We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Sakura smiled as he began to move she followed his foot steps easily. She slid to the balls of her feet, she could tell this was going to be quite fun. She slid her hand up his arm till both rested on his shoulders. Her face was lowered, her eyes slowly watched his feet. She looked back up at him a smile on her lips, she giggled.
" Can you waltz, maybe we should do swing dancing if you you know how?"
Grey threw his hair over his houlder, it was long and free it looked almost like wet steel. He licked his lips as she waited for her to shake his hand.
"You're familiar...but I cannot place it. You may join me if you want, but I'm not much of good company. I'm Amber..."
He can feel the heat of her hand through the leather of his glove. He llet it go and slowly spread his coat out and sat next to her, looking her over. he looked back at the students walking into the quad.
" Very nice to meet you, I think we are on the same floor of the dorm. Though i have been working for a friend of mine so i don't do much except sleep here. Why are you not joining int he festivites. All dressed up and no where to go I see."
His deep voice held warmth, it was very soft. He was trying not come off as a jerk.

Datu tries to remember his practices back at home. Swing dancing..... he thought. He suddenly remembered his mother giving him lessons on swing dancing. Now I remember.. he thought. He was rather glad he took dance classes, even though he hated them at the start, especially when he's being taught by his own mother.
He looked around, and saw the quad filling quick. Looks like there won't be as much room on the dance floor much longer. He looked back at Sakura.
"Yeah, I know the swing dance quite well."
"Hey, grandpa, wanna go to the zoo?" "The zoo? F*** that! What, are you gay???" "Mom, grandpa called me gay!" "Don't tell on me, b*****!"

Hitomi sighed lightly under her breath. Maybe she should've just stayed in her dorm? She knew next to nothing about what to do at a dance, except that you were supposed to dance. Now that she thought about it, could she even dance?? She immediatly went from feeling uneasy to just plain awkward. Her dorm wasn't too far away; may she could...
"Names Kaji, new to the school..."
Hitomi had been caught horribly off guard and inadvertantly stumbled back about a foot. A barrier formed around her instinctively as she turned to look at whom had spoken to her. The barrier itself was actually pretty flimsy and could be broken quite easily (although it'd still take a bit of effort). She calmed down a bit and the barrier dissolved away into nothing (for lack of a better term). She could only imagine how bad of a first impression she probably made.
"Please don't do that again," she requested a little quietly in a polite tone of voice. She was a pretty easy person to scare. "My name is Hitomi," she introduced. She looked curiously at his attire. He was dressed so casually. That's when it came; he dreaded awkward silence. Say something. Anything! Anything at all! Just please kill the silence, someone! a voice in Hitomi's mind shouted frantically. Hitomi looked around the quad, trying to think of something to say.

The girl's stare remained on the party, the lights glimmering and the music that filled her ears. She swirled the remaining soda in her cup, once it was empty she would refill it with her own mini-bottle of blackberry merlot. An angel of class, maybe.
"Ah, I haven't been myself." She said, if only he knew how true it was. The girl looked up at him, a sad and so slight smile crossing her face.
"To be removed from the others...like second nature."
Amber's wings did droop a little at those words, but her smile tried to make up for her down-hearted mood. Lonely, a word she tried to avoid saying; to her it was all that would be waiting for her at the end of her dilemma. She pushed those worries to the back of her mind and she finished the rest of her soda.

Sakura looks around as he slow muisc changes, she needs to get some swing music on. She has a thought, the d.j is not that far away.
"Yeah, I know the swing dance quite well."
" Okay let me go get us some swing music, if they don't ahve any we can try something else. Maybe right after this song, if you want we can make our way over thier. I think a two step will make it close."
She shrugs her pale shoulders, the green fabric looks darker under the lights. She felt almost normal, this was a good night.
" You are a great dancer, you have so many hidden talents. Is thier anything else you can do?"
A sad smile crossed Amber's face, it at his heart. His own wish in life was to make sure no one felt pain. Wemon the most, they were delicae and needed to be treated as queens. Who ever did this to her should be hung he thought.
"Ah, I haven't been myself. To be removed from the others...like second nature."
She sipped her soda and looked away from him. he got a chance to look at her profile, she was breath taking.
" I see. I am not sure of the students here. I guess in one hand if i keep myslef away from them I won't have to care. But in the other hand i wouldn't get to meet people...like you..for instance. Can I keep you company for a bit? You can call me Grey."
He pulled out a silver flask from inside a coat pocket. He held it out to her. Peppermint Scnapps, his favorite thing for being alone.

