We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Kobita blinked slowly as Alex spoke about his exploits in Europe. About his underground band days and things of the sort. Kobita nodded as he spoke, acting like he had the faintest idea as to what he was talking about. Kobita also wouldn't exactly call this music either, there seemed to be nothing to it.
Kobita looked curiously up at Alex as he saw the devious smile. This wasn't going to turn out good, he could tell. He'd seen that devious smile before and it never turned out good. "No... Alex..." Kobita started to say as Alex cut him off.
Kobita watched as everyone but him cleared away from the area around Alex. He could tell right from the start that this was going to get real ugly, real fast. Kobita knew he should have probably moved away with everyone else, but he was to stupid to listen to himself.
Kobita smacked his forhead as Alex began jumping up and down, making a total fool out of himself. If they were lucky, the band would only throw stuff at them and not shoot them. Kobita was certain they had at least a couple guns on stage.

"She's the one singing," Amber said to him, waving over a cute little waitress. She ordered a Mountain Dew and another glass of wine for herself. The waitress winked at her and walked off with the order in hand.
Amber rested her elbows on the table and laced her fingers together under her chin. The music had started making her feel lightheaded and she waited for it to level down a little before she spoke again.
"Blush wine, nothing too special," she said so cheerfully.
"KICK IT UP A NOTCH!!!"
Another familiar voice she recognized was close to the stage. Amber's dark eyes shifted in that direction before glancing at her aquaintance, her guest again with a warm smile.

"What brought you here? Curiosity? Boredom? Maybe the music?"

Leaning against the back of his chair, so cool, undaunting, unflappable, but from polite to coy his expression shifted. His head tilted down just a little in the company of one such as her - grace and beauty were only the tip of the iceberg that goes by the name Amber. Never paying attention to the waitress as the order for drinks was place, she came and gone without even the slightest bit of acknowledgement. One hand lifted up, slim fingers were runnging across the surface of the table until the arm was fully extended - the very spot where her blush wine occupied but only a moment ago was not out of reach from him, should the need/wantdesire arise.
Through the distance displacing[which wasn't very far anyway], still he heard the words she spoke - soft spoken and cheerful, and Akai wouldn't miss anything that she said. Head tilting to the side, airant strands of loose and unkempt locks shift with aid of gravity's constant pull - one view taken away, another view created - the shifting veil.
"Curiosity, boredom, and the music..."Moments pass as he let her contemplate on the meaning hidden within - Then further explantion was to follow "I was in my room - bored to tears, so I went for a walk -- word of mouth was spreading like wildfire about a new hot performance here tonight, with that -- I grew curious as to what the music and venue was going to be like, and here I am"
Mercurial - expressions shift again, coy slipped to confident. Growing more comfortable by the ever passing second - a half smile/half smirk formed as thin as razor on fine formed lips. "...and what about you, whats the connection between you and this Saku?" Naturally curious - icy pale eyes sink deep within the dark tresholds of her own captivating orbs.

She turns to Jun, her eyes glitter with excitment. She blows him a kiss, she looks back towards the stage, Brock is waving her back, its almost time for the next song. This one they will do together, she makes here way back to the stage, she motions for some one to toss her mic down. She feels a hand on her arm, she looks down, thier is a scataly clad blonde smiling at her. Sakura's face lights up, Aine was here. She takes the mic, and looks at aine's outfit. It was a small halter top with tight leather pants, she picks her up and hugs her.
She turns towards Jun, she pulls Ane's hair back. She shows Jun the white dove on her shoulder, she mouths "Aine".
She lets her go, the song had begun.
She moves into the crowd, she begins to dance with the fans.

