Those arn't yellow tights. They were white, but after years of refusing to remove his pants prior to unrinating they are now yellow......on the front. The back is a different story.

Pogar did see, once, Janes picking his nose and eat it, while the battle was going on. Right before Pogar took the shot to the stomach. It was the shock that caused Pogars damage.
