Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Shrouded completly - the mist took away their ability to see two feet infront of them. Amber, bold as ever, Amber, hate filled as ever, ready for the death of this creatures death, ready to let her blade and Djibril taste the blood of a Seiryu. Come and find me.
The words echo, the calmness, the softness, the warmth of her voice was no longer there to be heard as the precious gem in the dark was as placid as those nonlimious facqueted jewels she called eyes. Something moved and she can hear it, coming up on her left side at speed that was less than remarkable. chains rattled
If she looked to the side, twisted her neck to inspect the sound - shriek came then slashing of a clawed hand at her slim built frame.

Turn and nearly to late, the claw dug and slashed into her left arm. If he had been expecting the girl to scream, Sogetsu would be sorely disappointed. She had winced in pain and staggered back, her arm would bleed but no such scream ever escaped her glossy lips. Her eyes immediately turn on him, a glare of pure hatred. Where had that ephemeral beauty she had before gone? The mist moisted her clothes, her wine colored dress darkening and her hair and her pristine white feathers became damp.
"Bastard."
Amber made another slash to him, her sword cut the air once, twice. She would a huge amount of her energy behind it, she wanted this demon to die. Two gusts of wind shot towards the demon, and one of the two has Vis Vires laced into it.

Two feet - she couldn't see two feet infront of her eyes, but as the claw swipe had entered within those twenty four inches and drew blood from the arm - crimson arch's and splatters in the snow - the wound be sealed with fragments of ice forming. Not enough to warrant her attention - in that controlled state of pure anger, Amber can see the mist distort from movement - giving her the chance for a strike, or two...
...two gust of wind, one and then the other rip through the mist with - one with purpose, with guidance - a Vis Vires as she so called it, her urge to kill this demon surmounting all other feelings in than one instance, that one moment. The gust of wind - carve a path a visibity through the shroud of mist, giving a brief glimpse of the monsters movements. as he lured out the Vis Vires with a simple dive to the side - but the that turn of a dime precision and relentless effort from the gust of wind gathers speed on the tumbling demon.
Lifting up the sheath, the swirling water protects him - saves him, his soul. But as Amber's gust of wind is no ordinary gust of wind, the swords' water aura was something more than mere water - the rush around the sheath is slowed even further - drip, drop, drip - The stream is like a slow running stream where ealier it had been like the rushing falls of Niagra themselves.
"Bastard? When I'm through with you - you're gonna cry and scream your father's name!!" The beast's chains rattle again with movement - the sounds reverberates from all around, rattle rattle goes to demon. Ever closer, ever further away from her.
And where was Akai as the Nephilim and Seiryu battled?

From the sounds of battle Akai eyes turned through the mist in a daze of confusion - not seeing Amber or the Seiryu, but he heard them battle, those chains rattle, gust of wind - He heard it all. Frustration was rising and started to feel more desperate, Amber's unguided, non Vis Vires gust wind came - nearly ripping the soul right from Akai - one misguided step and who knows what affect that would have had on him.
Akai looked down towards Amber, and seen the changes within her and knew that it was best if he stayed away. Also there was the the Seiryu's back turns toward him, this was a moment to strike, a moment for action. Eyes - the whites gleamed for a moment before they descended into darkness, the vibrant artic hues errupt, red hot - so intense one look can surely kill if need be. Muscle's tensed, tightened, coiling back - like a viper, a rattle snake Akai was ready to strike. In that one moment where Amber thought she lost track of the Seiryu, Akai was breathing down neck. His battle all the while being heard...
"Amai ze" [Pitiful]
The first crack of a fist came into the creatures spine and nearly shattered the bone, almost leaving the beast paralyzed from the waist down. The next that echoed through the night was a kidney blow, one to the left side. "BODY GA AMAI!!" [YOU BOBY IS WEAK!!"] And third that reverberates into the air was the another kidney shot, to the right side this time. Akai leaned in with each shot thrown, putting body weight into them for maxium damage. "Asobi natsu mori ka?" [Do you think this is a game?] The monster toppled down to his knees and rolled forward through the thinning mist now.
Pain was breaking the concentration
Amber can see the two shapes, two shadows, but can't quite make who is who.