Bypassing her first question when Kanami asks what he knows of her, Karrody simply moves onto business. Which is the only reason he actually showed up to the dance. "I have a client that I need watched. I need a few things out of this. His habits, demeanor, the kinds of places he frequents, and even a schedule for a future date." Karrody begins, in an answer. "The schedule will be a secondary request, though it will make your reimbursement, how should I say, a great more profitable for you."
Pausing his words to continue dancing with the girl as he dips her to the music, as the speed is faster than what was originally playing when the two walked onto the dance floor. "Now my question, am I correct in coming to you to find the things I search for?" Karrody inquires, before giving her a chance to fully comprehend what it is that he might be trying to do.

That was one thing he was afraid of. In a fight he was fast on his feet but he had never danced before and they never taught him that while he was held captive by the Corporation.

Maaz nodded and stood for Kasch, a small smile on her face. Again, the word 'ravishing' came to mind. That is what the girl had said to her. Ravishing. What did that word mean? Would Kasch say she was ravishing?
"How does this one look?" Maaz asked. Being that she wasn't brought up to worry about appearance, it was awkward for her to ask this question. But still, she had never seen her own face before...

Still absent-mindedly holding her hand, he studied her dress silently. The emerald silk flowed from her waist, where the dress fit snugly. And the neckline...well, it accented her neck nicely. He'd never been around women who dressed like this, so it made him slightly uncomfortable. He hadn't really paid attention to the others around, so forcing himself to stare at a girl in a dress caused a hint of red to tinge his cheeks. He cleared his throat and let go of her hand.
"You look...very pretty." He paused, cleared his throat again. Had he known she had been told ravishing, he might have used that, but he'd never used the word before. "Yes. Very pretty. The dress looks nice on you. I don't see why you don't wear them more often."

Maaz pondered the word 'pretty' for a moment. She had heard it before, an artist she had met during her travels had used the word 'pretty' for flowers. Maaz knew what flowers were.
"Flowers are pretty. This one is not a flower." Maaz said, confused. Does this one look like a flower? Does the dress make this one look like a flower?
Maaz let her psychic arms go out and touch Kasch on the face, making a mental picture for herself. It wasn't strong but it was good enough for her.
"Does Kasch think Kasch is pretty?"

Taken aback by her last question, Kasch fumbled for words and was silent yet again. Did he think he was pretty? He bit his lip and shook his head. "No, I don't think I'm all that pretty," he mumbled, and switched the subject, "Pretty is reserved for women, usually. Pretty...can be used for flowers, yes. I use pretty to describe anything that looks nice, is pleasing to the eye." He faltered again, but kept on trying.
"I suppose one could say Maaz is like a flower in that they are both nice to look at," he smiled, hoping that was a good enough explination. It was easier than the things his brother had always asked him to explain.

"What does Kasch think Kasch is if pretty is for woman?" Maaz paused slightly before answering her own question with a question. "Ravishing?"
Maaz felt for her seat with her own two hands and sat down again. "Maaz did not know Maaz was pleasing to the eye or nice to look at...thank you." She used a common phrase passed between people expressing gratitude...not that she knew what it meant. But the conversation certainly made her feel better.

"Ah. Yes," he spoke slowly as he translated the word through German, then back to Englsih to make sure he had the right definition. "Although ravishing is an extreme word, I think you rather are."
Seeing her sit, he did the same hastily, once again having to battle with his chair to do so. He felt an anxiety attack approaching, and fought to keep it under control. New situations were not the best medication for his disease. He shifted, grateful Maaz couldn't see how much he was fidgeting. "Has no one ever told Maaz she is pretty?"

Kaji didnt know what to say...if anything he was taken by surprise to her sudden use of whatever that was.
"Uh...Hitomi is it?"
the two were standing there for what seemed like a good 5 minutes and Kaji tried to kill the silence as best as possible.
"Sorry for startling you like that, ill remember not to next time...besides who knows what you'l do next."
Leaning against the wall in a casual mannor Kaji smirked, almost laughing. Then he looked up at the ceiling thinking about how he never was in the mood for an outburst of supernatural abilities, getting slapped, or possibly racked on accident and much less on purpose. Just thinking of it sent chills down Kaji's spine, putting a disturbed look on his face.
Looking back down at Hitomi Kaji noticed that she seemed a little confused about his attire.
"Yeah, didnt know about any formals going on here when i showed up, nor would i have anything to wear."
Kaji didnt care much for any kind of formalities, wheither it be in speech or occasion. Hell, he'd dress in something plain and casual for his own wedding. With that said Kaji leaned up off the wall making his way towards the drinks. A soda or something sounded good at the moment, and sake was out of the question in public. Smirking Kaji looked over his shoulder, "Want anything to drink?"

