Well it’s that time again and I have made a few phone calls, Green slip Allianz $570 NRMA $480 Suncorp $221 the winner Full Comp. Just cars $1870 Elders $1732 Allianz Will not cover as we are in a bushfire area!!! Suncorp NO (wife is under 25) CGU $2350 NRMA $1369 the winner I have also spoken to 4wd Australia insurance and they have told me I need to have a valuation done on the car need an alarm with immobilser and must be a member of a 4wd club. This is a lot of work just to get the quote. I am 26 and have a rating 1 top no claim bonus and my wife 23 has a 60% BTW The market value for a 1990 SSR LTD with 180k is $17000 Ours has 110k and in great condition. The company we used last year that the broker got was from Auto National and was $1900 when I called them they are no longer giving insurance to the Surfs I think NRMA will get the busness this year
