Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.
We have a guest book. Take a look. If you haven't taken a look yet, be sure and do so. ^_^

A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
*He had left the springs and gone to his room and taken a shower. When he was done he slipped on a pair of his silk pants and shirt, with a muscle shirt on underneath it. He had cleaned up his hair and slipped on a very light japanese scent. He was trying to look good and yet not look and yet some how get it across to Maaz who could not see. He wondered what he could do to some how get her to notice he was trying.*
"For once you seem like you are going to try hard to make this girl like you."
*He snickered as he was talking to him self. He shook his head and headed out the door. He moved on and out of the building. He started across the school and then out to the meadow.
As he entered the meadow he heading stright for the area he said he was meeting her. As he got there he looked around and did not see her there yet so he stood by and waited. He listened to the nature and everything else around him.*
Maaz had a harder time than she thought she would. There wasn't very much help from the students, most assumed she could see just as well as they did. And then, we she got closer to the meadow, there weren't very many students to help her. It took a while but Maaz finally did get to the designated meeting area. Her psychic arms were out, searching for Jun-Bo. She smelled him before they even touched him.
"Jun-Bo? Is that you?" Maaz asked, moving up to the stranger with the cologne on. Maaz wore her usual outfit, black shorts and shirt with her green cape over it. She wore her black boots as well. She had made a quick pit stop at the Nurse's Office and wore a bandage over her hand. Her hair was still a bit wet but it was mostly dry.
"It took longer than this one thought to get here. I'm sorry."

Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
*He could see her approaching before she knew he was there. He smiled lightly looking to her. He had been waiting quite a while for her, but he had not cared overly much about it. He was pleased when he saw her approaching. When she called out asking if it was him he smiled and spoke out just loud enough for her to hear him, but not scared any rabbits in the grass. *
“Yes Maaz it is me.”
*She got close enough that he could look over her. Her hair was lightly damp and her cloths were her normal type. Though his eyes looked to the bandages and he frowned lightly. He wondered about it. *
“It is quite alright. Some times we are delayed in the actives we are doing. I do not mind waiting. So what are your thoughts of the meadow so far?”
*He smiled as the breaze passed thru his hair. He wondered if they would be able to see the rabbits like he had last time. Maybe he was just weird, but he like seeing wildlife. He spoke the next words calmly, but honestly. *
Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
Maaz stepped closer, her arms out to reach and touch Jun-Bo. When she reached him she smiled and dropped her hands.
"My thoughts? Well, it's comfortable. I can still feel the sun on my face. But there is a breeze. And, you're here, so I like it." Maaz said honestly. She smiled wider when he commented on her clothing.
"Thank you," she said, taking his hand and kissing. It was a form of endearment she learned from before she learned thank you.
"I suppose you look good as well." Maaz said, joking a bit.

*It made him smile when she mentioned him being there helped to make her like it. He watched her kiss the back of his hand and he smiled all the more. He was about to say something when she said he must look good as well. It made him look down and then shrugged chuckling.*
"Well I guess I do, or at least I try. Can not say I have ever been much on looking good. I prefer cloths that feel soft against the skin and are strong enough to last."
*He chuckled and took her hand liftting it as he bowed at the waist to kiss the back of it gently for a second then he looked to her and smiled raising back up and letting go of her hand for the most part.*
"I guess in your case, it would be I hope I smell and feel good instead of look."
*He chuckled lightly, trying to keep the mood light. He looked over towards the area he use to train in and turned towards it. He gently laid his hand on her lower back, careful to keep it high enough that she would not get a bad impression. He started to walk towards the area leading her gently.*
"I wish to show you were I normal train out here and let you get a feel for the area."
Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
Maaz smiled when Jun-Bo kissed the back of her hand. No one had ever returned the kiss. It was the proper thing to do but Maaz knew her styles and mannerisms were different from most other students and never expected them to understand hers. Jun-Bo was defenitely different from the others.
"I guess in your case, it would be I hope I smell and feel good instead of look." Jun-Bo said, laughing a bit. Maaz smiled wider, nodding.
"You do." Jun-Bo began to lead her somewhere and Maaz followed willingingly, not minding at all. She would like to be where he trained. She wouldn't mind being there with him so maybe they could practice together at different times. It would be great if she could train with him. She would get stronger and closer. She would have a permanent friend.
Maaz thought about what Jun-Bo said earlier, about smelling and feeling good versus looking good. She knew what some people looked like, after they let her trace their faces with her hands. She retained a mental picture of the outline of their faces. But Maaz wasn't visually oriented. An ugly person could be talking to her and it wouldn't matter to Maaz. As long as she felt safe.
"Do you worry about the way you look often?" Maaz asked, looking straighte ahead.

Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
*He lead he slowly towards the area. It was interesting being able to lead someone with out them seeing where they were going. When she asked him if he often worried about the way he looked. He stopped for a second and thought about it. He shook his head after a while.*
"Not really. I tend to only worry about the way I look when I am trying to impress a girl I think is worth my time and that I want to get close to and maybe become more then friends with."
*He closed his mouth after saying that, thinking it is better for her to come to her own conculsions about what he said, then him sticking his foot in his mouth and stumbling over his tounge. After a moment they got to the place he trained and he looked around with a grin.*
"This is where I train most often. Here it is far enough of the school others do not often come here and it has enough things around here that I can get a good work out done here."

(OCC - Your charcter was not deleted. It is just on the last page of the charcter listing page. You may have reposted the charcter sheet or something, and the dupulacate was deleted, but the orginal is still on the charcter listing. When we get power up grade and make changes we are supossed to just modify the orginal.
So ya just make the changes to the orginal that you had made to the second post and yoru charcter should be good to go.)

"Not really. I tend to only worry about the way I look when I am trying to impress a girl I think is worth my time and that I want to get close to and maybe become more then friends with." Jun-Bo said. Maaz wondered vaguely if Jun-Bo were trying to impress her.
"More than friends? Like a lover?" Maaz asked, ucertainty laced in her words. Suddenly, Jun-Bo stopped and Maaz stopped with him. He told her they had arrived. Maaz smiled.
"Good. Not alot of people are around to bother you. But what do you use to train? The trees?"

Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
((Well I can see it just fine. Hmm.. might look further into it i guess.))
*When she asked about his comment abotu more then friends and if he meant he lover. He just looked at her for a mintue trying to think of how to state it correctly and not make her feel bad or ackward. Her voice held the uncertainy that he was worried about.*
"Well ya more then friends, but umm. as far as lovers. I tend to want to know the girl really well before I take that step. I have to at least have faith in her that she will be as faithful to me as I will be to her. I guess I was thinking more along the lines of girlfriend and dating; working to see if we could be lovers."
*His hormones were making him blush and for the first time he was kind of glad she could not see. It made it easier to hide what was going on with him.*
"As for training, I tend to use the tree for alot of my training. Yet I also so the small rocks around here. There is also a small grove that I like to run thru. It is about 1/8 of a mile in length round trip."
"Oh....I've never had a girlfriend...or a boyfriend." Maaz said, frowning slightly. She knew very little about relationships, having never been in one herself.
"Run? I've run most my life. I don't like to do it unless I have to. I found I stay fit easily." Maaz thought back to when she did run from the scientists. Her only setbacks were that she couldn't see. It was never a matter of how fast or long she could run.
"But why do you use the rocks? I don't see their use."

Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
*He looked a little shocked that she had never had a boyfriend. She was cute enough he figured she would have had at least one. Then again she was blind and some people would not be able to handle that. Maybe that was why. *
“Ah well relationships are mostly about just enjoying being around each other and having fun together. Lovers comes with the two people feel some attraction to each other and want to take the relationship to the next step.”
*He smirked as she spoke about running she did not seem to like running much at all. Maybe he could change that for her. He looked to her and just listened as she asked about the rocks. *
“I use the rocks to practice being able to dodge attacks that are faster and more numerous then the normal person can throw. Also use them to learn to block and just react faster.”
Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
"Well, I enjoy being around you and we are having fun together I suppose. But I don't think that's what you mean by relationship. Most others would call this a friendship, right?" Maaz said.
She still didn't get what he used rocks for and sent her psychic arms out, searching the ground for one. She found a good sized rock, about the size of a fist, and lifted it before her.
"The rocks are unique, I don't see their use still. I'd prefer a live trainer. But your idea is very...innovative." she said, crushing the rock with one of her psychic arms. It crumbled and fell in tiny pieces to the dirt. Maaz laid a hand on Jun-Bo's arm.
"What do we do now? Show me something with the rocks."

