I can't make 30 Nov, as I will be on my hols. I could potentially make other such slots during different weeks, as long as planned suitably far in advance.

I don't think we should play VT without Mike. As I've stated before, I really don't like going ahead without a full complement of players. This is one of the reasons why I don't really support playing ST in Sept without Craig. I know we agreed to an "all but one" approach in the past, but I don't think it's a good idea. There are other similar rules that have been dumped in the past, and I think this one should join them.

Listen - I would prefer it if we discussed ST dates, plans etc on the ST board.

If you want to raise this issue on the ST board - so that Craig and Guy can have a say then feel free; but, can we drop the topic of ST dates on the VT board please.

It's clear that Simon feels awkward about such discussions here (given he doesn't play the other game) - and I think it is wrong to propose changes to dates/conventions here that affect the ST game given Craig and Guy aren't party to discussions.

If you wish to raise the topic on the ST board then please do so, Nick. But if you seriously want to propose cancelling the Sept date - then do it soon; because there's not that long until the session.

As for the 'if only one person can't make it proceed' - I'm happy for the troupe to discuss whether they want such a rule for VT (not ST!) here, or whether we should only run sessions when everyone can make it.

As for VT dates I'm free on the following weekday dates:

Sept: 14, 15, 18, 20, 21, 28, 29.
Oct: 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 16, 18, 19
Nov: 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 16, 17, 20, 22, 23
Dec: 1, 4, 6, 7, 14, 15, 18, 20

Take a deep breath, pumpkin, and read what I wrote, rather than making erroneous inferences.

My personal view that we should always play with a full complement is nothing new; I've said exactly that on numerous occasions in the past. My previous post does not amount to a proposal to drop the September session, as I know others don't share this view.
