We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

AT WHICH POINT, Yakoutio, laughing, dashes under Ness' arm and pulls him up the stairs, and into the mall. V glances at Amber and Akai, lifts her shoulders in a slight shrug.

Ness laughs happily as Yakoutio gets closer, and looks back for a moment at the group, grinning at them ... right before getting pulled and dragged off towards the elevators, amazed by Yakoutio's bountiful energy as he rushes Ness quickly toward them at an amazing speed. Ness needs to nearly run as they make their way towards them, and bends his back, putting his hands on his knees to recover his breath. Once his breath is recovered, he looked at Yakoutio and grinned at him, saying, "I'm used to running long distances, but this is the first time I've sprinted that fast," finishing with a laugh. He waits for the elevators to come down, and gets in, laughing with Yakoutio, holding the doors open for some of the others if they can fit in.

Yakoutio with Ness in tow dash off to the elevators. Amber took one last glance around before she turned her attention to V. Why won't that feeling she had go away?
"Yeah, he should know where we'll be...the line would be long for popcorn if we wait too long."
The winged girl would be the one to pull V and Akai along by the wrists (seems to be a pattern, ne?) after Yakoutio and Ness.
"Hey don't run off so quickly!" Cheerful shouting after them.

Akai stood their silent, thinking to himself about how much money he had brought him on this day - there was some cash and credit card Ayase gave him in case of emergency but seriously, what constitutes an emergency now-a-days for kids is well different from her times, her credit report might soon find that out that little fact.
Pale blue eyes moved to watch Yakoutio as he moved - that kid was fast - Akai had to admit as he watched the new teeny bopper and Ness dart off. Akai looked over at V who had looked over at him and Amber and all he offered her back in return for the slight gaze was a smile, cool and as thin as razor.
Then Amber - not one to fall behind or leave any behind, went into action - Akai and V were grabbed, Akai -- by the wrist, his eyes looked down in astonishment as he watched his body move of Amber's accord and not his own - he looked over to V and gave her one simple look.
This is your friend
But all good fun, Akai reached forward with his free and poked Amber in her side again with a resonating "HA!" And they moved on.

"But I told you I am here to get it sharpened!" Vash lied in protest.
"And I said you aren't getting into the mall with that thing on your back. Now get outta here kid." the guard said, firm on his position about Vash entering the mall with his sword on his back.
This had been going on for five minutes now. Vash had been invited to Yakoutio's birthday that very morning when he woke up and Vash had attempted to go to sleep. After wishing him a happy birthday, he had reluctantly agreed to come, though on his own schedual. He did need at least a few hours of sleep, even if his body was slowly needing rest less and less now-a-days. And, of course, because he came by himself he had made his way to the wrong enterence. On top fo that, he wasn't even allowed in. Even if it was Yakoutio, the sword ment to much to him to just stash it somewhere. So, he decided he would sneak in.
Seemingly accepting defeat to the guard, Vash made his way to the city alleys. He would enter the mall from the roof and hopefully be able to get to the cinaplex in time to catch the group going in. Then, his eyes shifted to another awkward sight. Two men dressed in black suits were on top of a building looking down at the crowd below. Curious about the sudden appearence of government agents at a local mall, Vash decided to check it out. The boy then quickly did what he does best and disappeared from sight in the alleyway. From there it was a simple matter of jumping up to the roof top using the two walls of the buildings to kick off of. Landing on top of the roof, he silently walked up to the men and drew his pistols, pointing them at the back of the heads of the two.
"I sincerely hope you do not plan on using that." Vash said in a dark tone, gesturing to the rifle.
"Then again, wouldn't you thinking already be thought out, so that your thinking is involved in what you'll do? So that means if you didn't think then you wouldn't get to the same conclusion as you would if you thought about it, right? Oh well, best not to think about thinking about thinking, you think so? The man with the sniper rifle put his hands up almost immediately the second Vash put the gun against his head though Brooks did not, he simply shifted his tie from one side to the other sighing deeply, he didn’t seem worried at all due to his top agent training in these situations.
“And I hope you don’t plan to use those” He replied simply, suddenly the sound of many different types of guns being cocked, loaded, lifted upwards and clashed against each other could be heard from behind Vash. At least twenty men all wearing SWAT like uniforms were standing behind Vash each with a MP5 held tightly in their grip and pointed at the Dunpeal, one particularly large man even held a quite menacing M61 Vulcan and each had a expensive looking modern katana strapped to their sides, their flak jackets each had the same thing printed across the back. Beta Team.
“The American government isn’t very fond of your antics Vash Hellsinger” Brooks said simply as he turned around not fearing the pistols held in the Dunpeals hands, “But good for you you’ve just arrived at a good time, we might be needing you for something important”.
The Agent reached into his pocket and took out a small card holding it up so that Vash could see; it had what appeared to be a star like crest with the letters ADEH printed across the front of it.
“You can use this to get into the mall,” He explained, “Protect those children, I’m not authorised to tell you any more than that”.