Isamu smiled as he made his way over to the two girls, events such as this one were ones were he could shine. Isamu knew the right words to say, the problem was Gloria's older sister. Isamu knew how protective sister's could be so he knew this would be a challenge, but that only made it more fun for him.
"Evening Ladies, you both look beyond extremely gorgeous tonight!" Isamu gave Lorie a wink as he spoke. He look at Gabriella's arm and back at Gabriella.
"Pardon if you two are dates, but I was wondering if Gloria would give me the pleasure of dancing with her..."
Isamu looked from Gabriella, back to Lorie, then back to Gabriella. "...only if it's alright with you though, I wouldn't want to steal her if she is indeed your date!" Isamu gave a small laugh and wink as he said this and then looked back to Lorie and smiled.
"I don't know how, Yoko. You know that. I never really was the graceful outside of fights. You'll have to teach me."
Yoko laughed a little, it was true. She had never seen Take dance before. The problem was, she could dance but wasn't sure how to teach. The the thought of the two dancing together made her blush, she had never been close to Take in that way.
Suddenly Yoko felt a strange feeling in her stomach and instantly realized what it was. Yoko now blushing rather badly she decided to try and get it over with, grabbing Take's hand and running out to the dance floor she laughed.
"Who cares! I may not be a good teacher, but I'll try anyways. Just make sure you try as well!"

Kanami would have to admit that the mystery man was an excellent dancer, she had not even slipped and made an ass of herself yet...wait! She was finding it hard to keep her mind on business. She shut out all other thoughts and her mind started taking notes. The opportunity to spy for another did seem like a lot of fun, and a good time to try and use her (troublesome) power.
There was no way she would pass this fun up! Kanami shot him a genuine smile that was both mischevious and perfect for her next sentence.
"You came to the right person. I'll definetly do my best for this."
"Grey...like the color." She said softly, knowing to match the name and face. Students danced in bliss, maybe some of the newer faces are just starting to introduce themselves to others. There are times where humans seemed to have very little worries...
"Most students are very kind, some are not. Much like any school...all it takes is some kindness and patience."
Amber looked stared up at him again and tilted her head curiously at the silver flask. She hinted the scent of peppermint, reminiscent of her mother's special Christmas drink. The winged girl's delicate hand took the flask offered to her and took a small sip.
"Not bad," she said, handing the flask back to him. "I'm not good company, but you could join me if you like..."

Gabriel was walking down one of the schools deserted corridors on his way to the formal. we was wear an all white tux with gloves to match. He was still struggling with the decision of showing his face or not. Sure, he had made at least one friend, but would that be enough should a brawl break out?
Of course he could easily fly away, but he did not want to be or seem like a coward. As his eyes came of the ground to the path in front of him, he realized that all that seperated him from the formal was a simple door. He stopped walking and stared at the door in silence. The sound of music and people was flowing through out his mind.
With a sigh he walked up to the door and layed his hand upon it. Yes, it would be a cowardly thing to do if he flew away, but it would be even more cowardly to run away from the event at that moment. Gabriel took a moment to put himself together mentally and then proceeded through the now open doorway into the quad.

As Kaji awaited to see if his offer on getting Hitomi something to drink as an apology for freaking her out, Kaji's sharp brown Japanese eyes noticed a pair of angel wings he saw not but an hour ago. Shifting his head from Hitomi to the angel man Kaji attempted to get his attention.
"Hey! Gabriel is your name right?"
Kaji managed to speak across the Quad without screaming at the top of his lungs to get Gabriel's attention. If the angel guy heared him Kaji figured he would offer him to join his and Hitomi's company. From the roof the guy sounded gentleman like enough and Kaji wasnt exactly the smoothiest type in making people feel welcome. He already freaked that poor girl out, and before he uped and left the roof without saying much.
Well at least i try sometimes to be welcoming...
Kaji almost sighed, he was definetly not a very social kind of guy. Nor was he very good with introductions obviously.

Mitsuko sat cross-legged at a table, her back turned to the table looking out at everyone who had shown up. Although everyone was dress fancy, she liked the way she looked.
'Why isn't anything good happening, not one person is interesting enough to keep my attention for more than 30 seconds.' She winced. This was getting annoying. She could have to cause something to happen if people didn't start to liven up.
'It's times like this I wonder why I bother.' Mitsuko stood up and started to strut accross the dance floor in hope that someone would actaully not be to scared to talk to her, or that something would happen.

Hitomi was glad that Kaji broke the lingering silence and a small wave of relief washed over her. It was nice having someone to talk to, even if she wasn't saying much at the moment. She never was one to strike up a conversation. She much preferred to listen while other people talked until she felt very comfortable around them.
"Want anything to drink?"
Just as Hitomi was about to answer, something grabbed her attention. She could see something white from the corner of her eye. It looked like... wings? Almost completely forgetting about the question she had been asked, she looked over at the entrance to the quad; she couldn't believe what she saw. It was an angel! A real live angel! Hitomi rubbed her eyes to make sure she wasn't hallucinating. Hitomi stood with her eyes slightly wide with disbelief.
"Hey! Gabriel is your name right?"
"You know him?" Hitomi asked, turning her attention back towards Kaji.