The lights flash with every bang. She moves toward the back, she had heard, the "KICK IT UP A NOTCH!!!" comment.
She walks past the edge of the crowd,
Brock turns to the other band members, he knew this was going to be ugly. He motions for them to get ready for anything. He walks to the edge of the stage, he might have to go get her. "Sakura" he yells, he realizes she didn't hear him.
He looks over at the guy by the wall, if this was the guy she had taled about. Maybe he should go get her.
" Hey buddy you might need to go get her before she gets hurt. She's not the best fighter." He looks back at her.
Sakura felt Aine tug at her arm, she kept telling her to leave it alone. She moved to the table, she could see papers spread over it, what they hell was he doing.
" Alex, what are you doing here. Do you want what happened at Sinister to happen again? Get your stuff and leave. Take your side kick with you."
She turns and begins to walk back, Aine stopped and stares at him.
" You should be glad she saved your ass last time, moron." Aine laughs and bounds off after Sakura.

"Get out?" Alex repeated in disbelief. "Since when do I get tossed out of this place?"
He knew he was only talking to himself, thinking out loud, but it seemed appropriate at the time. He watched the little gang of people reassemble by the stage once more, that rechid blond with them. There was a score to settle there. He was disappointed in the fact he wouldn't be able to do anything fun tonight now, because he would need his guard to be up at all times. He wasn't about to leave, nor was he about to take orders from the likes of anyone on his turf.
On the other end of the short warning, the patrons of this particular establishment all looked shocked at the bravery displayed by Sakura. Had she really done that? It was almost unbelievable that Alex hadn't already throw her head first into the bar, or something to that extent. The few that were feared at the Shattered Blessing were definately rough, but no one had been able to compare to Alex as of late. One of the men even went up to Sakura, tapping her on the shoulder with a shakey hand and jittery nerves. Anyone who could controll the shaman beast certainly had to be powerful.
"Miss...I-I-I-I think you should go appologize to him now...I mean, if you value all of your bones." he said with the shakiest voice someone could possibly have.

Kobita looked angrilly up at the girl. "Sidekick?" He repeated slowly, his tone menacing. Well, he was a sidekick of sorts, that didn't mean he liked to be called it. The girl had made a potentially harmful mistake, very potentially harmful. She pissed off someone who manipulated sound in a scenario like this. Kobita could bring the building down by blinking with all the noise in this area.
Kobita watched even more angrily as the girl said she saved his ass. He oughta just rip her head off now. The small boy's fists clenched as he tried to calm himself down. His attempts however didn't yield successful results.
As the man finished speaking to Sakura, a nearby Amplifier exploded, literally blowing up into little pieces of metal. Another nearby Amp exploded with Kobita's anger as they all systematically blew.
It didn't take long till each one was effectively trashed and Kobita was back to normal. "Um...oops..."

The winged girl nodded at his words, her pigtails swaying. "Ah, I see. Makes sense why you would be here then. Sakura's my roommate so-"
The girl's words stopped in mid-sentence, sensing the tension of the altercation near the stage. It had occured to her just at the moment, a reminder: Alex and Sakura were much like oil and water. Though she had heard both of them, knew both of them, she knew there was little chance of reconciliation between them. To have them in the same place...
Oh dear...
A worried expression crossed her face. A few people were even stepping away from them. Two amplifiers exploded and Amber flinched at the sound. The movement of people away from the stage allowed her to catch sight of a familiar blond boy as well, Kobita. Amber protectively rested her hand on Akai's for a moment.
"Looks like a little trouble already...I hope it will be settled..."

He wasn't worried in the slightest bit - Not caring for the why's, or the how's, Akai just wanted to listen to the music, his or not didn't much matter, all that mattered was the show at hand. Snapping to attention - the amplifier cause his head to turn on a swivel towards the explosion, peering through the smoke filled air, his eyes watched for any signs of panic when, her touch came, fingers sliding over his own beckoned for his attention, to cast even the smallest of glances down at her hand - protective of him. Hidden in the veil of darkness, an eyebrow raised itself. Taken by surprise, his own fingers curled to return to touch, hold her close.
"...I know that guy, maybe he was attempting to tell her how to run her band and she took offense..." Speculation - yes. But to Akai, he was probably not far off in the slighest, recollection of the unwanted opinions of a boy he didn't even know about his own body - Pissed him off.