Could the Seiryuu read her mind, her thoughts though her eyes? Did he know or had it been just coincidence that he had said that? Those words stopped Amber from attacking again, a mistake of her own. The winged girl lost track of him in the mist, swallowed up as Akai had been.
"Where the hell are you?"
Fury, she was not going to let him get away with attacking her and Akai, get away with making her arm bleed.
Two shapes in the mist, but without identities. It didn't matter, her mind clouded with angered thoughts. She swung her sword once, twice again and two gusts of wind blasted in the directions of the shapes. If she kept this up, the girl would needlessly tire herself out!

The sound of those chains rattled and once the demon got his bearings again, savage backhand launched the kid again - just as Amber swung that blade again ad two gust of wind ripped through, forcing the mist to part like the Red Sea, a great divide as her uncaring eyes watches as Akai's was struck with one of the gust of the wind - an instant stop as his body was drove into the ground with the force of wind.
The second gust of wind makes way to the Seiryu, the beast of Niagra. He attempted to move, to run, he had underestimated her power, rage, determination to protect a friend, her willingness to go limits of her power. The sheath was held up again, in attempt to block powerful of gust of wind - it shreaded the last bit of power remaining - the mist instantly evaporated as the aura of water was no more, gone - poof, bu-bye it went, maybe the aura of water was the source of power fueling him. And the wash over from the wind, ripped through the Seiryu's body, taking a bit of the demon's soul with it, dust in the wind.
The sheath, which at once housed a massive katana cracked - the inky black material was defiled with white lines showing how on the verge to shattering it was - the katana, still laid down in the ground, closer to the tree, away from the three - Akai limp, a glow began to resonate from that bandage on his arm, Amber knew he kept always kept bandaged, but why was a story that was always a mystery - was he deformed in some way? [perfection] what lies beneath?
A golden light...
Sogetsu, came to stand to the full of his height, he towered over seven feet in this form, his reptillain nature nearly kept his muscles coiled at all times, but not now. Anger straightened him out -- rattle rattle goes the chain -- the sheath reassumes its position on the back side of the Seiryu, a growl passed from his maw as lenghty muscles tightened up and stretched out - wings sprouted forth from his back popping right through his clothing as more the dragon nature showed itself.
Amber was staring at the true nature of the blue dragon, so cocky he still was, it was his nature - he was a king after all. A shimmer of gold flickering through his eyes - almost electric like.

The pendulum became black as onyx, crawling towards the point where it would clense her soul. Until then, the angry half-angel made a concious effort to do all that she could to defeat this Seiryuu. For a moment, she had believed she had attained success!
A golden light caught her eye, Akai's direction she realized. The nephilim lifeless eyes wanted to stare over at him, something deep inside her urged her to just look.
The feeling of a sucess was brief. Amber had she realized that the demon had changed again, something that towered over her...human? No, he was both of a dragon and human in one body. Dragon head, no doubt about it, but his body was scals the color of water. The Seiryuu's eyes settled on her and the half-angel froze in place at the sight of creature. She would have to need a chi recharge to fight back. If there was just enough time...

Akai lay still on the floor, that golden shine peaking underneath the bandaged arm intensified but apprently did nothing to aid him in standing up again, Amber was once again on her own, staring at the face of evil, a Seiryu was now coming into his own.
The demon stood still, claws replaced human toes, and the earth buckled underneath the sharp talons as they dig into the cement walk away underneathe. A tail, it came from nowhere, cracks through the air like a whip. Sogetsu reared back, the span of his wings increased, clawed hands tingle with strain as tightened his grip, five digit hands were turned into the taloned claws. The lean muscle inside of body roped through his arms, core, and legs. The maw of the dragon open, the air sounded hollow, as a rasp of breath was drawn in.
A crackle of energy glinted as the power build up was evident, a ball of water formed before the maw, centering itself, a maelstrom, a vortex of power formed as the balls size swelled up, basket ball like, beachball like - then it fired off. The path of the projectile water ball was undeniably heading towards the little winged girl, as she asked for this.
The water ball swelled up, a swirling vortex of blue tinted water in the gaping maw of the dragon. Amber stood ready in a defensive stance, no ball of water was going to knock her down. Her energy builds up at the same time the dragon is powering up, but it was not too obvious.
Steady.
The water ball shot out in her direction. What harm could a ball of water do to her? She watched, waiting for the ball of water to be in the right range for her to...
Slice! She struck out at the water ball with her sword intending to destroy the water ball with her own gust of chi. Splish-splash...

