We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

She smiled up at him she was not about to let on she knew tons of dances. She just wanted to be young and have fun. His hand slid around her waist. She hoped the corset she was wearing would not get inthe way of her movements. But hat was the only way to keep her boobs in check. She heard thre music start it was a slow song. She felt her nervs calm down. Music always did that to her, she relaxed and looked aorund. They had some space to dance so she squeezed his hand and looked back at him.

As Kanami stumbles with remembering who he is he smiles his predatory smile and watches quietly as she retrieves her bracelet. After she stands straight again, his hand finds hers, comfortably cool to the touch as the fact that he wears white silk gloves of the tightest weave.
"Perhaps that would be due to the fact we have never fully been introduced." Karrody begins just as she clenches tightly onto the bracelet. "Come my little lady of the shadows. Follow me on the dance floor and don't worry about your ability, I will lead."

Kanami manages to slip her bracelet into the (convineint pocket!) folds of her dress, just as the mysterious guy takes her hand. Blush-worthy and confusing moment! She could't help but be a little hesitant. Who was this guy? Why dance with her when there were other pretty girls around?
That's what you get for coming here, y'know.
Kanami made a sigh, both to calm herself down and to concede to the stranger. She had seen Mitsuko around, there are chaparones, as if anything could happen!
"All right then...but I warned you."
Removed from the festivities and finding herself sitting on the steps of the library, Amber watched the students enjoying herself. She held a half sipped cup of soda in hand, swirling the liquid in the cup. She had not been there too long, making herself unseen among the students whenever she would refill her soda.
The winged girl wore an ornate black and white dress full of laces and ruffles. A black silk flower was pinned to the top of her dress. While she dressed cute, Amber felt entirely the opposite way.
It's better just to out of the way, just to watch...

Taking Kanami to the center of the dance floor Karrody danced slowly so that she wouldn't have any trouble keeping pace. "I have learned a few things about you over the short period of time you've been here, and what I have learned is quite pleasing." Karrody starts suddenly while they are dancing. "I have an offer for you. One that would require you to use your specific skills. I promise that you will be well taken care of for your time. What do think?" Karrody asks the girl as he dances with her.

He had tried to make enough money to get a tux, but he had only had enough to get a rental. He felt like it was worse than not going so he choose not to go. He wore a pair of dark leather pants, they were abit worn but his favorite. His coat covered a black silk shirt. He stood on the landing in front of the library doors. He had dark liner around his eyes, they looked dark and mysterious. He watched the winged girl, she looked very cute. He stepped away from the door his boots make soft plops on the ground. He stands next o her and looks over at the quad.
" Looks like a lively party, why are you not over thier dancing? I am sure you would have many a partner. Can I join you for a moment? My name is Adrian but you can call me Grey. And your name is?"

Yoko was somewhat startled by the sound of Take's voice. Of all the people in the school to be there, he was the one she wanted to her most. Turning towards him she gave out a giggle.
"He sure does!"
"How are we able to put up with him as much as we do?"
"Beats me."
Yoko shrugged as she spoke, she honestly didn't mind it and she knew Take didn't either. She smiled as she walked up to him and wrapped her arm around his.
"Shall we dance?" She asked with a giggle, it seemed like everyone was making their way to the dance floor, so why shouldn't they?
Isamu focused on the ground below him, the dance floor was growing larger by the moment and soon he would have to release his parachute. He smiled as he took notice of the girls around, there were a few cuties around.
When Isamu felt the time was right, he pulled a second cord. As he pulled the cord, the backpack released itself from him. Isamu landed softly in the middle of the dance floor as the backpack/parachute was sent flying back to the helcopter via zipline.
Isamu stood up and glanced around with a huge smile on his face as the music ended on the helicopter and the pilot flew off at full speed. Isamu made his way through the crowd towards the present triplets with a "cool guy" walk. He took notice of the others around but there was one girl he had on his mind.... Gloria.

His foot moved to the right, then to the left. It was like his body moved by itself, nervous as he was. The left, then to the right. It was very ironic that he was so poor, yet he knew dancing quite well. Oh well, he thought. He didn't really care, he just wanted to enjoy this night. Just like on the roof, he changed the air temperature to a warm, soothing temperature.

