Re: Off we go...
After Draxim deftly moves behind Naredru [and draws an AoO], Ulwe dives in the hallway and tries to tackle the spindly apprentice. The priest drops his shield and the now-useless remnant of his spear fang as he ducks low and tries to up-end and pin the smaller elf.

Re: Dobrug, Part III
Atan turns and seeks a clear shot at Naredru but with Draxim in the way he has little opportunity. His first shot is high and to the right, sailing over Draxim's shoulder before striking Naredru's invisible shield. Atan's second arrow actually hits the end of Draxim's greatsword, throwing sparks and making a loud PING sound.
Pogar charges after Naredru and, coming toe to toe with the elf... stands there.
Draxim advances into the corridor and tries to sidestep Naredru and get behind him. Though the wizard looks unarmed, the shimmering rod he carries (the one wielded by Lyssa herself before her death) is actually a potent weapon. The wizard swings hard for Draxim's head, but the dwarf ducks the attack - noticing, incidently, that the air in the wake of the glowing rod is quite cool.
Now at Naredru's exposed flank, and presumably behind the wizard's magic shield, Draxim swings with gusto. At the last moment he notices that the image of the wizard in front of him is just an illusion, and that Naredru is in fact standing a couple feet to the right. It is too late to halt his swing, however, and once again the dwarf loses his grip on his greatsword. The weapon flies out of Draxim's hands to clatter its way down the southern corridor. [Fumble.]
With Naredru's attention focused now on Draxim, Ulwe rushes the wizard. Alas he falls for the same trick and gives an insubstantial illusion a great big bearhug. Naredru appears a few feet to his left, as yet unharmed and certainly ungrappled.
Brae hobbles quickly up to Atan and says a brief prayer over his wounds. [Atan is now fully healed.]
[Someone give me orders for Janes and for the standard action that Pogar never used.]
Map updated.

Re: Dobrug, Part III
Pogar seeing the illusion will (hopefully) compensate and attack the wizard.
Janes drops to one knee and keeps the door covered. (Held Action, shoots whoever comes through )

Re: Off we go...
Pogar, noticing that both Ulwe and Draxim have attacked air, will hopefully attack the true form of Naredru.

Re: Dobrug, Part III
Janes keeps his eye on the western door.
Pogar, trying not to be fooled by the illusion, makes a wild log-chopping swing at Naredru. The Ghuraskalli warrior is momentarily elated when he makes contact with something, but is quickly soured by his axe bouncing harmlessly off the wizard's invisible shield.
For the moment nothing emerges from the door through which Yashai and the archer woman retreated.
Ulwe steps quickly between Ulwe and Draxim.
[This draws an AoO from both of them, though they are both disarmed. I'm not sure if an unarmed attack during an AoO draws its own AoO, so for now I'm going to say that it doesn't.]
Naredru manages to dodge swiftly between them both, avoiding their clumsy pummelings. Reaching the corner of the corridor, the elf raises Lyssa's rod before his face before leveling it at Ulwe.
"You will forever be a slave, my brother," Naredru sneers at Ulwe in elvish. "Valsharuun!"
A jet of ice and frost roars down the corridor, striking Ulwe across his exposed right shoulder. His mail hauberk is instantly frozen solid as the iron links are filled with ice. Ulwe's muscles rebel under the horrendous blast of cold, shaking uncontrollably for a moment before the pain of the attack throttles the elf's mind. Twitching, his mouth stretched in a pitious, silent howl, Ulwe is unconscious before he hits the floor.

[Madragar, Draxim and Janes are moderately wounded.
Ulwe is unconscious and dying.]

Pogar, frustrated and irritated, will charge into Naredru and shield bash him, knocking him down to the floor.

Re: Dobrug, Part III
[Pogar can try a Bull Rush attack which will force Naredru back 5 ft. There isn't anything in the rules about knocking someone down, but here should be.
On the fly house rule: Someone initiating a Bull Rush or Overrun attack can force his target to make a Balance check to avoid being knocked to the ground if the attack is successful. The attacker must make a Balance check whether the Bull Rush or Overrun is successful or not. The DC of the check is 10+ the difference in the two strength checks.
Note that this draws an AoO and, like grappling, the defender will be able to add his damage (if any) to his Strength check.
Is this what Pogar would like to do?]

Quote: Ulwe is unconscious and dying
"It's so cold... so cold." Ulwe murmurs softly as he shivers on the floor. Clutching at his broken stump of a shaft, he chatters through clenched teeth: "my spear...." As he slumps into a hypothermic induced state of shock.

Re: Off we go...
Howling like a highland goat, Pogar leaps over Ulwe and stomps down the corridor. Naredru takes a wild swing at the advancing dwarf but his blow glances off the Ghuraskalli shield, leaving a patch of ice in its wake.
"Rrrraaaaawwwwgggg!" Pogar bellows as he plows into the elf. Naredru's shield shimmers in protest as the stocky warrior hurls himself forward. Elf and dwarf go down together in a tangle of limbs and weapons. Pogar's shield leaves his grasp and rolls to his right, coming to rest a few feet from Draxim's greatsword.

Re: Dobrug, Part III
Khelzhad hands Janes the blessed water bomb and indicates the undead foes in the western doorway. Then he sets to loading his crossbow while maintaining the song of courage:
"Do not relent, do not abate
Do not turn from final fate
No time to wonder, no time to wait
Chaos is here and the hour is late
Shadow comes with shambling gait
Fully now your weapons sate
More heretics to eradicate - to fight!
Companions of the Light!"
[give orb to Janes, reload (sa1), chant (sa2)]

With the foe on the ground, Draxim moves S down the corridor and retrieves his weapon.
[You don't say where it is exactly so I am not giving exact movement.]

Unless the unarmed persons had Improved Unarmed Attack, then they don't even get an AoO. Without a melee weapon or IUA, they do not threaten nearby squares.
And yes, attacking unarmed (without IUA) draws an Attack of Opportunity.

Re: Off we go...
Madragar turns to Brae and Atan. "Yashai is getting away! Don't allow yourselves to be pulled off course" he insists, and moves to the western door, throwing it open if he can.

Re: Dobrug, Part III
Khelzhad hands off a vial of holy water to Janes who is still concentrating on the western door.
Draxim bounds down the corridor, retrieving his sword. The dwarf finds himself standing over both Naredru and Pogar.
Madragar swiftly crosses the main chamber and throws open the western door. There he discovers Yashai, the archer woman, her sword wielding companion, and a fourth enemy standing just beyond the portal as if they were preparing to sally forth. This fourth enemy, the one that the wizard had not yet seen, makes Madragar's heart go cold.
It is one of the Shadowrakers, to be sure, but its green glowing eyes and the putrid mist that flows from its skin mark it as something altogether more powerful. Dressed head to toe in aged, rusted mail, and hefting a thick iron-bound shield, the undead glares at Madragar with naked malice. The wizard is certain that this creature is the same as Brother Wos, the beast that the companions faced in the Cairnhollow. He is one of the original fallen priests of Yelm from the days of the Shadow Cults.
Reflexively, Janes fires. The bolt zips past Madragar and strikes the Kurashk in the shoulder. The thing doesn't so much as twitch when the crossbow bolt punches a hole through its mail and buries itself in the dessicated flesh beneath. The green-eyed crypt spawn looks carelessly down at the bolt, then back at Madragar.

Re: Dobrug, Part III
[since I'm blue and near dead, and YT and Dobbs are in CA, how about?]
Atan's hands move in a blur as he fires two arrows into the Kurashk.
Janes like wise reloads and rifes his crossbow at the abomination.