Sakura had waved at the band to move from the stage, she was about to reveal her big screen show.
The speakers and amps began to blow, it really didn't faze her.
They normally destroyed everything at the end of the show, so who ever did this was just finishing it for them. She still has the mic in her hand, she flips it on.
She giggles " To those who don't know us we do like to go out with a bang. And now for the rest of the show."
She flicks her hand in the air, a curtain falls. She looks down at Aine, who pushes a small remote. You see the screen lght up thier is no sound, but you see Alex. He is tied to a rack, his face was slack, you could tell he was drugged.
You see Anie from behind, she is wearing all leather, she is whipping him. She has already caused two bloody welts.
You see her talk to someone, at first all you see is black legs and then the person comes into view. Sakura was standing in front of Aine, her hand was bloody as she pulls the whip off of it. She moves to kneel down next to Alex, she is letting him go, you see her lean down and talk to him.
Sakura touches Aine's shoulder and she pauses the show, " Now thats what happens when things get out of hand."
She turns to Alex and Kobita and gives them the finger, she turns to move away into the crowd. She wants get out of these clothes and talk to Jun. she wants to see what he thinks.

Kobita's mouth gaped open and quickly looked away at the disgusting scene that took place infront of him. No one at the age of 15 should ever have to look at something like that. "Alex thats...what the hell?" Kobita managed to say, his arms still shielding his sore eyes.
Kobita heard the girl talking and assumed the horrific scene was over. He unshielded his eyes long enough to see the finger raise in his direction. "Wha...what the hell is that supposed to mean?"
Kobita snapped his finger and the TV shattered from the pressure, removing the disgusting image from the view of the public. Kobita reached the edge of the stage and pulled himself up... he was gonna make that girl apologize, he'd deal with Alex being an idiot later, but the girl pissed him off.
She could've easily blushed when Akai enclosed his hand around hers, but the screen coming down caught her eyes. An image played on the screen, one of the people on the images...Amber's eyes widened as she realized what was occuring. Those familiar welts that a certain cheerful friend of hers showed to her, the kind there was the slightest touch to them. Her hand slipped from Akai's covering her mouth.
That's...Alex!
The screen shattered, destroying the images on the screen. She had heard both sides of that, and now have seen it! What kind of horrible people would tape something like that? The woman with the whip she recognized from the tape had been the same woman onstage with the Sakura. What a horrible woman! Her anger rose...and then calmed down again. None of the dark thoughts tonight.
Akai's eyes turned to the screen about the same time Amber's did - he watched closely, intently as the images were shown - his widen in dismay at the display above - he was shocked, though such a facial expression never makes it's presence known on his face - but on the inside he was reeling!
"wha' the fu..."
whispered through the haze of smoke - winter's frost hued eyes turned over to Amber - to catch her expression and before she saw to much, or maybe he was to late - the glass shatters, a hand moved to shield her eyes. "...not something we need to look at..."He stated plainly - voice as dry as the Sahara desert beckoned for her to allow him to have a chance to protect her.
He looked over his shoulder to see the shattered glassed dust particles settle out of the air - Such a dangerous display for such a large crowd tonight, carelessness. His hands moved from Amber's face, the touch, soft and fading only the slight warmth of his fingers trail away across the smoothe complextion of her skin. "...you ok?" Corcern - yes. Echoing the thoughts of Kobita maybe? Unlikely

