We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Walking into the hall you notice a faint musky scent of dust and rubber. All the doors were covered in sivler and green ribbon things.
In the center of the gym was a gaint disco ball, The Dj's booth was towards the leftside of the gym.
You couldn't help but laugh at the cheesy Christmas music being played
'Great, this should be as fun as watching paint dry' You think to yourself and smile.
Looking arround you notice their is a long table near the back with food and unspiked punch 'yeah wonder how long thats gonna last' you walk over and fill a glass, more people start coming in. The music changes and starts to play newer hits along with requests.
"ALRIGHT YOU EARLY FREAKS FILL UP ON THE FOOD WE HAVE ENOUGH, OTHER THAN THAT HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEARS AND ENJOY THE DANCE" The Mc yelled into the mic on the stage and jumped off.
Some people started dancing and coming together.

It was hard to tell which was more pitiful: the so-far sorry state of the dance or how totally in his element James looked. Then again, James was the sort of guy who would enjoy things like this no matter how cheesy. And he was still in his full-out ninja-ish outfit. 'Heh... wonder how long it'll be till somebody blows up the punch bowl, neh?' He shook his head and laughed, moving through the small crowd and looking for someone he recognized, anyone at all. He doubted he'd find them, though.
"And when I'm Fuhrer, there will be changes! On that day, all female officers will be required to wear TINY MINISKIRTS!"

Kip entered the auditorium curious as to what was going on. His eyes darted around seeing a dj booth and some mild decorations. Kip laughed as he looked closer some of the decorations look like they were more from christmas time. "A New years dance? Might as well stop in and see if anyone I knows here." Ted raised a limb in responce to that. "Other then you." Kip stopped ted before ted could get anything out. Ted slide down Kips body to the floor and threw his arms up and wobbled around to the music. Kip smiled at the funny little penguin. "Thats it Ted get into the party mood." Kip then looked around trying to see if he spotted anyone around the place.

Mitsuko was in the middle of the dance floor, shaking her ass for some poor idoit. She stoped after his nose started to bleed.
'Losers, hmmm where is everybody.' She thought to herself, She was waiting for one person, She'd been hoping to run into him again.
She was dressed to kill, TIGHT fitting tube top dress. She was wearing a fishnet under that coverd to her elbows and a little above her kness.
"Where are you - " Someone called Mitsuko over and she smiled and started to walk over to them.

Yakoutio laid on top of a narrow balcony high above the stage that led to various disco lights which shone down upon the dance floor, he kept low so that nobody could see him though when he peaked over the top he could see everyone, he quickly ducked his head down as he laid back onto the metal floor.
“Maybe I should…” Yakoutio said to himself, “…It’s not worth it, there’s no point in celebrating something so mediocre… then again”.

X-oshi walking past the audittorium and finding that there wa some sort of Dance goin on. Imeadiatly X-oshi runs to his room and returns dressed in completly in white. His white suit gleamed in the night light and his white hat tipped in the style of Vash. His all white shoes showed no signs of blemishes. And X-oshi held a walking stick in his right hand. X-oshi walked towards the door, peering in slightly and immeadiatly kicking in the doors, X-oshi stepped trough before they had the chance to close. Walking a couple of feet in and posing for all to see. Smiling at all the pretty girls. X-oshi holding his coat in both hands with his stick in hand. And tipping his hat to them all
Looking around to the imeadiate area and seeing the DJ mix up some hopeless lyrics. With a quick burst of speed to the DJ's table. X-oshi appears before the DJ and with a swift swing and a hit on the head. The DJ falls backwards and rubs his head. X-oahi throws a couple of Fiftys his way.
"I'll take it from here, Go eat mingle or sleep if you must, I will get this party bumping."
X-oshi grabs the headphones from midair and dons them. With one earphone over his right ear and the other to the side. This table was disastrous. the syncing was all wrong, the records were horribly scratched and the list of records were all jacked up. Grabbing the mic.
"Well until that one guy comes that can make anything out of nothing, I'll just mix it up on my own."
"Let me see ya head bobbing;
Ya fist pumping,
Ya rump shaking
Lets move!!!!"
As everybody started to crowd around. There heads start to bob in a rythamic motion.
"Happy new years people, Lets party!!!"