Amber held a tight grip onto the handle of the blade, the battle stance she stood in was unnervingly bold for one so tiny, one so petite in the presence of this massive Seiryu. She lashed out, raising that blade up towards the heavens, the currents of wind bend and twist into exsistence from force of her chi - tangible. The gust of wind released slice straight and true, through the water and it didn't stop this time, it continued on towards Sogetsu to much to his own dismay. "WHAT?!?" The gust of wind ripped through the air, it carved a path over the concrete walkway through the fresh laid snow from the night before -- the gust of wind has its own rooster tail of snow.
-- The radiant glow of gold intensified to another level as Akai lay sprawled out into the snow, and with Amber's ongoing struggle, he appeared to be nothing but dead weight to her. But appearences might be deceiving -- in a sudden flash white hot golden flare those bandages that wrapped around arm seered into nothingness, eyes open up to a world of battle, but him for Akai everything seems to slow around him - he sat up, his eyes fixated on the little winged girl as she lashed out with that gust of chi - watching the energy build up and then the gust of wind released --
The Seiryu's surprise didn't last long -- wings reared back to point of touching one another and in one massive sweep through the air, the currents bend to Sogetsu's will, his own gust of wind shreiks into exsistence and collides with Amber's and the result. . .Amber's bold stance was taken from her in blinding flash, the snow on the ground was lifted up as the force of concentrated wind escaped in all directions in one great rush. A wave of a snow and wind slammed into all and Amber was lightweight, not really on the heavy side and her wings were caught up in the currents of wind and she was blown away, air born the Seiryu was lost in the distance if she tried to look back for him.
Fifthy, sixty, seventy or just hundred feet at least - her frail little frame soared through the air.

Standing brave and then the sudden wind and snow carried her away. A cold gust that chilled the girl to her bones. Lucky her wings were still small, not obtrusive enough for the wind to take her farther than it could've. The girl hit the ground hard and she winced as she felt scrapes along her arms.
Akai...where's Akai?
Her madness was receding, enough that the corner of her rational mind was able to think of her friend (A friend already?). The girl forced herself to hands and knees, her eyes searching around for signs of Akai, or Sogetsu.

The place where Amber landed was a different section of the part, her tiny little wings didn't cup the wind as much as a fully grown set or she might have been sent farther away than she is now. A thicket of tress lay just behind her, dark and ominous - the shadows surely almost seem alive with the light fog creeping over the floor of the woods. Her mind, returns to a form, where a bit more rational thoughts thinks of Akai - her friend?
A sharp gust of wind is heard to her ears - outa seemingly nowhere. Akai stood behind her, speaking through a rasp of breath. "Amber. . .you ok" Eye's simmered in fire, the pupils shined bright in the darkness of ebony surroundings. A curtain of hair pentrated by the red glow of the light, Akai walked closer to her - the bandage on his arm no more, only the vibrant seals which two remain seal, a third, open. - golden scribbing in Japanese Kanji.
The look in her eyes, those deep pools of darkness rimmed in more darkness didn't keep him from walking to her and speaking again "I think you stunned him. . ." There was something lacking in his voice, a certian confidence that normally leaks from his eye sockets, just wasn't with him. "But we must find a way to stop him, what if the next couple who strolls through here isn't paying attention. . .He'll kill them, we can't run. . .I refuse to run from him"

It wasn't the same Akai she had seen just before the mist seperated them. His eyes...they were definetly different, firey and burning so intense. Kanji in gold etched on his arm where the bandage had been, bands of white no longer there. His voice...yes that was even different too. The winged girl with the dark, feral eyes stared at him as he walked close to her.
Her rationality was still with her, she had a feeling if she would attack him, there would be a dire pain. However, a part of her wished to test that, to see what this different Akai was.
She stunned him, that's what he told her. Sogetsu, they needed to get rid of him before he attacks anyone else. Couples, a family maybe...she reached for her sword, her dark eyes cast a sharp glare to him.
"Let us find him and judge his existance." She said. Her voice could cut flesh, cut through bone if possible. "No one else should have to die at the hands some second rate kami."