"And if I refuse...?" Vahs said, still holding the pistols up. Like Agent Brooks, Vash wasn't scared of a few bullets flying his way.
The hunter shifted his eyes to see the guards all circled around him. It was a wonder no one had spotted the gathering on the roof now. Twenty armed S.W.A.T. like members, a man in a trench coat with two pistols and a sniper and his spotter. It was a strange sight indeed, let alone a frightening one. Now Vash wanted some answers.
"I am not some pawn like your "hunters" over there. I work for no one but myself, let alone people I do not know. If you wish to have my aid, then I would except to have some idea of what is going on..."

Brooks was half expecting Vash’s answer, his report had described the teen as a lone wolf of sorts however everyone had their price and everyone had their weaknesses, it was just a case of knowing which place to get a hold of and squeeze.
“This isn’t a negotiation Vash. To get the authorisation to tell you what is going on here would take hours of filing through red tape and clearance protocols,” He explained, “By that time your friends might already be dead”.
Brooks didn’t make any sign of backing down or sent any form of emotion towards the Dunpeal except for a cold hard stare, he wasn’t letting his years of experience go to waste on anyone especially a kid, even if this one was super powered.
“I’ll tell you this though” He added, “This operation took months of careful planning and procedure to go underway so if you mess it up for us you’ll find yourself in a locked cell 50 miles under the Nevada desert without a hope in hell of getting back out”.
“Come on Amber, V, the doors wont stay open for that long” Yakoutio called out happily to his friends as they ran towards the lifts, he stood inside one of them with Ness, his foot in front of the doors so to prevent them closing. The lift was nicely decorated on the inside with a mirror at the back and red walls and expensive chrome features on the dials and handles.
“You can’t tell me I run that fast?” Yakoutio asked Ness pondered over the fact that he had ran much faster than all the others, he wasn’t even using his powers though he himself knew he was a pretty fast kid for his age.

Vash looked at the agent with a raised eyebrow. Did he really think that these guards could take him on? These humans, pathetic with their tools of war. He had faced guards such as these before, though they were vampires. Superior to humans in every physical aspect, yet he had still defeated them. If Brooks knew as much as he boasted, he would ahve known that. Unfortunately, there was a key to the knowledge he posessed. It finally hit Vash. There was only one person in that group that he knew the government would be tailing. Vash's eyes suddenly flared up with the fierce red that came when his emotions became unchecked. His grip tightened and the finger on the triggers pulled back slightly, makiing a small click.

The sound of the trigger being tensed by Vash echoed in the ears of one of the men surrounding him causing the mans eyes to open widely in shock behind his gas mask, suddenly he dropped his gun bringing his fingers up and snapping them once, suddenly all sound seemed to stop as the noise of the man clicking his fingers echoed softly over and over again around the surrounding area gradually fading away very slowly until there was no sound at all except for a soft humming in everyones ears.
Gradually the sound of the surrounding streets faded back into existence and everything appeared as normal except for one difference. Vash’s pistols were nowhere to be seen, the man who had clicked his fingers was now holding them putting one of them into his right holster opposite his katana.
“No… You didn’t” Brooks said in shock, his professional agent trained had seemed to escape him as he turned to the other agent with the sniper rifle, “You really did it… I knew that the ADEH had plans for Project D, but playing God!?”

