Cheers all, hope you enjoyed the session as much as I did (even if I did lose track of what time it was!). With ST on 14th July and CB over the first w/e of August arranging dates for teh next one might be tricky - especially with the possibility of people being away over the summer.
Any suggested dates? Other than the two mentioned I can't make the bank holiday (26th August) as that is Ange's big 30th. Other than that though, I can pretty much make any Saturday.

I can't currently make any Saturday in August and the only one in July I could do is July 8th, which I believe is no good for Mr Rose. So while it's not ideal from my pov if the rest of you guys can find a free weekend over the summer then go for it and Loquellamedes will just have to wibble in his lab staring at patterns in webs or some such for a few seasons.

Any update on this? It's gone rather quiet, and we haven't arranged anything as far as I am aware. I could even make this Saturday if required.

So ... please specify which you could potentially make. I imagine in each case the first date is the day we would actually play. If everyone could secure the second date that would allow us to play quite late - or even play a little on the second day. Otherwise, we'd have to wrap up early enough for people to get home for a reasonable hour for work the following day.

Hmmm, Nick, what are the odds on another ST week early next year actually happening? I ask because I get feck all holiday and if I spend 2 days for this then chances are I won't have enough left for that.

I have clashes on all of those days, but I could rearrange the meetings if we decide to do this pretty soon. It will get much harder if we leave it more than a couple of weeks, so I'd advocate picking a date asap.
If people are strapped for annual leave, then we could just start in the evening and end fairly early the next day. e.g. if we went for 9th -> 10th. If people took the 10th off, we could meet up to play ~8pm on the Wednesday and finish around 5pm on the Thursday so that Nick and Simon could get back to London.

I definitely can't do the 16th/17th (I'm away on business then which is why I can't do the two weekends eiether side of those dates) and the 9th/10th is probably too close to my departure date to be practical. However, the 22nd/23rd should be ok, though is there any chance it could be Weds/Thurs (ie 23/24) like the others?

So is everyone good for meeting up in Bedford chez Baldrick at 8ish on Tuesday 22nd August and playing on Wednesday daytime until whenever people need to start heading off?