Yakoutio laughed to himself though as hard as he could try he couldn’t help it.
“What does he think he is doing?” He laughed before tilting sideways to see X-oshi below him trying to get attention but making quite of fool of himself in Yakoutio’s eyes, he smirked to himself, as he stood upright though still hidden from everyone in the auditorium.
“This should be fun” Yakoutio said before crouching downwards suddenly springing to the side where he kicked off of the back of the stage before becoming a blur as he travelled at high speed towards X-oshi landing silently behind him which was only further helped by the loud noise created by the disco, Yakoutio kicked off of the floor flipping over X-oshi and keeping his body strait as for a second he was upside down in the air above him, with a quick motion he grabbed the white hat before landing on the stage and springing away to the other end of the stage in an instant hiding from view.
Suddenly Yakoutio laughed to himself as he span the hat on his finger and walked away.

X-oshi kept playing along as he pumped up the crowd. His hair felt colder than usual. X-oshi went to reach for his hat and felt nothing there but hair and scalp.
X-oshi saw Yakoutio walking away twirling his hat around on his finger.
"Yakoutio please come to the DJ's table."
Yakoutio kept walking away...
X-oshi threw the headphones down and took off after Yakoutio,
"Yo dog ya can't be taken ma hat like that."
X-oshi not being a butthole, left a good mix of music on for the chase around the auditorium...

Suddenly Yakoutio jumped backwards flipping over X-oshi as he ran towards him landing behind the guy before staying behind him out of his sight with ease, he kept there for a bit making sure he was just out of view before tapping him on the back a moment before weaving between X-oshi’s legs standing upright in front of him.
“You’ll have to catch me first slow poke” He said before flipping backwards landing on the opposite side of the buffet table.

X-oshi didn't really feel like playing such games but for the sake of New years he would play along.
X-oshi tried to catch this guy but due to Yakoutio's power increase X-oshi was just outta his league. This guy was just to fast for X-oshi to catch. X-oshi had seen him head to the Buffet table. In this suit X-oshi had less mobility and his body tempertaure was increasing quicker than normal.
X-oshi came up with a plan to get his hat back. The crowd seemed to get more Excited and started getting pumped up.
PUMP, PUMP PUMP PUMP IT UP!!! Blared through the speakers and through the auditorium.
X-oshi tapping his foot and bobbing his head to the beat of the song.

“He’s dancing?” Yakoutio said in shock as to what X-oshi was doing, he wanted him to chase him for the hat not to do something he would enjoy.
“Fine you do that” Yakoutio growled in anger as he threw the hat down onto the table and walking away as several people moaned as the entertainment had just died thin.

X-oshi headed back to the DJ table. And looking around for that guy to show up but still nowhere to be found.
X-oshi slipped the headphones on once more and began to furiosly mix it up. Rock it on by and Sweet Soul brother (both by the smae guy) and making a new mix.

Yakoutio laughed to himself as he glanced over his shoulder at X-oshi as he walked away, tucked under his collar but just low enough to read was a small sign made from a paper napkin labelled ‘Idiot’.
“Mission successful” Yakoutio sniggered as he twirled a biro in-between his index fingers before walking around the table as he stood at the edge of the dance floor and waited for more people to show up.
“You can have this” Yakoutio said mockingly as he tucked the pen above the ear of an older student standing next to him who seemed to be having a bad nose bleed, he didn’t even seem to care as he seemed too nervous and dazed to do anything.