He eyes the two women spinning and dancing he. Smiled to that. Then he noticed Alex making a fool of him self. But that was nothing too big, i mean he did that once in a while him self. But the band started to take it personal. He sighed as Sakura moved towards Alex. He pushed him self off the wal and started to move over towards them. He weaved in and out of the crowd like a snake thru grass.
He noticed them looking back and forth trading words. Kobita was there and looked shocked and rather upset. He thinks 'great, just want i need' He was more worried about having to stop those two together, then about them destroing the place. He sighs and pushes one preticuluar big guy out of his way. The man looked at him with a pissed off look like he was ready to thrash some one. But once the man noticed the looks Jun gave him, he backed down quickly. He even turned and tried to work his way away from The man with the look.
He was about half way across the floor when the equipment on stage started blowing up. He knew who was doing it. He was not happy that Kobita was that mad. It was not like him to show his anger and rage in such a way. He stops as Sakura moved over towards him with the other woman. When they were both closer he was about to say something when the screen comes down and he watched it with a stone hard face. He showed no emoution what so ever. Some people would have thought he was thinking of killing some one at that point and period of time.
He did not move in even the slightest bit when the screen exploded. Several of the partons moved and started to leave the place, scared from all the explosions and flying debris. He sighed audible. He moved his head slgihtly to the left letting a gaint peice of glass, fly past his had. He turned and moved off towards Kobita and alex. He had to keep them from doing anything in this place. Though he figured Kobita was more of the threat in that area. His white cloths waved in the wind caused by the exploustions.

Sakura had watched the tape with some disbelif, she thought it was just an outside shot, of when Aine drugged him. her mind had gone numb, she had begun to squeeze Aine's hand, she didn't want this. Her eyes begin to tear, she rembers everything, so vividly.
"Aine......what is this....this is not what i thought you were going to show. " Just as she had finished speaking and the scene was paused, the screen exploded.
Her eyes fell on Jun, she knew this was not good. She didn't feel the shard that was imbeded in her shoulder. She looks at Aine, who is trying to get someone to help them.
" hey soemone help, she is hurt. Brock get your ass down here. " She keeps screaming, but its to late, the blood flows down her chest. She looks past the crowd, dhe had to get out. She pulls the wig off her head. her hair tumbles loose, it was matted down an bit. She passes the wig to Aine. " I have to go." The blood drips onto the floor, she looks down and watches it drip.
She pushes the people infront of her, she begins to make her way to the back of the stage. She needs to find a place and die, this was not going as planned.
Aine watches helplessly as Sakura makes her way through the crowd. Shit this is not what was supposed to happen, all she wanted to do was humilate that guy who used her Sakura-chan.
She see's the guy Sakura liked what was his name....Jun...that's right. She walks towards him.." Hey Jun, i need to talk to you. Sakura is hurt and is trying to hide. This is not how it was aupposed to go, i told her i had proff of her taking him home and when i drugged him. Instead I switched it for that other stuff. "
She runs her hand through her hair, she looks over at the puddle of blood, she looks to see Sakura move through a door.
She looks at him impoloringly. "Can you help her please, I wanted to make him pay for what he did to her, this is all my fault."

