We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Kane didn't really listen to the poem as he spoke about it. He wasn't really that good when it came to understanding poetry, and it wasn't really something he was interested in anyway. It was a little difficult for him to be able to respond because he had little idea as to what he was talking about. " Yeah, not a big fan of poetry really, I don't really understand it." He explained.
Yeah sure, it would probably make Kane look stupid. But when one spends most of his life training and not paying much attention to school work, it was expected of him not to know much. But when in a fighting situation Kane seemed completely different. He was smart and aware of his surroundings.

Art huffed. Sure, it was a poem, but it wasn't like it was very abtruse or hard to understand. Art hated that in people, when they just decided not to understand something and purposely closed their minds to it. Humans were such foolish creatures sometimes.

Kane shrugged. Art had obviously not learnt anything about him yet. " People can think that about me if they really want. Someone else's opinion about me is something I couldn't care less about. And that includes you." He replied, yet there was no anger in his voice. All he was doing was letting Art know something important about him that most of his friends knew.

He assumed that Art would call him contradictive because of the way he went off at the people at the mall. But again, he wasn't there, and he didn't know. Disrespecting and attacking a lady was something Kane would never allow to happen. Never again.

Kane smirked. He knew that would be said, he expected it from Art anyway so it was no surprise. Kane didn't want to spend time with Art anyway. He was a little to blinded by the facts that he claimed to know and kept completely missing the fact that Hawthorne was, in that situation, about two seconds away from being attacked. Yet if he didn't want to listen to that part then it didn't bother Kane, it just showed his ignorance.

Kane laughed lightly. Again, Art seemed to allow one fact to fly right over his head. " Was I about to physically attack Arion?" He asked. Another question popped into his head after he asked that one. " And honestly why do you care what I did to a bunch of punks? It's not like it's your business anyway. Like I said before, you weren't there, you don't know what happened, now do you?" He added.
Shrugging lightly, Kane decided to attempt to get it through to Art once more. "No, I supposed you weren't." Art huffed again when asked why he cared. "With every death I am lessened, for I am connected to all humanity. He still didn't look at Kane, gazing off into the sky. "Well, I admit it is possible she was under such imminent threat as would permit no delay, but I find that quite hard to believe. Since they were injured and you weren't, for one. And since you seemed so opposed to even the idea of any solution but fighting." He rocked, coming up to his feet. "Perhaps something along the lines of a demonstration is in order. Let me start off by saying I'll use my power on Hawthorne, unless you can manage to stop me." He leaned his neck back and forth, cricking it, seeming totally at ease. "Go ahead and try, if you can manage."

Kane shook his head. " You just don't get it." He commented. Art still wasn't listening, and now refused to believe what Kane was saying. When it came to the fighting, it was not the same and it was impossible to make the situation the same. For one, Hawthorne was not here, and he was not coming towards Kane to attack him. He was just standing there, not really a fight at all. There was no point in it, other than Art probably trying to look tough again. In all honesty, it didn't surprise Kane. " It's not the same." He began.
Looking to the side, Kane suddenly began to worry about Hawthorne. She was depressed, and originally he said he was just going for a walk for about ten minutes then he was going to go back to her. He wouldn't dare leave her alone for any longer than that, god knows what she wanted to do. " Maybe some other time. I have to go, Hawthorne's depressed to the max right now, and I only came out for a short walk. Never expected to see you here." He said.
He turned to leave, about to run it seemed. How could he have been so stupid as to forget about her, even if they were just talking about her. After taking a few steps, he stopped and turned back. " Oh, and if you lay a hand on Hawthorne, I will break your nose. You can hold me to that." He commented. His voice showed no fear, more like concern for her.
Kane began to walk again at his usual pace. He would run if he really felt she was going to do something bad, but he knew Hawthorne wouldn't, or at least he hoped not. " Keep listening to those rumors about me, since that's where your getting your opinions about me from. Maybe next time we meet you'll actually listen instead of trying to play the tough guy." He said, sliding his hands into his pockets and continuing to walk.

Art stood up, following Kane for the moment. More bluster from the fighter. All the guy seemed to know was threats. Harsh. Well, maybe he had a soft side he showed to Hawthorne. Maybe not; maybe she liked it rough. Ah, well, all the best to the both of them if they could stand eachother.
"Yeah, I guess I should be getting back to Arion soon. She gets a little lonely if I'm gone too long." He wondered idly if she was all right. He had left her smiling, and he hoped to come back and see her smiling again. For that he would do anything.
" Keep listening to those rumors about me, since that's where your getting your opinions about me from. Maybe next time we meet you'll actually listen instead of trying to play the tough guy."
He chuckled lightly. "I didn't know if all those rumors were true, but everything you say and show to me shows that they are. Cutting your throat with your own tongue, to use more poetry."
Art couldn't help it, the guy's attitude was bugging the heck out of him. "And as for breaking noses..." He held out his arm, projecting an invisible hand in front of Kane's face and stopping short. At walking pace it should be no more then an annoying nose-first bump. "If it comes to that, we'll see who's better at it." Art turned, moving to disappear off in another direction, half-hoping the boy would turn to follow him.

Kane listened to Art's words but didn't take them in. Again, it was all a matter of opinion. This kid has his, and it wasn't Kane's place to try and change them. All he was trying to was inform him that his information was wrong. If he was too stubborn to listen then that was just who Art was. Shrugging, Kane's thoughts drifted back to Hawthorne, as he wondered why he was so hung up on the girl. It wasn't as if he had feelings for her, right? No. He was just trying to look after her, that's all.
"And as for breaking noses..."..."If it comes to that, we'll see who's better at it."
Kane stopped as his nose lightly tapped against something. He couldn't see anything, but something was there alright. It was probably one of Art's powers or something. Though asking him about it seemed tempting, checking on Hawthorne was something he had to do. He laughed slightly. " Maybe we will." He commented.
