We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

He calmly stands on the beach. The sand can be felt beneath his feet. He smiles lightly wondering if the sand would make this match harder for him or for the sound based man. He had done almost nothing but practice and train since their last fight and he was looking forward to this one to test his skills again.
He wondered how long it would take Kobita to get the note he had left in his room on his bed. It had not been easy climbing up the wall of the building and geting into the room with out breaking teh window. He had learned a few things about breaking and entering in his days. But the school was extra hard, because it was nothing but power users.
He smiled lightly as he sees a figure start to approch out of the distance. He hoped it was Kobita and not someone else that showed up on accident.
Kobita arrived at the beach quite promptly after receiving the note left for him. Kobita looked over the not one more time before proceeding toward Jun-Bo. He was looking forward to a rematch with Jun.
Kobita stopped a few feet infront of the man. Kobita's feet sank into the sand as he spoke. "I got your note." A smile came to Kobita's face. "Why here though?"
Kobita could easily think of ways that his powers could benefit from the sand while Jun barely gained anything from it. Was he purposely giving himself a disadvantage? Why would he do that?"

He smiles and shrugs lightly. He was at an easy stance more at ease then one should be for a match. looks to the sand and smiles lightly wondering about it. He knew that the man he was facing was thinking about the sand and the area and how it was going to make it easier for him to win there. He smiled as he had thought about that and was willing to take the disadvantage.
" no one even comes here during the winter. and because it puts me at a disadvantage."
He was plain and simple as he states his reason for choiseing this place. He did not explain why he wanted the disadvantage. He just figured it would make it more interesting for him. Kobita might notices that even though jun-bo was bigger then him and heavier he did not sink into the sand the way he did. He kind of settled on top of it.

Kobita smiled as Jun gave his answer. Kobita didn't want to fight him with an advantage, while it may be more interesting for him, it would be rather easy to end this quickly. Jun-Bo would not only be slowed down by the sand, but he couldn't use his powers to make anything out of the lank of mobility.
Kobita picked his foot up and removed his now sand filled shoe. He did likewise with the other one and tossed both them and the socks aside. It would be cold in the sand without them but he wouldn't be slowed down.
"I see...shall we begin then?" Kobita said smiling. If Jun really wanted a disadvantage he'd get it, Kobita was just taking it next time.

smiling lightly jun looks to the young lad and shrugs. He could sense the trouble in the young mans little chi. He was disappointed. He nods lightly to him self. He would just move the battle off the sand so the boy would be happy. He did not need the disadvantage that badly.
" I can tell you do not like the spot. Shall we move just over there. onto sloid ground then? "
He smiled lightly motioning just off the beach where it as hard ground, but there was also rocks around the area which could making running more dangerous because of footing.

Kobita smiled at his suggestion. "Well... I would. But I already took my shoes off." Kobita bent his legs and jumped, giving them a fair distance from each other. "Lets see if you've gotten any better."
Kobita dropped down into a ready stance. He had advantages here in the sand, but that didn't mean he was going to use them. Well... not right away.

He grins and takes a stance that was very much one different then he had taken the last time they had fought. His stance is one of a tiger. I kobita knew the style he would know what to expect from this stance. He has a smirk on his face as he stands ready for this battle. He had chosen this place for another reason. The sand would help his style he was chosing to battle in right then.
" ready? "
He shifts his weight as if getting ready to dash forward. his weight on his forward leg, with his back leg bent. He had his fingers bent forward towards kobita. He was ready to attack.

Kobita's biggest weakness was most likely his inknowledgability. He was no where near as well versed in different fighting styles and didn't really have one of his own. He just had the basics of different rudamentary forms. He had no idea as to what Jun was doing.
Kobita grinned and pulled his arm around behind his back. His arm snapped forward, his fingers snapping as well. A short burst of condensed sound shot toward Jun. Kobita wasn't going to unleash the funnels just yet.

He thought about showing off the first reason he choice this area, but decided to save it for a better attack. That was weak so he mjust leaped sideways and then took of running towards him with a grin on his face. He actives Steel skin as he runs. His arms move around as if he was trying to decide which was going to attack with.
He was moving much much faster then he had in the last fight. Seeing as how he had been doing alog of speed training it was starting to pay off.
He smiles and after only five feet towards him he starts zig zaging already. Moving as if he was being shot at with sound blasts.

Kobita kept firing small sound waves at him as he got closer, missing into the sand each time, kicking some slightly behind Jun's movements. It was good to see that Jun's speed had improved. It was one of the determening factors in their last spar.
Kobita waited a few more seconds as he drew closer before charging at him. It was a good thing that Kobita was small, while he'll never admit that it gave him many advantages.
Getting much lower than a tall person could. He drove toward Jun's knee with his shoulder, hoping to take his feet out from under him.