Amber pulled V and Akai into the lift, with one quick glance over her shoulder. The doors would be free to close not that everyone was all in the elevator now. That feeling in her neck, it was beginning to annoy her more than it should've and she would realize it when the doors close.
I hate elevator lifts...
A short breath and she was sure she would be fine. To allevaite her stress...she finally counterpoked Akai back for poking her when she was dragging them after her.

Ness laughs at Yakoutio's question. "Yep, you run pretty damn fast," he laughs out, and then pokes Amber playfully in the ribs--but from Akai's direction, and then laughing to see if she noticed that it was him. When they reached the floor they wanted, he ran out first, spinned, and looked at the rest of them, folding his hands out and behind his back and bending slightly at the waist, looking at them with bright storm-blue eyes filled with excitement as they come out of the elevator. "So, what movie are we seeing today?" he asked the group, full of anticipation.

The multiplex had only one word to describe it, amazing. The new story was actually two stories with a balcony around the centre making the middle of the building stretch downwards connecting the two floors by a glass lift at one end and two flights of stairs at the other. All around both stories were various entrances to corridors that presumably led to the different screens as each had two numbers above the corridor entrance. Everything was decorated in luscious red and chrome much like the elevator, royal red carpets, chrome stairs, chrome chairs, red and gold walls.
In the centre of the courtyard was a large seating arrangement for a fast food restaurant cleverly built into the far wall where various teenagers queued up to get food, at both ends were two confectionary stands selling popcorn and other types of candy to eat while watching the movie.
“Oh you must be the Monomota party?” A voice asked nicely as a sweet old man wearing a grey suit stepped into view, “I’m the projectionist of movie theatre seven, I trust you’ll have a good time here, don’t worry about the costs everything has been paid for already by that nice Mr Brooks so you can help yourselves to the confectionary”.
A small yelp of delight was heard coming from Yakoutio’s direction as he tugged on Ness’ hoody tighter in excitement.

Vash looked at the soldier that had disarmed him with whatever power he posessed with a wicked grin. His eyes were now a full glowing red and as struck into the souls of those staring at him. He was certainly a twisted being when he wanted to be. He then let his jacket blow in the breeze, revealing his instuments of death. Grenades, stakes, shells, clips of bullets, combat knives, holy water and much more was strapped to the inside of the young man's jacket. He wasn't stupid. He knew Yakoutio was going to get attacked on his birthday, it was only a matter of whom. Now the hunter only needed to get to where Yakoutio was.
"Well, it seems you have evened out the odds with your little stunt, though I would like those back..." he said, his fangs barred in an evil cackle after he finished.
In a flash he was gone, his demonic speed giving him an advantage. He charged straight for the one who had stolen his pistols. Now on the attack, Vash struck out in a hand knife with his wicked claw like hand. It slashed through the man's throat, sparying blood everywhere as he pushed the body off the roof with him. Spinning it around he put the man's body infront of him and proceeded to strip him of the psitols he stole. With his two guns back, the hunter kicked the body upwards to shield himself and then shot towards the ground. The boy tumbled to his feet as he hit the ground and was immediately off towards the mall. He needed to warn Yakoutio of the presence of the enhanced soldiers.
As he passed the entrance, the same stuborn guard attempted to stop him but he simpyl flashed the card Agent Brooks gave him as he ran past, shouldering the guard to the side as well. He had no time for trivial human affairs as this was more important. His friend's life, as well as the well being of others he cared about, were in danger. As he made his way to the elevators, the thought of one specific person aside from Yakoutio made his stomach churn in an unpleasent manner.
Amber, I pray you had other affairs to deal with today... he thought in a sort of futile manner.

