Madragar regards Kaleb quietly. "Nothing I am conscious of."

"Have you all considered any ways of possible extraction of this information? It might aid in ways of how to deal with this Gorgon character. If we know what he seeks to find, then we may be able to defeat him in his goal of covering Moagara with darkeness."

Re: But dude, you were freeking out.......
"There are few who are both as poweful as the Gorgon and also skilled in the means of extraction of information from both the living and the dead. Perhaps none match his unique ability in this macabre field."

"Certainly what you suggest has merit, Kaleb, but Raven's Gate is singularly devoid of reference materials and, at the present, allies who might possess the appropriate knowledge. I fear that is is the road for us. Perhaps in another place we may be able to acquire the knowledge we seek."

Seeking Vagn
"I have been wondering how it is that Druuga or his master followed us here. This represents the single most dangerous and present threat to our safety. If we can throw off his ability to track us, we may find ourselves time to regroup and plan. I will seek out Vagn of the Ghurugil and consult with him on this topic, for I feel certain that the method employed is an arcane one."

With that, Madragar pulls his green cloak about his shoulders and strides off in the direction of the Ghurugil hall.

Re: Seeking Vagn
Watching the bald man walk off, Kaleb turns to ponder the rest of the group. With a shrug, Kaleb pads off following Madragar.

Re: Seeking Vagn
Sangraal this looks like a bit of well forged steel that was once a sword but...there is something about it. I am bringing it back to our hosts for a look see.
"Ah that Druuga ain't so tough, if his bodyguards were any indication." He tries to encourage Madragar. "Kaleb has the right of it. If Ruig saw us running from a fight he would be sore indeed!"

Re: Seeking Vagn
"Ruig was an experienced warrior," calls Madragar over his shoulder. "And he was wise enough to know when to fight and when to fall back and regroup."

[OOC: Scott, whenever you're ready to have Madragar arrive at the Ghurugil hall, let me know.]

Re: Seeking Vagn
Trailing behind the determined Madragar, and conversing in terse whispers about the strange events of the last week, the group returns to the Ghurugil lodge. Many of the dwarves are exactly where they left them, lounging around near the fire, digesting.

Vagn and Naredru are still considering Irian's scrolls.

Re: Seeking Vagn
Madragar approaches the intellectually-minded pair. "Have you made any headway?" he asks.

Re: Seeking Vagn
Vagn shrugs, but Naredru seems more optimistic.

"This seems to be a prayer of some sort," the elf explains. "And I'd guess unrelated to the other inscriptions. But I can't be certain. The characters are unlike those of any Olmani writing I've seen."

Those priests of Humakt are a surly bunch
Atan bounces back into the hall in a jovial mood, "What the hell was that? The Swordelders all but bodily threw us out.", he says aloud as he heads back for the pitcher.

Pouring himself a mug, "That is what I get for not taking a momment to relax." Setting the pitcher down he walks over to an open chair near the fire and talkes a seat while whistling tippy-toe, tippy-toe.

[Who is he sitting next to?]

Let's try the Nice ones at the Ash Lion
Ulwe suggests to Madragar and Atan a visit back to the Temple of the Ash Lion.

"I plan on returning to our hosts from this morning. I certainly owe them my life, and to you fellows who bore my useless body to their care. Since I cannot give them my life, which is already pledged to Orlanth, I will attempt to recompense them with some of my meager funds."

Re: Let's try the Nice ones at the Ash Lion
"A fine idea Ulwe, a fine idea. I would join you if you wish the company?"

The soft hum of tipy toe, tipy toe distracts Sangraal momentarly " Atan did you lose any gear when you where kidnapped? Also there is the last buisness of Kezibs fortune. As a servent of Yelm I think he would like it donated in his name."

[OOC: Is there a dedicated temple to Yelm in Ravensgate or is he worshiped in all the shrines?]

Re: Let's try the Nice ones at the Ash Lion
The Temple of the Ash Lion is mainly a temple to Yelm, though Orlanth and Hroldi figure prominently in the cult's rituals.

Re: Let's try the Nice ones at the Ash Lion
Atan cranes his head around the chair back to answer Sangraal, "Yeah, lost my boots, got a borrowed pair but need some new ones...and my clothes are actually trashed. Washed at the temple but they just don't have that fresh feel back ya' know. If you are going to the market I will tag along."

Turning back to face the dwarven weapon smith, 'Llovas could you recommend me a reputable bowyer to visit while I am out?"

Interlude
[Going out into the town or visiting the temple will take an hour or two, so just let me know what each of you want to do and I'll handle it individually. The prices in Ravensgate are close enough to what's in the PHB that you can buy things yourself - just let me know what you bought.]

Re: Interlude
Sangraal returns to his quarters and retrieves some coinage for tithe. Before rejoining his friends in the common hall Sangraal quitely makes his way to the guest room in which Irian spent time in before leaving the Ghurgil Lodge.

Once inside the room he will search it.

[OOC: Search +1: Sangraal takes 20 to search it throughly looking for any clues Irian might have left behind. Like the missing scraps of paper.]

Re: Interlude
Kaleb, feeling out of place, has no desire to really go out into town, yet feels somewhat uncomfortable hanging out inside the dwarven complex. Kaleb will stand, fill a mug with mead and miander out of the complex and find a little spot to rest up, waiting for the others to return.

Re: Interlude
[Did Llovas have a name of a respectable bowyer?]

Atan too goes to his room and fetchs his money. Returning back to the common area and bristling with weapons, he fetchs his mug from the table. Downing the remnants in one go, he replaces the mug on the table and stands ready to face the town.

"Draxim, you have an eye for value. Is this snakepipe worth anything?", he holds the silver pipe in his hand out for the dwarf to inspect. Atan also casts a glance towards Vagn and Madragar to see if they have an oppinion whether he should sell the item or not.