As the doors swung open once more, the room seemed to stop all at once. Those who were talking stopped mid sentence, those eating almost dropped their food and people having a sip of punch looked as though they had almost spit it out in shock. Everyone's eyes were on the doors to the auditorium. Whether their looks were of shock, awe or just surprised was hard to distinguish. The only person that stood at the doorway was a kid in very casual clothing with a guitar strapped to his back.
Alex had finally made it. He was known at this school for the maker or breaker of parties and school events. Whether it was a rave at the Shattered Blessing, or any number of school social events, Alex had been there to turn it upside down. His reputation had lived on through rumours and here say to what was now somewhat of a living legend. Everyone around Manga High knew that it wasn't a party until Alex had arrived.
The boy quickly showed his intensions of having a blast at this one by giving a peace sign to the crowd. The immediate uproar was astounding, the student cheering him on to try and get this party into high gear. The shaman then took a couple of comedic bows at the cheerful responce before walking over to the DJ table. He looked at X-Oshi, smiling as he made sure the guitar would be safe.
"So how's the party going so far? Looks like everyone is extatic to see me, as always!" Alex gloated a little, but then laughed to show his kidding nature.

"I might call my band in later." Alex said, returning the gesture by locking knuckles with X-Oshi before putting his ahnd into his pocket. "Right now I just want to see how this party is going. Looks pretty...tame. At least there's some decent music on. We all know you're trying your best, but eesh, bad list."
Alex then smirked, looking across the dance floor. It was like every school gathering. As lame as it all was, he was hopefully going to change that. With the right set of moves and some good tunes he would hopefully turn some heads and get the crowd going. Kagomi then walked into the room, flaunting one of her stylish halter tops with a gold symbol and tan short shorts in a similar look to Alex's pants. She ahd her hair tied in a pony tail with a black elastic holding it in place. The girl looked completely different in this atmosphere with her somewhat modernised style, but never the less she didn't suffer for it, maybe even gaining some fine attributes. Alex had traded in his usual red t-shrit to have a black one fashionably sporting his grandfather's dojo symbol on the back. The two looked like a pair made in heaven as she walked over to greet her shaman companion.
"You finally decided to show, eh partner?" Alex said, looking over at X-Oshi and grinning.
"I had a hard time finding the shorts. Undoubtebly you packed them away, because I found them in my shirt drawer!" Kagomi replied, looking a little upset.
"You know I'm not the organised one...Com'on, let's try to get these people movin to the groovin!" Alex said, rushing out to the dance floor and pulling Kagomi with him.
The two made their way to a small opening close to the DJ table and looked eachother, smiling. They had partied across the world and it was time to show Manga High what they had learned. Alex simply looked towards X-Oshi and motioned to get something good started so they could show off their moves. Some of the students seemed to turn their heads at this and watched, expecting Alex to do something grandios the way only Alex knew how.

It had been a last minute decision for her. Amber had stayed in her room since Christmas Day, rarely veturing out except to test out the powers her pendulum possesed, or trying to decipher the colors the crystal would emit. She called her mother not but a few minutes before she left, wishing her and Ria a Happy New Year.
Amber stood by the doors of the auditorium, deciding whether or not she wanted to step inside. She had chosen to wear one of the few light colored dresses that she owned, one of the few of the Elegant Gothic Lolita style. This particular dress she saved for special occasion. It was a one-piece pink and white in color, with soft ruffles trimmed with elegant lace and her hair in two pigtails held with coordinating pink ribbons. As usual, she chose thigh-high white stockings and pink mary jane heels. The cross from her father hung around her neck.
Amber looked at her dress for a moment, almost feeling silly as she was so accustomed to black dresses.
Just go in...I'm sure you'll find someone inside.
Amber nodded and peeked inside. She recognized a few faces, and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. She slipped inside, as unnoticed as a girl with wings could try to be and found herself a solitary corner. The pendulum wrapped around her wrist pulsed, hidden beneath her flowing sleeves, trying to calm her down. She watched everyone having fun; while she was not on the floor with them, she felt such wonderful vibrations from the students as they waited to welcome the new year.

Grabbing the mic in his right hand and setting up the Voice Distortion and the Digital Equilizers. Setting up the bass to the music. X-oshi moved from Behind the table into plain view.

While X-oshi sung out the words to The Scrappy the crowd was bumping. Roaring and dancing. The crowd actually enjoyed the song.

X-oshi then found another decent Record and turned up the Volume.
The bass was bumping so hard that it felt as if you could feel it in your chest.