Akai watched her, judging her mood and words - there was something quite different about what she - was she now that monster, that very monster that she so hated, so desperately wanted to keep at bay from others. Maybe, but something has changed inside of her -- this time, she didn't attack, she didn't push him away away. At ready they stand, Amber her sword in hand and the power of divine righteous might in her bossom - Akai, with a clenched fist and unrelenting desire stand at her side. Eyes rimmed in darkness bear the light of the vermillion hued sun. (dusk)
"Yes, lets go. . ."
In the distance, it was heard - the sweep of wings from high above - it was almost melodic, as the beasts voice once was - the singing wings struck another chord, closer and louder the sound crept. The unclear sky didn't aid eyes that tilted towards the stars in search of the source which undeniably had to be their prey. The hunted, becomes the hunter.
"Seems, he is coming to us, baka." Akai's stance, the Magama - the fighting style of the Yagami clan - was taken, finger tips curl as if they were claws, shoulders set relaxed, feet a few inches past shoulder width giving him superd balance, hair set cascaded over expressions, over emotions. So serious.
The beast came into view, the massive blade, gripped within his grasp, one hand was all that was needed for to weild the 7 foot long katana. A thunderous landing, one that shook the very underneath them echo through the thicket of woods, jarring awake numerous birds they lay in slumber and sent them into flight. Sogetsu, was now before them - the King of Niagra Park.
"A black wind begins to howl and it signals the end"
On cue almost, a wind whips through from behind Amber and Akai - from that thicket of woods, Amber's Loli-goth styled dress lifts and ripples with the wind. The dark tendrils, Akai's mask lifted up for the briefest moments, giving way to scowl in the full of light - (If looks could kill)

Even the gust of wind (perfect, on cue) in the Amber and Akai showed no fear. One carried perfect burning fire in his eyes, the other carried a quiet bravery within so dark eyes. Both faced down Sogetsu; it was clear that neither of them was going to back down.
Amber lifted her arm, pointing her sword at Sogetsu.
"The end won't be for us."
Her sword cut into the air, once-twice in the shape of a cross. One gust right after the other, then the girl looks to Akai. She was not sure what this different Akai could do, but maybe he can follow right after the gusts. How would the second rate kami deal with two simultaneous attacks from two different people at once?

A crossed shaped gust of chi, Amber's masterful and precise control of her sword released the chi that was masked gust of wind after her words, which were just as sharp, goaded a snear from the beast. Slitted yellow eyes widden as a cruel smirk rips across the expanse of reptillian lips.
"This again, pathetic." The creature reared back, the expanse of wings draws back, muscles grow, muscles gather power. Sogetsu had an expression that was all to cocky, he waited, hesitated, daring the cross form gust of wind to to strike.
That was a mistake, he would grow to regret. Amber's dark, placid, unlamentful eyes turned to Akai to watch him stand there at her side unafraid and uncomprising. Fingers curled inward, and with a sudden burst of action, the young boy, her friend exploded into action. His body dipped as he sprinted across the snow laid ground at speed which was just to hard to keep up with normaly, right behind the gust the of wind he crept, so close he could nearly take a breath of it.
Sogetsu's eyes widden further, as the moment of hesitation dragged on longer than the king had expected, wings started to come forward but it was to late - The cross formed chi struck him, and nearly at the same time - Akai left his feet, his words slice through the air like a certain Tai Chi sword.
"Kore ga...YAGAMI NO KEN DA!!!" [This is...The Yagami Fist]
Amber's gust of chi rips straight through the body of Sogetsu, rips his soul -- a bellow of pain was only answered with Akai's fist slamming into the beast stomach, inturn lifting off his feet - Sogetsu took the air, his body rocketing nearly a hundred or so feet away from where he once stood. Akai didn't look back over his as his feet touched touched the ground again, he didn't need to check on Amber cause she was still right back where he left her. Shoulder's rise and fall, coiled and tense, the glow of kanji never dwindles.
Sogetsu still stirred though, gathering the senses was done quickly, effortlessly. When he stood, there was blood dripping from his maw, running over the jagged formation of teeth and pooling at the ground below - still that sick smile took the animalistic draconic features. The gripped katana lifted up - chains rattle, the aura of water resurfaced around the cracked sheath and in one swing of sword spark of ripped free and made its way towards Akai - one simple step the side though and it passed him by. For Amber's to see, the gleam of light stuck a nearby tree and froze it solid, trapping it with a crystaline prison.
Another shot fired, Akai stepped to the side and this one, was he truly the target? No, this one was headed straight for Amber. . .