Maaz found her way to a seat. She sat down cautiously and listened to the music. She pushed a errant lock of her short red hair from her eyes and sighed. The party was getting started. She could hear the gentle music of the slow song playing and swayed a little to it, without really knowing why. It was sweet and reminded her of songs Decennium used to sing to her. Maaz sighed again and rested her gloved hands on her lap.
"This one feels...awkward. This one doesn't know what to do. This one should leave..." she murmured.

Kasch had been exploring the campus, rather content to be alone. He knew at some point he would have to meet someone, be social. He fumbled in his pocket, drawing out a folded sheet of paper. Browsing it again, he sighed and found a perch to sit on. The school's formal was tonight. In the Quad. Wherever that was. His old school had been too cheap to fund a library, much less a place for students to gather. He folded the paper back along the original creases and set it down beside him. Being a transfer student was hard, and as much as he hated dances, this formal might be a way to meet people. He glanced down at his clothing and bit back a grin. Thankfully his normal dress attire was pristine enough to be considered formal. Pressed black pants and a white, button-up shirt. His jacket was a little less than formal, but he didn't have to wear that. He pulled his glasses from his pocket and slid them to their place on the bridge of his nose, looking at the glow several buildings away. Must be the location. He stood, dusted his pants and headed that way.
Arriving a little more than ten minutes later, (he had gotten lost. Of course.) he singled out a chair and attatched himself to it, draping the jacket over the back. He eyed the small group already here with a frown. He seemed underdressed compared to the extravagance in front of him. Kasch lifted a shoulder in a shrug and pressed his back against the chair, drumming his fingers on his knee. Perhaps he would sit here a while, then leave. He was already uncomfortable.

Maaz heard movement near her and turned her head in the general direction. Who was there? She let one of her psychic arms go out and touch in the area. When her arm came into contact with another person, she withdrew quickly. Maaz then sent out her other three and inspected more carefully. There was definetely another person there.
"Hello." Maaz said softly to Kasch. Her psychic arms withdrew themselves and Maaz smiled. Maybe he would talk to her.

On the brink of another anxiety attack - he had not had one in years, and in the span of one day he had suffered a great deal of them - Kasch had not expected to be addressed so soon. If at all. The boy jumped out of his chair in surprise, scrambling to keep it upright. Securing it once more to the ground, he turned to the owner of the voice.
He had been about to speak, but seeing her caught him off-gaurd. He sat again, closer to her, and folded his hands nervously. It was a girl. And she looked nothing like the women he was used to be around. In fact, she was probably the first one he'd met with green eyes. Kasch bit his lip to force him out of his daydreaming and speak. "Hello. I, uh, didn't see you there. Sorry for freaking out like that. I'm Kasch," he murmured, loud enough for her to hear, but soft enough to keep the tremor out of his voice.

Maaz jumped at the sudden noise and frowned slightly, confused.
"Are you injured?" she asked, still confused.
"Hello. I, uh, didn't see you there. Sorry for freaking out like that. I'm Kasch." Maaz smiled and nodded.
"Hello, Kasch. This one is Rikku but this one likes to be called Maaz. Is Kasch here for the formal too?"

He smiles slightly and shook his head out of habit. Realizing suddenly that she was blind - he had taken a good look at her eyes, and something had seemed off, which he now realized was her lack of pupils - he verbalized his action. "No, I just knocked over my chair. I'm not exactly the calmest person."
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Maaz. Kasch is here for the formal, yes. Though I haven't been enjoying it up until now." He smiled again, but quickly bit it back. Being social was not quite his thing, but this Maaz seemed nice enough.

"This is Maaz's first formal. Maaz recieved help from another girl with getting dressed. Maaz doesn't usually wear...dress. That's what the girl called it. Dress. What does Kasch usually do?"
She turned her chair a little to face Kasch, wondering to herself how he looked. Subconsciously, she pushed some of her red hair from her face.

If her way of speaking bothered him, he didn't mention it. In fact, it sounded like he was starting to slip into the same pattern. "Kasch usually wears formal clothes. Well, just enough to appear neat and well dressed," he explained it to the best of his ability - which, granted, wasn't very well. He amended his earlier statement, "Long sleeved shirts and pants."
With a sudden burst of curiosity, he stood, reaching out and grasping the hand that pushed her hand lightly. "If Maaz would stand, I would tell her how she looks."

