia nodded, not saying anything. Sure, she was a bit tender and the cut on her knee was steadily staining her leg but it wasn’t anything she couldn’t handle. Warily, she replaced the pendant back around her neck after checking it over for damages; the only one being a blue chain link hauled apart. Something on the other hand that could easily be fixed by a certain amount of pressure administrated by her own thumb.

She watched Knives approaching the computer, hesitantly replying his response to its welcome. She was surprised to find that the computer attempted to tell Knives his name, something which it seemed to get incredible right when Knives jumped back in shock. She listened with immense attention as the generated dog went onto describe it’s propose and function. Nothing relatively meaning much to her, but it was interesting to take note of anyway.

"What do you wanna do, Reikia?"

“What do I wanna do?” Reikia repeated, slightly surprised. “Does it have anything really to do with me? It should be me asking you.” She tilted her head to one side, something which usually would make her long sapphire hair hide half her face, but with it being still slightly damp didn’t. She glanced down at her leg, the blood a dark crimson from where is had coagulated and then herself getting a slight suggestion to his meaning.

“I’m fine. Don’t worry about this. It’s only a scratch look,” Reikia told him, grinning and pointing to the miniature gash. “It would take a lot more to get be down!” The enthusiasm was evident in her voice, as she clenched her hand into a fist. So maybe she was a good actress, maybe she wasn't. If anything, she could with stand alittle longer. After all, it really was only a scratch. Nothing life threatening at all.

“Does it have anything really to do with me? It should be me asking you.”
Knives frowned as he looked at her. Then, when her eyes moved to the cut on her knee, his own followed, and he let out a deep sigh. Then, he shook his head at her, replying with "No, I'm worried about you being hurt...." His ears twitched a bit, and he looked her over again. Her actions and personality tried to tell him she was fine, but...

“I’m fine. Don’t worry about this. It’s only a scratch look....It would take a lot more to get be down!”
Knives continued to frown, tilting his head to the side. He didn't really buy it, but she seemed to be alright. If she could keep up looking fine, then he was sure she wasn't injured badly enough that she needed immediate attention. He gave her a slight nod, and another sigh, before turning back to look up at the computer. He thought for a moment, before asking:

"Computer, what exactly am I?"

"You are half-Inukami. Your race is a breed of dog-like beings; they are actually closer to dogs than to humans, yet can breed with either race - which is obvious, in your case." It didn't seem to speak very long. It simply came up with the programmed response, said it, and stopped talking.

Knives thought a moment. He had so many questions, he didn't know where to start. He took another quick glance at Reikia; though he could stay here all day, he knew that both of them would need to return to campus soon. So he asked one last question:

"Is there anything else I need to know?"

"There isn't anything you ~need~ to know. But I could tell you many things. I know about the Inukami history, the legendary Inukami sword --" With that, the computer was cut off by Knives. A grin crossed his face, as his deep blue eyes stared straight up at the monitor.

"Tell me about the sword!"

"The legendary sword of the Inukami is created from three different parts. These parts can be found in several different places across the world. The first part is here on campus, in the mountains. The second part is in the African plains. The third is in the South American jungle. You must get them in order for this to work.

Each part is guarded by a different Inukami spirit, which you must defeat in order to obtain the part. You can only bring one person with you to each place.

Once you've obtained every piece, a member of your pack can merge them into the inukami sword. This is a difficult mission, so beware..."

Knives blinked, and smirked. "I think I wanna try it!" He laughed a little, before turning to Reikia. He sighed, and shrugged, and looked up at the computer as he spoke to her. "Well...I think we should head back now. I can always come back to this place if I wanna know more." He smiled.

"I will open a path back outside. Good luck, Knives Angelico."

Knives blinked. He hadn't even been speaking to the computer, and it responded to him. But when he turned around, he saw a fairly large hole in the ground, right underneath the hole they had fallen through. Obviously, if one fell through the hole above, they'd pass straight through into the hole below without knowing this room existed. Knives smiled at the simple intelligence of it. Then, he turned and smiled to Reikia, reaching out to grab her hand so that he could pull her towards the hole.

"Let's go!"

He leapt into the hole; as soon as he did, the lights shut off in the room, leaving it in complete darkness so that no human could find it again.

The hold turned out to be a slide, which went downwards for a good distance - long enough that they could pick up speed. This way, when the slide twisted upwards again, they would continue to move along it, even against gravity, due to their momentum. They contined to slide in this fashion, twisting and turning, until they finally slid out into the open, right into the waterfall. When they fell, they fell through the waterfall, landing in the pool below. This way, if anyone was watching, they would not see the two people coming out.

Knives smiled as he stood up from the pool, and waded out from the waterfall. He turned back towards Reikia, rubbing his back. "You wanna go to the Hot Spring? I'm sure it would feel good after all that...falling and stuff..."

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
Reikia watched politely silent. She could tell it was important to Knives. ‘It’ meaning she really had no idea what the information really meant, but she distinguished that Knives obviously did. She was human after all, if she hadn’t been with Knives, she probable would have just carried on downwards.

Without any real warning another hole appeared in the surface of the earth, and just then Knives reached out and took her hand. She didn’t need to be told they were leaving; leaving through the opening.

Within seconds, the pair had jumped down the outlet, which turned out to be more like a giant slide. She saw the lights flicker off behind them, darkness covering them once further. After many twists and turns, a light could be seen at the end of the tunnel, their speed gradually gaining the closer they got. Then the two finally slid out of the opening, right into the rushing water belonging to the waterfall.

Reikia slowly stood up in the pool, giving a quick smile to Knives as she followed him out of the water.

"You wanna go to the Hot Spring? I'm sure it would feel good after all that...falling and stuff…”

Reikia frowned in puzzlement then grinned as she said, “Hot spring? Why not!”
It certainly sounded very pleasing, maybe less exciting then their trip but defiantly less dangerous. She wasn’t very fond of getting injures, but yet who was?

Re: Waterfall!!! (Reika)
“Hot spring? Why not!”
Knives smiled happily at her response. He'd been hoping she'd agree to go; after all, he preferred to be with another person over being alone. And, after having just met Reikia, he felt that he should get to know her better; maybe they could become good friends. So, he grinned happily, and began moving towards the edge of the pool to get out of it. Along the way, he waved for her to follow, though he didn't slow down for her; she could see where he was now.

Once he was out, picked up his shirt and slipped his sunglasses back onto his face, dimming the brightness of the sun. He didn't bother putting his shirt on, and he didn't have a towel to dry off with - not that it mattered. They were just going to get wet again when they got into the hot spring.

He was ready to go, so he began bounding towards the campus. Every few feet, he'd stop and turn around, jumping back and forth, waving for Reikia to come along. Despite the soreness he felt all over, it seemed that Knives was no less the happy, excited, bouncing puppy he always was.

Eventually, they'd get to the hot springs ^.^

(Kay, I'm gonna make a new thread in the hot springs forum!)