He did not think twice about what was happening he just started moving. His instincts kick in and he moves to intercept the most immediate problem. He moved towards the man wielding sound for his weapon, with a stone cold look on his face. He was not sure what was going to happen, but he had to keep the innocents safe here. A lot of the people who had come for the music were running off or at least backing to the walls to be away from the men and the explosions. No matter what happened to him, he had to stop Kobita and Alex from destroying this place and killing people. His mind raced over the past to sparing matches, to all his moves and how they countered them. The way they attacked and how he countered. Out of the corner of his eye his notices Alex. His lip twitched for a second as he thought about their fight. He continued to move with strong steps, spacing his speed to get there before he would. He wanted to be waiting for him.
As he got within 10 feet of where he wanted to stop the advancing man, Aine stopped him with her words. He looked to her, his eyes hard and cold. The look was befitting a man who has killed many people and has no feelings towards it. He could almost smell the blood of battle. He looked deep into her eyes, trying to root out the truth. He had heard her call for Brock before he had gotten there and was taking a side note of the man. He had the possibility of having to face three men, if he could not find a way to cool heads. He listens to her plea, though he seemed in a hurry. Her plea did not make his face flinch in the least. His mind raced over the fights that might happen. He tried to figure out how he was going to calm Alex done. The man of sound would calm with logical words, but Alex had been shown at his worse. He was not sure what he could do to calm him down.
When he spoke it was in a low voice, one that would put all the hairs on a normal person up on end. He sounded almost like as if he was trying hard not to yell, and yet still be audible. He was not in the mood for people trying to explain their stupid actions. " You do not know what you have done to Sakura this day. Your transgression upon her honor this day will forever haunt her. Her name is tainted by your actions. She will be lucky if i can keep her from being killed for this. " He was thinking of Japan and how they would kill some one for less. He was sure he would have to battle to save her. He voice very much so held a tone that would show his mood. One of a manslayer about to do his job, and maybe even a little enjoyment if you could hear it.
He hand tightens into a fist and he stares into her eyes, as if he was digging deep into them. He looked to find the answers to so many questions. His face still stone cold, muscles in his face tight as a rock. " Believe me when I say. 'I will find you and you will explain this all, in details' " He left nothing to maybe. He did plan to hunt her down and get the full tale wither she liked it or not. He was not proud of threatening the person that was like a sister to Sakura, but he had no choice. With that he moved off after Sakura his Chi was flaring wildly in his body. The looked he gave any one in his way, made them move out of his way. The way his chi flowed scared more then some people. He was heading to intercept Kobita. He could no longer beat him there, but he hoped to get there at the same time as him, moving quickly he eyed the man. “Kobita calm thee self please. “

Sakura was walking behind the stage, as she stopped to get her breath she felt the shard. she looks at the biggest end she tries to feel what might be damaged. She reaches up and begins to pull the shard out, her eyes are now at a full pour. She would have to have Aine explain her reasons for her actions, she would have to inform her brother. Her mind was drifting, she drops the shard, in a pool of blood, she lays a bloody print on a wall. She takes the last few steps to the closet were here clothes were.
She can still here the cries of the fans, this was so bad, now how was she going to keep her rep up. She opens the door. thier is a small stained sink and mirror she has to clean the wound. She tries to pull off her outfit. her strength was wanning she was not happy, all she wanted was to have fun.
She reaces into her cargo pants and pulls out a small blade.

Kobita saw the shard enter Sakura's shoulder and his goal changed from wanting to rip her head off to wanting to keep her alive long enough so he could rip her head off. Kobita pushed himself through the various people on the stage. One person insisted on getting in his way so much that he was sent careening across the Shattered Blessing.
Kobita pushed through a few more people at the time Jun had stopped him. He came to a halt after seeing his friend and sighed and knocked the door down in his way.
Kobita found Sakura quickly and quickly grabbed the knife with his metal hand. In her weakened condition she couldn't really keep up with Kobita's own increased physical strength. The boy twisted his wrist and snapped the blade from the hilt and cast it aside.
Kobita ripped off the sleeve covering his metal arm and quickly wrapped it tightly around the bleeding wound, hoping to cut off some of the blood flow.
"I'll kill you all later, just don't do anything stupid right now." Kobita's usual cheery attitude was starting to show again. Kobita figured Jun was behind him and spoke calmly. "I'm pretty sure she'll be fine, go make sure Alex doesn't make a bigger idiot of himself than me."