A side glance to the crystallized tree, the demon's spark that trapped the poor tree. Instant death, or a spell? Amber did not want to know the outcome of that. Her eyes darted up, seeing a spark shoot past Akai (did it hit him, part of her wondered for a second) and now heading straight to her.
Don't let that hit me!
Amber's rational, more pure soul was afraid, not wanting to be trapped in such an enclosed prison. The nephilim Amber smirked. She raised her sword, forming all the chi that she could muster behind it,
"Kyrie, Eleison..."
swung her sword in a wide arc,
"Nihil proficiat inimicus in nobis!"
and then a whisper before the spark reached her, the wind gust of chi formed. Bright in light and aiming to reflect the demon-spark back in Sogetsu's direction.

It didn't reflect the spark as she had planned, how could she predict the results of pure raw chi, masked as a gust of wind colliding with an icy inbued flare of light. Noone could have seen the results the coming - Amber poured her heart and soul into that wide arching swing, the Tai Chi sword singing its song through the air.
The very particles of wind crystalized in an instant and with a force no less than pure gale, a massive amount of chi trapped within an icy shard prison ripped over the ground, its path carving through stone and earth alike, threading and splitting the material as if it were nothing but water.
Akai looked back over his shoulder watching the results of the nephilim and seiryu clash in battle - his leg flash frozen, the accelerated metabolism was the only thing keeping it functioning now, vermillion eyes [dusk colored sun] widden as the shard knocked him to the ground, he was on the eventual path back towards. . .
. . .Sogetsu screamed in disbelief that little girl, thawarts his every attempt to finish them, ever since he laid eyes on her, there was nothing but under estimating her every move, every thought, every action that she took. The shard came in quick, to quick for him to do anything but howl a dragon's howl. It struck the katana, the detonated on impact, A globe of swirling ice and wind entrapts the kami within a vortex, shattered shards swirl around with the power of Vis Vires, each striking Sogetsu, each ripping apart of him, tearing scale from flesh.
CLANG
The katana falls to the ground, as Sogetsu shielded himself, wings coming around to form a proctective barrier - but shard after shard burries themselves inside of him. A blood flowed, like a ever flowing falls of Niagra.

Amber and Akai, both in sync with mind, body and their determination to get rid of this monster, walk over towards Sogetsu. She smirked, her dark mind trying to come up with all sorts of ways to dispatch of this monster. Maybe speaking for forbidden words, or maybe she could simply run him through, right in the skull like the small girl in a cat mask...
"What shall we do with him?" Amber begins to ask Akai (in that different voice no less, sharp and dulcet), and then all of a sudden...

...the monster that was brought to it's very knees under the power of the ice sharded Vis Vires - arose to its feet before the two of them as Amber finished asking her question, Akai didn't even to look to her, he just went into action like always. A fist clenched, nails biting into a palm and nearly drawing blood, a primal scream of pure gutteral exuberence.
"Gwo~o...KURAE YAGARE!!!"[Gwo~o Eat This]
Akai's fury was only matched by Amber's divine retribution, a fist fires like a motar and strikes with the force of a nuke at ground zero, the beast doubled over instantly -- with Akai looking over back to Amber, staring into her dark eyes he spoke to her. "Trust me. . ."
A hand extended out and awaited her grasp, being that they were in sync with one another trough mind and body, a bond forged through the hardships of battle in a struggle to punish this kami - when she gave her hand, she could feel the strength surging within - Akai spined around once and tossed upwards with her body launching towards the heavens, then shifted to refocus on Sogetsu and he was spinning around again - a low sweep kick that struck as fast as lighting shattered the ice entrapping his leg.

The beast toppled to the ground, it was sprawled out on the ground, it's back arced and the neck exposed itself - Akai looked up to Amber as he straightened himself out, those eyes set vermillion watched the half angel...
