Ok, first manacle key is gotten by getting near the Darklurch corpse in Riwwi, killing the seven bugs that spawn, then going in the water and picking it up.

Note: as of 2/17, the polished silvery key (IDs as #4) spawns in TWO places - the fountain near ferubi zoneline in riwwi... as well as a ruined building in riwwi. if you have one and you try to pick up the other, you get the duplicate lore message, and the bag poofs.

/boggle.... I thought ruining your beta neutral faction wasn't supposed to be possible now.

/boggle.... Doesn't this prove that it isn't possible?
i.e. His faction was fine walking up to the npc's to begin with. And when he killed them, the game didn't let his faction go down anymore. Thus, you can't ruin your beta neutral faction because it seems they've coded it such that everyone is max KoS, but the beta neutral mobs don't actually KoS for being max KoS.

The one from the dried up corpse that spawns a couple mobs is 1st Manacle key.

I think all keys are now identified, and I modified first message to have the full list.
Now there are some that we still don't know where they come from (hehe, some friends don't want to say what they did to get the key, well, that's their right, ain't it ?)

4 places (at least), actually.
Also spawns in a building on the west side at 42,32 (from memory, I might have that reversed -- it's on a crate) and at the junction of the "rivers" in the zone.

[Wed Feb 18 18:48:55 2004] You have received a character flag!
[Wed Feb 18 18:48:55 2004] Turlini fishes a jagged key from the sack and tries it on his manacles. They unlock with a loud snap and slide off his wrists. His expression melts into simultaneous shock and elation. 'YES! We will be freed. Very soon now, these chains will bind my people no longer! And as for you, Occlusion, you will become a legend among my people.'
[Wed Feb 18 18:48:55 2004] Turlini can barely contain his excitement. 'This is wonderful news, friend. Freedom is within our grasp! The only problem remaining is the ever-present guards. They are always watching over us. We would need a monumental distraction to buy enough time for me to release everyone. Which is where you come in. One of your kind who goes by the name of Reyna has been taken to the arena and has been tortured daily in front of the Muramite masses. If you were to create enough of a ruckus in the arena trying to free her I think we could make our escape.'
[Wed Feb 18 18:48:55 2004] Your faction standing with Yunjo Slave Resistance got better.
[Wed Feb 18 18:48:55 2004] Your faction standing with Gladiators of Mata Muram got worse.
[Wed Feb 18 18:48:55 2004] You gain experience!!

*edit* Never mind, Warmly faction is required with the Yunjo in Riwwi to initiate this quest which starts with Turlini as you might have expected by Occlusions post.

So we get all the keys... but what do we do with them?
I haven't figured out where this quest starts, or ends....
Re: ...
This is part of the Breakdown in Communication quest. Specifically the Riwwi section.
Odds are that unless you plan to complete that entire quest (which consists of many ungodly rare drops drom sewers, tipt, vxed, and kod'taz, as well as a kill in yxtta) you're probably wasting your time worrying about these keys.
On that note... where's the Scored key? :/

Speaking to Turlini gets you a 10 slot bag, combine the keys in the bag and hand it back in to him. Of course, I havent finished yet either, I am also looking for the scored key which I believe may come from Iniba the Confused but Im not having any luck getting it from him.
And the quest is not just for the ubers, this is the subquest I believe that unlocks the arena ring event (or so Turlini's text would infer) which has EP+ drops if you go far enough through it.

Yes, it probably unlocks the arena event, which is why I wanted to know if Turlini gives you something when you hand him the bag. On beta devs were testing the arena event by giving people an item which started the event. I forget what it actually was, but they did mention that you needed to do a quest/flag thing before you could do the event, so to facilitate the testing they were just handing out the trigger item (they wouldn't tell us what those earlier steps were though). Since Turlini gives a flag on handing in the bag, it would appear that this is quest in question. If this is true, then he should be giving back an item as well, unless there is an intermediate step that needs to be done.