He smiles at the move. if you were looking to his foor you would notice his toes dig into the sand as you dive. He grins lightly and then he goes to flip over you as you dive at him. He kicks the sand up into the air, where your face would end up going. He flips twice landing a short distance behind Kobita. As he lands his listens to see if he hears anything. He spins around seeing if his sand attack worked. He would start moving back towards kobita quickly.
Kobita curled his head in as he saw the foot going for the sand. The sand kicked up onto Kobita's neck as Jun ascended above him.
Kobita clapped his hands and used the sound to push him up. The sand parted as Kobita shot up forward, trying to grab Jun's legs as he flew past.
Kobita missed it by inches and kept going high up into the air. Kobita snapped his finger again and he was rocketed away from Jun, landing softly in the sand a good 20 feet away.

He grins as he watches him land a good distance from him. He was impressed at his reaction time and starts running towards him again. He zig zag as he moved again. He grins as his moves were becoming to predictable. But he had another trick up his sleeve. He shifted up his zig zag and did a double zig to his zag. He smirks and contuines moving towards him.

Kobita hops backwards as he see's Jun coming closer. He wasn't as fast a Jun anymore and he needed to keep as much distance and firepower as he could. As he hopped he fired more small sound waves, in order to keep up an effective baraged and prohibit any further advancement.
After hopping back a few feet, Kobita stopped and dug into the sand to brace himself. Kobita held both arms extended infront of him, pointed toward Jun. Kobita began snapping his fingers rappidly as his arms moved in an arch to his sides.
The result was a wave of sound blasts in a wide pattern. It should cut off anymore of his zig-zagging. Kobita returned his arms back to the center firing another wave of small blasts.

As he did what he expected him to do. He grins wildly and ducks down grabing a massive hand full of sand throwing it right into the way of the sound waves. He then covers his eyes with his left hand as the sound waves are killed by the sand. after he was through the sand he imedately dove to the left and roled coming up and started heading for him again, He zig zaged again.
He had a grin on his face. It was true this field gave him an advantage. But he was never at a disadvantage if he picked the field. As he reached him he made a fast whirl wind kick at him. trying to nail him with his foot at least once out of the three spins.

"Oh crap" were the words that escaped Kobita's mouth as the sand deafened the sound. Kobita took another step back in order to brace for the attack. Or it seemed that way.
Kobita placed his left arm over his chest and his right arm down. The first kick his him square in the arm. Kobita leaned backward with it, letting the kick push him straight into the sand.
As he fell, two funnels snaked down his arm and shot up at Gideon as he was still spinning. They stopped a few inches from him as he stopped and Kobita's back hit the ground. "Gotcha!" Kobita exclaimed as a loud click emanated from the funnels and a sound blast fired.
As this happened, the other four funnels snaked out and buried themselves under the sand, waiting for further directions.

He laughs as he slams his arms in front of him to let the blast nail them instead of his chest. He flies back a short distance and lands on his back sliding a short distance grabing sand before he flipped over getting up with that flip. He smiles and takes off running towards the man again. He figured he had all 6 tunnels to deal with.
He moves as fast as he possibly can moving towards him. He is keeping his eyes out for the funnels. He smiles and once he is with in 5 feet of him he dives forward like rayden, fists out, if he missed he was going to dive past kicking out with his leg and roll past then get up with a smirk, still holding the sand.

Kobita quickly got to his feet and hopped back, leaving the funnels where they were buried in the sand, tip up, slightly poking out. Kobita's two above ground funnels hovered by his shoulders as Jun flew head first toward him. Kobita hopped back once again, firing with his shoulder funnels at the flying body, expecting him to somehow impede them.
The four buried Funnels were positioned diagonally up away from where Jun was approaching. As he flew over them, the fired, aimed in a way that they'd hit as he passed through. Kobita's shoulder funnels would track his movements after the buried sound attack, ready to fire again.

He smiled lightly, the sun glints off of the tips of the four buried ones. he grined lightly and twisted his body so that two shoulder funnels would nail him squarely. He was not going to use the sand. He was nailed directly down towards the four burried ones. He twisted once quickly knocking them all over away from him before they could fire. He had take to shoots to save him self from taking four. He growls hiting the groun on his hands and knees he skid for a second then on all fours he starts charaging stright towards Kobita.
He winces and actives barrier of pain so he will be able to ignore the blasts. they were far from bad, But it still hurt like hell. He started to break dance, spining quickly his legs around to trip him, then once his legs were past he flipped him self over and swung his legs back at his hip. then he flips one more time and tried to kick him in the chest.

Kobita recalled the funnels as fast as he could and jumped back after his first breakdance kick. At this point the funnels returned and were all pointed as Jun. What Kobita didn't expect was the speed at which Jun recovered and attacked again. The foot hit Kobita squarely in the chest. At this timed the six funnels fired at the flipping Jun.
Kobita was knocked back and skidded through the sand until his heel caught onto a rock. He tripped backwards and kept rolling till finally stopping in a sitting position. He looked back over at Jun to see the aftermath of his counter.

Because of the flipping motion he only get nailed by two of them. He could feel the others wave by him. He was shocked that he did not get hit with more. Though the two that did hit him nailed him hard he slide stright at Kobita fast as kobita had slide away from him. He smiles lightly and does another combo of close to teh same manner. except this time it went like this. He kicked at your chest then flip him self competely overkicking downwards at you.
He growled and right after that flip in launched him self hard off the ground into the air hoping to dodge the attack that was sure to come. He blocked his head with his arms after pushing off.
