We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Kanami could feel she had hit something with Sakura without even facing her and damn, did that feel great! She probably knew that there was a stare at her back, possibly coupled with stabbings but she cared little about it. Besides, Kane seemed to be pretty cool, receptive to her presence. All the better, especially since her headache was slowly lifting away.
"Nice to meet you Kane. I'm Kanami. You know you were welcomed to join our conversation. It's rather interesting and rich in various topics...as you probably heard."
She glanced over her shoulder to watch Art, Lucian and that thing of a harlot chattering about who knows what.
Especially with the peanut gallery behind me. Gotta admit that was fun...NO! Don't get involved, this is fieldwork!
Done with mentally kicking herself for lapsing in her duties, she turned her attention back to Kane.
"Lemme guess, new guy on campus? Your face isn't familiar to me." And now it was, and she would have to look up on him too. This was going to be a hell of a night job for her!

Lucian had disappeared from Sakura, and Art sensing they was more into each other, then anything he had to say. Not to mention he was kind of curious where that laugh came from. The best way to do that was to follow Kanami she could find a needle in a gallon full of jello. Finally, picking up on the hostily towards Kanami through Sakura as well. Popping up the new-kid and the ever quizzing Kanami dropping a quarter between the two of them, Lucian said taking the phrase a bit to literally, "Well, since I'm not a mind-reader you know? It's nice to meet you Kane."
"Nice to meet you Kane. I'm Kanami. You know you were welcomed to join our conversation. It's rather interesting and rich in various topics...as you probably heard."
A soft smile came across his lips as he pondered those words. "Yeah, you'll meet all types here. I'm surpised there isn't a alien or something lurking around here. Actually, that would be pretty awesome." Lucian said looking to Kanami he sounded a little far-out, but she would be the person to ask. "Are there aliens in this school?"
Shrugging his shoulders for a moment. "So, where you from?"

Her anger rose, the pattern of her tattoo began to change into a tribal design, it snaked in a circle around her arm. She turned an icy stare to Kananmi's retreating back, she raised her free hand up. The Blade pointed out of her palm, she itched to let the chain go flying around the girls neck.
He careful noted her aggressive posturing, smile not budging a bit. So, what, a mood tattoo? A hidden weapon? He was flabbergasted. He had never seen someone with impulse control this bad. Well, that would explain why the others didn't like her. But, given a bit more knowledge about her this girl could be made to dance any way someone pleased. If at all possible he'd have to play poker against her and 'just happen' to win every time.
"Daven is my Boyfriend, he is sure to let me do one of my showes for you. I do all kinds of dancing, we will see. Daven is ery importan to me, I will ask and we shall see."
"Wow, he sounds like a swell guy! I'd like to meet him too, sometime. I mean, if you think so highly of him he must be really cool." Yeah, if he could stand up to her he was definantly worth knowing.
"Tell me do any of yo play an instrument, I was thinking of staring a band."
"Ah... well, I sing pretty well, and I can play the harmonica a little. I was in the church choir!" Yep, keep that in mind, an honest to goodness choir boy.

She had been watching Lucians retreating back, when she heard Art speak she looked down at him. He looked like a lost child, but something in his eyes worried her. She might have to keep an eye on this one. He stood just few inches shorter than her 5'10" so she smiled down at him.
" Yes he is but enough of him. Looks like its just you and me kid. Why don't we leave these sticks in the mud and go talk. Sounds like you might have a few intresting things to say. "
She let her body relax, her hands by her side, she went back to being just the vixen. Her hand came up to touch his shoulder, it rubbed along his arm and then to his shoulder. Her long fingers were soft and her touch a bit sweet. Her green eyes strayed back tot he others, she was a bit miffed but she would let it out later.

He watched her demeanor change back to her comfortable relaxed self. Maybe if he asked real nice she would show him all of her dark side? He still couldn't get over the leather and red she was wearing. No, best to cut that thought short right there.
His own green eyes sought hers our, smiling easily at her touch. Don't be too eager with this one, just talk for now.

Kane grinned as he looked away from the stranger, resting his head in his hands. It seemed that his attempts at eavesdropping failed miserably. Next time he would have to try and control his laughter. But with a conversation like the one going on beside him it was hard not to laugh at the words exchanged between the two girls.
"Well, since I'm not a mind-reader you know? It's nice to meet you Kane."
Kane looked to the coin that was dropped. He put his foot out and caught it, then he kicked it up and caught it in his hand before looking to the one who dropped it. Kane held the coin between his fingers. " Thanks stranger." He replied, his slight French accent seeping into his words as he spoke.
"Lemme guess, new guy on campus? Your face isn't familiar to me."..."So, where you from?"
Switching his attention back to Kanami, he nodded at her question. " Yeah, I'm new. I just got in this morning." He said. When it was asked where he was from, Kane thought about it for a moment. " Despite my American looks, I was born in France but later moved to Ohio." Kane explained.

It seems Art was now in the snares of Sakura, she could hear him asking the harlot to show her around. Too bad, he was so innocent and unknowing of her deceit! And then the pity for him would simply lift away in a line from a favored TV show:

Just as she had expected, Lucian still trailed after her, babbling away nonsense about aliens at the school. Come to think of it, were any of the students actual aliens from outer space? Espers? Time-travelers? Sliders?
"Good question," she responded to both Lucian's question and her own thoughts. "It wouldn't surprise me if there was."
Kanami turned her attention to Kane again, mentally noting his lightly-seasoned French accent.
"France then Ohio? I would've never figured that. You're the second person I met on campus that has either come from France or bear a sort of accent. My mysterious associate Karrody is the other one." The lively girl spun the Buddha keychain around her finger again.
"The day is still open for something to do. And I bore easily." She directed this to Lucian and Kane. "Feel like meandering around the school for a while? We might run into more interesting things."

Lucian looked to Spooky-Girl, then to the new entry into his list of acquitances Kane. A mischevious smile came across Lucian's lips he was always up for exploring anything. He was just the adventurous type except he had a lousy sense of direction. You could lose him in a cardboard box and with his luck he'll be mailed to Thailand.
"Sure." Lucian said turning to leave, then he turned back around. "Um, where are we going to spread the cheer?"
There was so many places on campus to wonder about it was easy to get lost. "We could head towards the forest they always got interesting things there. I go there to read, but you might run into the occasional demon or some other rapid monster." That would most likely end up disaster. Wait, did Lucian say he liked to read picturing him in a library was sort of hard to do. "Nah, I stopped reading there after a bird took my Poe book. I think it was a raven rip-a-tapping. I guess they have a thing for paper."
"What about you two any ideas? Kanami, I bet you know this place inside and out."