Alex exhaled slowly, shifting his feet a couple times before standing in place and snapping his fingers. It had been awhile since his last time he did this in England. It had been one hell of a rave and he intended on making this one the same way. Kagomi looked calmer than ever, smiling back at Alex's preperation. The two seemed ready to go and once X-Oshi started the music they threw it down!
Their feet started to move with ease as they intertwined with their respective brother or sister. The two used a couple of light footwork stepes before really getting into it. They moved in sync with eachother, almost as if it had been rehearsed a thousand time yet it was too fuild and free looking to have been that way. Their arms were now apart of the motion, pumping up and down, back and forth with the movement of their feet. Some of the crowd was now making a circle to watch the two dance. They certainly were the two best in the room thus far.
Another step up. Alex and Kagomi began to start using their flashier repretoire, their legs looking as if they were going into pretsals and back as they moved around. It was amazing how impressive a little footwork could be. The pair then made their first big move, lifting themselves up with one ahnd and using the other to hold their feet as they swung them to the side and then came back down the way they came up. It definately got some applause by the crowd. Child's paly, though.
The pair then flipped backwards, spinning ina corkscrew fashion once before landing, facing the same way and moving back up. As they continued, they slid back and forth, going lower to the ground before slapping it with their feet and hands and backflipping, landing perfectly on their feet. The crowd was in an uproar now, dancing aroudn them while watching. It was certainly beginning to become quite a show.
The two then faced eachother, having a bit of a show down. Alex started by doing a couple of fancy steps, while Kagomi topped him. Alex then showed off a couple steps with a full circle flip to the side, Kagomi beat it by circle flipping into a handstand. Alex then grinned as he backflipped into a one-handed handstand, stopping himself only a few inches from the ground. The song began to repeat the words 'Com'on' as Alex started to lift himself in a jack like motion. With every shout he raised himself higher and higher. Kagomi couldn't help but giggle as she joined the crowd in shouting.
"Com'on, com'on! Com'on on!!!" she yelled as Alex reached the full height of holding himself up with his four fingers for a fraction of a second and then toppling back onto his feet.
Thw two the quickly became back in sync and finished the dance off with a few flashy steps and ended back to back with crossed arms. Everyone in the crowd cheered as the two congradulated the other and took a couple bows. The next song then started and both needed a break. Kagomi went off to check out the DJ's table while Alex decided to go find someone else he knew. He then spotted Amber in quite the dress sitting alone int he corner. He decided to investigate and walked up to her.
"Care to dance?" Alex managed to pant out, wiping his sweaty forehead with the back of his forearm.

Amber had watched Alex and Kagomi dance, half-surprised at the coordination, the ease that the two executed their moves to the music. Professionals, Amber thought to herself, they had to be or they rehearsed like hell.
Or possibly they were so in tune, just as she had believed the first day she met the two of them. Yeah, she'll go with that idea.
Alex approached her and she smiled at him, clapping her hands.
"That was quite the routine."
She looked over at the crowed, seeming more alive and dancing to the music. It was just a nice feeling, being around others. She had been around other people so often since she had arrived at MHS that she wondered how she was able to stay alive before while she had been alone. After the argument between two good friends of hers and being alone in her dorm for almost a week, she was slowly feeling better. She looked at him again, shaking her head softly to his question.
"I can't dance all that well," she said, sounding embaressed. "But I'm feeling better that I came here..."

Alex looked a little rejected, his mouth twisting a bit. Not that it felt odd to not get hsi request fufilled by another girl, he just noticed Amber seemed a little off from the last time he had seen her. He supposed it might have been his dancing before hand that had frightened her. Everyone seemed a little nervous to dance with him after he had shown his true capabilities on the dance floor, though he rarely used it while dancing with others.
"Are you sure? It's not like anybody else out there has shown anything past moving their feet in the same motion." he said, smirking. "Com'on, I'm sure it's all in your head. Plus, you saw me, I can teach you a little!"
He smiled, extending his hand this time. He then gave a bit of a dramatic bow so that it grabbed the attention of a few of the student. He knew he could goad her, it was just going to take a little bit extra with her. With eyes now watching the decision, and a bit of dramatic flare added to the mix, he knew Amber would have a harder time saying no this time around.