Gloria had been busy dancing with her sister, swaying her hips and giggling but the moment the dances music was interrupted by the sounds of chopping blades her movements came to a hault. What in the world was going on? She looked at Gabriella in mild confusion, but all the reaven haired girl did was look back at her in the same manner as the sounds got louder and the music from the helocopter beat out the dj's small system. Her alamond shaped eyes watched carefully as the figure got closer and closer to the quad and just before he landed she caught a glimpse of vibrat red hair and knew instantly who it was. Isamu. She should have known better, he was the only person that would just HAVE to make a flashy intrance. Gloria turned to her sister and grinned excitedly at the girl.
"OMG!!! Look Ellie! Its Isamu!" She squealed.
Gabriella simply rolled her eyes at the blonds obvious excitement, placing a hand on the curve of her hip as the boy strolled towards her littler sister. She wasnt to sure if she liked his flashy style or not, Gloria was still to young to know anything and just ate up this boys flambouyance.
"Calm down girl. You wouldnt want him to think your easy to please. Jeez play hard to get or SOMETHING!" She whispered into the beaming girls ear. She placed an arm around Lories shoulder, claiming the girl as her date for the night. She had to keep this boy on his toes, he wasnt going to wisk Gloria away without her consent.

Allowing him to lead, she was glad to realize that she had not fallen...yet. She would have to trust that he wouldn't pull off a prank or any such thing (so paranoid). But the mysterious stranger started speaking and she narrowed her eyes at him.
"What do you know of me?"
Maybe those ties that she had that nagging feeling that she was being watched had some basis after all! But she listened to him, an offer to use her skills! Why not? She smirked at him, it was possible her boredom will be alleviated!
"Depends on how interesting your offer is..."
Amber had been watching the party with such intent that she alsmost didn't notice that someone else had joined her. The winged girl looked up at him with a quizzical stare. She was quiet for a moment before she answered.
"You're familiar...but I cannot place it. You may join me if you want, but I'm not much of good company."
Her mind finally registered his hand, which she quickly shook to make up for her manners. The girl took a sip of her soda, staring out at the party again.
Hitomi shyly walked out to the quad, her eyes focused on the ground in front of her as opposed to facing forward. Her honey brown hair was pulled back and secured to the back of her head with a black hair clip. On her left wrist, she wore a blue beaded bracelet to match her dress. On her feet was a pair of black formal sandals with a small heel (so her feet wouldn't be throbbing after an hour).
She looked up at all the people dancing and listened to the music. She fidgeted with her fingers a little and gently bit down on her lower lip, mostly due to uneasiness she felt. This was her first time at a formal dance. Well, technically her second time if you counted her mother's reception ten years ago. Her mind was a flutter with questions and slight worries; did she look formal enough? What if someone asked her to dance? Could she dance?? What if something happened, like one of her powers suddenly activating itself at the worst possible time? Did she have any cat hair on her dress?
Hitomi tried to ignore her paranoia and leaned against wall, her eyes once again looking downwards at the ground. She needed a little help, or at least someone to talk to.

Kaji finally managed to find his way out from the roof to the quad where apparently a formal party was taking place.

Unfortunatly Kaji's closest thing to formal that he ever wore would be that red kimono worn for kendo. But why would he want to wear it here when a white muscle t-shirt and tore up denim pants would suffice? Smirking at his own joke Kaji eyed everyone at the formal, getting an idea of who he was going to be sharing school with. This too had its downside cause it made Kaji look like he was spying on everyone, or just being plain wierd. It would have been even stranger if he forgot to leave his trench coat in the dorm room. Course now he just looked plain lost without a clue, which wasnt good if he wanted to look "cool" like he always seemed to manage to pull off.
For a guy who doesnt talk much...i think way too damn much...
Kaji looked over at the girl leaning against the wall, noticing she looked just as stressed out as he probably did. Instinctivly he knew he should keep to himself but Kaji wanted someone to talk to. So before another moments loss, Kaji made his way over to the girl. Hands in pockets, "Names Kaji, new to the school..." Kaji wasnt sure what to say next. Ever heared of an akward silence? This was it.
