Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

I don't think being homosexual is wrong, but must say I'm not all for gay marriage. It is a religious thing. I don't even agree with the government being able to do it, so yeah. I don't see why people need to be 'married' to feel like they're together in a spiritual bond. If you love a person, that's an unbreakable bond right there. What does it really matter if you have some sort of ceremony? It's a bunch of bullshit to me, so that's why I say let the religious folk have their straight marriages and let the gays be as free-minded about marriage as they are about sexuality!

Eh, I don't believe it's wrong. I can't think that, I have a cousin that came out not too long ago. *shrug* Not like it was a big secret but everyone was...surprised, cept for me and my bro.
A couple of serious (dun dun dunnn!) comments. ^_^
1. Bisexuality is *not* a myth.
2. Gay marriage. Personally, I don't think it's important; that's because I'm not gay, and I'm not trying to get married. To many people it is an important issue, and I think it's importance because of what marriage has come to symbolize. Hellsinger sums it up very succinctly:

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut, I really don't see marriage as an expression of love, although that's usually what motivates people to get married. But I think of it like this: you love somebody, think you want to get married, think you want to get married because you want to care for the one you love/be cared for by the one you love, care includes protection, protection in this day and age means stability, financial and otherwise, and mental support. Marriage hasn't changed from what it's been up until this century --
a business deal.
And I don't see any reason that any one person should be excluded from the benefits of marriage, and because of the psychology of it today (i.e., many people think marriage = expression of ultimate devotion/love) I don't see why anybody should be denied that ... Fulfillment.

Gayness..hmmm well there a touchy subject. Though it's not really my place to say wether you like the same or opposite sex is not really an issue. The fact that you love is what makes you human and gods there is nothing more important than love in this world and I don't give a FRIG what or who you love.

Though everyone has there own personal space, and I wouldn't want anyone who is homosexual pushing themselves all over me. But to the same extent, I wouldn't push myself onto someone with homosexual ideals.

Well, a "straight" person is sexually attracted to somebody of the "opposite" sex. A "gay" person is sexually attracted to somebody of the "same" sex. An "asexual" person is somebody who's attracted to neither sex. And a "bisexual" person is somebody who is sexually attracted to people of either sex. A gay man won't be attracted sexually to a woman -- that would be bisexual. Likewise, a gay woman. And until you're dead, you never have a "final" choice when you're bisexual (or any sexual, for that matter). ^_^
And, well, Merciah - I don't want anybody of any sex regardless of my sexual preferences forcing themselves on me. ^_~ Some people are just yucky.

Ok, to make the matter of my views in gay people not allowed to get married a little easier, here it is:
I think marriage should be abolished. I'm not for it. I hate marriage. It's a stupid concept to me and I beleive if you love someone that's all you need. Marriage is a religious thing for those who believe in their religion. I think that if you're religious enough to believe in marriage, you should believe it in the way it was made to be.
Now, why do I say this? Because there are literally hundreds of religions. Each has a variation of marriage. Even chatholics marriage differs from anglican just slightly. Anyways, to be politically correct, you would need to change all religions to incorporate that. A lot of people wouldn't agree with that. And the argument of leaving out those people is goging against the very principals you stand for by being fair to everyone. the only true way to be fair is to get every religion to do so, and that would be forcing your point upon people, wouldn't it?
To finish my point, it just isn't going to happen not because the world is anti gay, but pro tradition. We like how things are, and homosexuality isn't part of our religions. It's blasphimous even. Love thy neighbour is only supposed to go so far in the theological world. As I said, love is a beautiful thing no matter what the gender of the two people, but why do you need a piece of paper to love each other? If you truely love a person, prove it by not getting married. That to me means you're secure enough in your feelings to know that that person will never leave your side, not to be forced by your side by the government or whatever powers may be.
Eh, all religion is that it's all money-making schemes, brain-washing and misogyny. They only look at one facet of their holy texts and refuse to take into account everything else; the world around them, world cultures, science and technology and sociological trends.
Gay marriage may or may not be wrong, but like everything else in life, it's a on a spectrum. You can see it in everyone's post here. Even if people don't want to see it that way, it is in a spectrum. Nature, light, opinions, evolution all do the same.
It's always so fascinating to see everyone's thoughts on it on such topics, whether or not it divides people.