It had all happened so quickly...
At first he thought Sakura was just going to be sme sort of priss and look down at him. It wasn't the best decision, but Alex would have easily let it slide. He wasn't in the mood to be arguing with her, especially since he knew it would escelate to people around him getting hurt, namely whomever decided to throw a punch his way. Getting ready for the worst blows, he never expected one so clsoe to his true weakness.
The T.V. turned on and there it was. The sick and twisted Sakura had video taped the event. Her friend was whipping the boy who looked either unconsious or very groggy. Alex simply froze, feeling a great pain in his chest. How could she have done such a thing? It was one of the lowest blows she could have made and without warningor remorse she had used it. The scene quickly started to unfold, then. The laughter of the crowd as the tough man Alex was reduced to a mere sniveling child, Kobita destroying the equipment with his powers and the crowd rushing to get out of the bar. It was chaos around the shaman, yet he stood perfectly still, his eyes fixated on the smashed television.
The bar then started to empty out, everyone clearing the scene before any authorities could catch them in the act. Sakura, Kobita and Jun-Bo had all elft through the backstage area, while the band and Aine were simply 'discussing' the event. All the while, Alex stood in the same spot as the comotion mvoed around him. He was puzzled with hsi mind reeling the scene over and over again in his mind. Why had she done it? Why did she find such pleasure in ruining other's lives? Word would soon spread and Alex would be the laughing stock of the school, maybe even the residential area and possibly the district. The boy then faultered, his body falling backwards a step before flopping into a chair. An expression of confusion and horror was glued to his face as his eyes were totally focused on the broken screen. The bar was now empty save the students of MHS and what was left of the band. Now, he simply sat alone, his eyes welling up as tears started to form, though nothing was shed. It was simply the utter conflict of emotions and mass confusion within his mind and spirit that made him express it in such an awkward way. It seemed to be the best titles that fit him now, though, as the days to come would be a hell upon earth.

Not even Akai's hand over her eyes could erase the images she had seen. There was an explosion of laughter and then the screen would shatter, shards spilling onto the floor. Little by little, person by person, the crowd started leaving the Shattered Blessing.
How could they laugh at someone like that...
She had not moved, her dark eyes staring at the tabletop. What kind of sick, twisted person would video-tape someone in pain only to show it off to an entire crowd of people? Without provacation, without warning, without remorse...Nevermind that something deep, dark inside of her wanted something (justice) and the only thing she could do to avoid it was to focus.
And then they were alone. Kobita, Jun and Sakura were gone as well as those (god-forsaken) bandmates of Giggle Bitch. There was a stillness, a dense gloom that hung in the air. The winged girl lifted her head up to Alex's seated figure. Of all the time she knew of him, she had never seen him slump as he did in that chair now. She couldn't see his face, but that gloom emitted from him, his huddled form said it all.
Amber glanced up at Akai with sadness in her eyes and then pushed back her chair to stand up. She quietly walked over to him stopping just inches away from the chair. She had no idea what she could say to him, as she had no idea what to say of the entire ordeal.
"Alex..." she said softly, her hand reaching over to touch his shoulder.

Akai turned his eyes to look towards the stage - people now pouring out of The Shattered Blessing by the droves, emptying into the streets and filling the cars to whatever capacity they came in no doubt. Amber looked into his eyes, the sadness welling up inside of those black eyes, hues so dark he starts to stare right back at himself. There was the comfort of his fingers gripping her shoulder till she came to a stand and went to go and check up on Alex.
Humans are funny in away - the lack of morals in the youths of today was starting to dwindle more and more with each generation that is born unto this world. Their generation was the one where the found humor in the torture, pain, and suffering of another. Laughter that momentarily filled the room had trailed away into whisper's...then into silence.
Akai moved the chair he was sitting in as well with his body standing up - where Amber walked, he was to follow, making sure he kept his distance. This problem was not his to deal with, the repercussions, the fallout - nothing to do with him. Standing close - but out of arms reach his casted on the pathetic slumping form Alex - he wished the boy no ill will, but he didn't wish him luck either or hoped that this all worked out for the best. Indifferent - it wasn't him on the screen so no sweat off of his back.
Nonchalantly - his hands slipped into the folds of his pockets, fingers hiding themselves away within the trenches of slacks. The shirt didn't ruffle, there was no space for it to do so -- melded to broad of his chest, Akai filled out the chinesse gi to fullest extent of his body. the long tail wave behind with every step taken - each button done up, all the way to the kneck. Alex was given little regard after that altercation in the gym a while ago but Amber seemed concerned, so he wasn't going to totaly condemn him.