"It is true that is not quite the type of relationship I was speaking of. There is more to it then just enjoying the company of each other, but it is something better learned doing then being told."
*He smiled lightly and bent down as she spoke, picking up about a dozen of the small rocks and held them in his right hand. He smirked and looked to her with a smile.*
"This type of training with be slightly harder for you, since you can not see, but with you pyshic arms you should still be able to pull it off. Since you can not see I will explain it before we begin."
*He jiggles the hand full of rocks and smiled as the thoughts of he throwing more then a hunderd in the air and useing his mongoose reaction to deflect them all his his hands.*
"I am going to toss a dozen tiny rocks into the air. Your goal is to find then as they come down and deflect them or dodge then one at a time as they comes down. Though you must remember that they will probely come down in groups of three or more. You have to bend your body and your arms to make them miss you. Are you ready?"

Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
Maaz tensed, slightly unsure if she could pull off the feat. Sure, she was pretty apt with her psychic arms, but she had never trained with them in such a fashion. They would have to divide for her to be able to dodge them.
"Dodging is not my strong point. Couldn't I just block?" Maaz asked, a little frightened. "I think that'd be more reasonable."

Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
*He could hear the way she was frightened of the idea. Her voice gave away her feels as much as her face and body did. He reached out with his free hand and ruffled her hair. He jiggled the rocks as he thought for a second. Then he pulled his hand back and nodded to him self.*
"Ok we will start with training you to block tell you can comfortable with it. Then we will work on dodgeing. The reason you should learned dodging even if it is not your strong point is because some blows will come towards you in fights that are too strong to block with out taking damage from them. Those should be blocked.
But for now lets work on blocking. Here we go. Three. Two. One. Here they go."
*The hand holding the rock went stright up and the rocks went flying. He then moved his hands in close in front of his body. His eyes followed the rocks closely. He was going to try and keep the rocks from hitting her if she could not find them all. To do that he had to be faster then he was for him normaly defending him self. He also had to keep close eye on them.*
Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
Maaz wasn't ready at all. In fact, she was a bit startled. She heard the rocks come whizzing back down because of the laws of nature and gravity and immediately her psychic arms were out. They divided themselves into 48 and shot up into the air, flailing madly. Maaz was still in a state of shock and could only knock the rocks away instead of dodging them.
One came close to her head but Maaz sidestepped quickly. She lost all judgement as to the placement of the rocks and gave up quickly, resorting to retracting her arms down to wrap around herself as she crouched. The rest of the rocks came tumbling down and landed on the ground. When the last of them fell, Maaz stood slowly, feeling as if she should have done better. A lot better.
"I'm sorry, Jun-Bo. I wasn't ready." she murmured, holding her head down.

Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
*He smiled slightly as his hands had moved to keep most of the rocks from getting to close. The ones he missed hit her arms and landded freely on the ground. He watched her stand back up and hang her head applogises for not being able to block them.
It made he remember his first time and how he had missed four his first time and only three the next time. He had not even bothered useing steel skin to protect him self. It had been his wish to feel and take the damage for being to slow. It helped him to learn faster.
His hand came out and gently raised her chin so that it was level again. He was not going to let her feel bad about not being able to do it. It was giving up that he would expect and appoligiseing about. But failing just meant you had to train more. Nothing else. He had failed in his training many many times. He had broken bones and brused him self badly failing many times.*
"Shush. You did nothing wrong. Everyone gets caught off guard some times. Here get ready while I pick up the twelve rocks again. Is that ok?"
*He kneeled down and started to collect the rocks again. He looked to them as they gathered into his hand.*
Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
Maaz nodded, willing herself to try harder. If she was caught of guard when the scientists came, would she have done that as well? Just given up? Steeling herself, Maaz took note of the fact that Jun-Bo told her there were 12 rocks. She knew she had a better chance at dodging if she knew how many she had to look out for.
"Okay, I'm ready." she said, dividing her arms into 12. "I'll do better."

Re: A walk thru the grass (Maaz)
*He smiled as she steeled her self. It was pretty obvious that she was mental getting her self ready more then anything. He stood back up after he had gather all 12 rocks. Each one was about the size of a small marble. It was made to make a person react faster then they normally would be able to. That and it also would not do preament damage if they missed one and got hit.*
"Alright, here they go."
*When she said she would do better he thought that he knew she would and then he thru the rocks stright up and got back into his stance to be ready to help block them if she needed help. He smiled as she seemed to be more in the zone this time. She would probelly do just fine with them.*