The old man in a grey suit welcomes the collection of teenagers (even Yakoutio, now officially a member of the rebellious years) and V glances at Yakoutio. "Mr. Brooks?"
Rewind. But a few minutes before, V stood, watching the group's reflections in the mirror; her own mirror image at an angle, gaze not meeting alter-self's. Then: "Yakoutio; did you choose the multiplex yourself?"
Rewind, rewind. But before the entire group was crammed in the posh mirrored elevator at all, Amber was pulling Akai and V by their wrists, Akai gave V a speaking look then poked Amber in the (careful of wings! caaareful of wings!) side, and V shrugged: eloquent, but wordless. Detached (to the frustration of all?) just outside the elevator to tie her shoe. Gold, gold, gold hair spills in a wave, conceals the fine features of her face for a moment. Then she's up, and jumps into the elevator, proper.

Akai's wrist was released from Amber's grip as they step into the elavatora and she came with her counter poke, which Akai countered - blindly -- with one hand --- into another poke against her tummy as she called him a cheater. Pale powder blue - as blue as the sky and as cold as the artice - eyes looked into the reflective surface of the elavator catching sight of everyone within the walls of the transport - from afar, through a veil of darkness and distorted warpings - the golden shine of luminious hair and kitsune eyes catches his attention till.

The bell signaled the end of the ride, Akai was the last to step from the elevator -- hands resigned to normal designated resting area - the deep trenches of his pockets, his smile never wavered - mood never dulled into a lull boredom, he remained up beat and steady as the old man spoke to them.

Just as the projectionist had finished his speech he smiled nicely and walked away to greet another group of customers in the same style, minus the part about everything being paid for.
“Brooks, my parole officer… he paid for everything” Yakoutio replied to V almost in a state of bliss, “Free sweets, free seats… this is the greatest birthday I’ve ever had, ever… That guy doesn’t seem so bad after all”.
Yakoutio looked over to the chrome covered expensive looking confectionary stands, they sold so many different types of candy, popcorn, gummi’s, rock candy, brownies, many different types of soft drink. And it was free, it was all free.
“I’m going to go get sweets, the movie starts in twenty minutes in movie theatre seven so if we all meet back at that time” Yakoutio said to the group, “You coming Ness?”

Ness smiled at Yakoutio and nodded to him, still speechless from the sheer amount and variety of candy on display. He was a little sorry that he wasn't Nessa at the moment--when it that form, he preferred sweet things over savory, but he still took a generous amount of popcorn (no butter, a medium amount of salt), a bag of Malty Balls, M&Ms, and liquorice, with a large blue cherry Icee for something to drink, and asked Yakoutio what he'd like to share, getting double helpings of whatever Yakoutio mentions, ready to share it with him.
He smiles as he listens to Yakoutio chat, and is happy that this boy counts him as a friend. Once they get whatever he wants, he puts most of the food in a plastic bag that the old man has handy, and proffers his hand once more for Yakoutio to hold, ready to walk with him into the movie after looking back at the rest of the group to see if they've finished getting what they want.

V glances up; shields her gaze, as it meets the [dreamy] haze of blurred reflections above their heads: multiplex of chrome and polished silver.
"Is Mr. Brooks - " But Yakoutio, hyper and happy, has already skipped off toward the candies.
"I still want popcorn - Akai, will you wait in line," an economical gesture toward Yakoutio and Ness, nothing wasted, "while Amber and I go to the ladies room? And tell them we'll meet here?"
Of course -- girls go in packs. Don't question it.

Her eyes wandered over the spead of snacks and drinks, they would al be set for the movie! She eyes the popcorn, the gummi worms and then the brownies. Not a question needed to what she was getting.
Amber hears V mentioning the ladies room and the girl nods to Akai. She clasped her hands in a pleading manner.
"Ah...please Akai?" The winged girl asked, the power of two cute girls asking a guy a favor. How could he refuse? She would smile of course and then once Akai gives his surrender, she would follow V to the ladies room.
