d00d I need to get more information on this because I can find better deals + you need to report that whore =). btw after she challenged me to a duel and started running from me for 2 hours, saying the whole time she was only running because I am a cheater (whats new, she ALWAYS runs in the duels...I finally learned my lesson about dueling with the wench) but I said something like whore or something and 3 hours later she petitioned against me for language because she was forced to zone out and lose the duel rofl.
She has a lot of issues =) Honestly, just report it and have a GM look into it just to at least give her a warning. 90% chance they won't give you anything back for it so don't ask for the stuff back, make it clear you'd like for her to at least be warned for what she has done.

Solid honestly man I like you but it sounds like this lacks common sense on your part.
1. If someone says, "I have the item on my alt" here is a simple rule of thumb (no matter who it is):
HAVE THEM GIVE YOU THE BETTER HALF OF THE TRADE FIRST. Then they can log their other char and you can pay them the cash. Is it your problem that they have stuff on 2 different characters? Hell no. Let them take the risk.
2. I know you frequent these boards. You know that G U A R D I E S S is nothing but a greedy little, lying 14-15 year old kid that will do anything for "uba lutz". While I feel for your loss you also should take some blame for trusting her.
3. GM's will probably not do anything because you voluntarily gave her your pp.
All I can say is that if you deal with Guardiess expect to come out feeling like you need to scrape the stuff off of your boots.
I'm sorry this happened to you. You seem to be a trusting guy and expect others to do the same. Apparently some people not as honorable as you. Be careful.

On hindsight your right but given that Guardiness was a raider and we played with her, I would of done the same thing Solid did.
Guardiness if you are reading this and Starfish I believe your her EQ husband, don't know if you know her in RL, please give up the items. Star if you have any influence talk to her.
THIS IS WRONG, you've had issues with the raiders but you this is just wrong. I can't even believe that you would do something like this. You and I have had a decent relationship and we have respected and talked about various issues so I hope you can reconsider what you just have done.
If you don't want to give the items directly back to Solid then give them to me and I will give them back. I'll be looking for you and I'll come to where ever you are to get the items if you agree to give them back.
I hope for the sake of your reputation and that of your guild you give back the items.

Van, I am not an officer or leader of Fortune (I just do the website/message boards), but I know there has been talk of Guardiess among the officers/leaders lately, and it is because of all the posts here. She has not been around for over 2 weeks now, and no one has seen her.
I started a topic on our private boards a few days ago to discuss her situation, and I know Fortune in no way condones this type of behavior. I apologize for the "screening" message you got on our public forum. It should be fixed now.
Whoever has a claim/problem against any member of any guild should contact the leaders of the guild, and if it is a "scam" claim, they should also contact the server GM by email or petition. Our leaders are Calamily and Valaen.

Dude that sucks royally. I'm sorry she bent you over like that. Hindsight is 20/20, isn't it? I would post this on the flames board and warn people about Guardiess and her alt. But use names, don't leave that blank. A lot of people read the flames board and she will become supertrash over night.
A few lessons learned here..
1) If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
2) If everyone calls someone a loser, they probably are.
3) Trusting Guardiess with a penny is like trusting a starving dog with a steak.

I was hesitant but thought.....WTF, raiders are like family. Guess not. Anyways, I will never trade with anyone again no matter what so thats no prob, but I can't get too pissed....cuz it's only a game (don't flame that,LOL) and its fake cash (that either) and I can always get it back.....and in April I will only have to pay MORE for this fake cash giving, retard playing, stealer thriving, Talisman running game. If I was lying I would be begging for handouts which I am not. You can not prove you have not been on in 2 weeks, just like you can not prove you have infinite raids. While I'm reluctant to stand up for Guardiess.. It is possible for her to prove that she has not been logged into her account. I believe Verant keeps logs of who has logged on to an account and such. If anyone, other than herself, had access to the account they could have scammed you to give her reputation a final blow. Was it Guardiess and not Guardies, Gaurdiess, Guardias(just pulling random names that closesly resemble) or anyone claiming to be Guardiess that approached you about the trade? If the person that contacted you was not the character Guardiess you're going to have a hard time proving that it was indeed her that did it.
Like I said, I'm reluctant to stand up for Guardiess..but you have to look at this from more than one angle.
