Entrance of Newbies ((ANYONE JOIN))
The doors to the Entrance Hall of Hogwarts swung open, and the first figure to enter them had an almost giddy look on her face as she did so. It almost looked silly with her sophisticated features, but anyone who knew Meredith Waldorf long enough would soon realize that giddy and silly was more her style anyways.
"I was the first one of us to open the doors," Murph said proudly, laughing lightly to her friends as the new Gryffindor fourth year flipped her dark brown hair over her shoulder, a move typically made when the 14 year old was slightly nervous and trying not to show it. But then again, who wouldn't be nervous, entering a world she hardly knew?

"Oh, well aren't you special, Murph?" a tall girl behind her said as she became the second of the quartet to enter the hall. Her blond hair fell in sheets down her back, as she smiled, poking a suit of armor amusedly. "You know, I definitely think I'm gonna get used to this place," Bridget announced, the fourth year Slytherin's eyes wandering to the tapestries on the walls and then up to the high ceiling. "Big place-lots of mischief to cause..." she added with a wink. "What do you guys think?" She turned around to face the remaining two girls.

"Bee, you can't be serious," the third girl said, sounding seriously agonized. But then again, that was Gabriella Percy for you. The Ravenclaw girl had grown up in a world that tolerated no nonsense and that strictly followed all the rules. She had lived her life quietly, always being the shyest of the quartet, although many would say that Gabby was the most beautiful. She had a natural grace and elegance about her, and her brilliant blue eyes could capture anyones heart. She also was excited about coming to Hogwarts, just in a different manner than her three best friends. She felt exhilerated to be out of the constant watchful gaze of her parents, even if she did still feel the need to abide by their lifestyle.

"Ohmigosh, Gabs, are we gonna start this already? Lighten up, babe," the fourth girl said, hugging her friend. "We're here to have a good time, okay? Well-and to learn," the redhead said with a grin. She was shorter and not as thin as the others, but she made up for it with her bubbling excitement over everything that she did. Her dark red hair was straight and her blue eyes were bright-no comparison to Gabby's, but still pretty nonetheless. She looked around the hall as if she was pondering, and then began to speak.
"What I really want to know is, where's our welcoming squad?" Tally asked teasingly.

"Well were not your welcoming squad but hi anyways," Annie said to the girls who looked like they were a little bit older then she was. "I'm Annie Coen,"

"Yeah hi," Said a blond boy who had entered the entrance hall only a few seconds after his twin sister had. "I'm Annie's twin brother Brett," The third year then introduced himself to the girls who looked like they were a lttle bit older then him and Annie.

"Well hey there Brett and Annie... it's a right pleasure to meet you," said the wild-haired brunette with a grin. She knew she was being cruel, imitating Tally's southern accent like that, but it was just too fun.
"My name's Murph, by the way-Meredith Waldorf, actually, but all my friends call me Murph," she said.
"Oh, and that's my cousin Gabby," she added, pointing to the shy, dark haired Ravenclaw beside her.

"Heya-my name's Bridget... We're all fourth years," the peppy blond added, filling in the blanks for her absentminded friends.

"ANd don't worry about not being the welcoming committee-ya'll seem like a mighty good substituion. I'm Tally, by the way," the red headed Hufflepuff said, extending her hand.

She had a heavy accent, and tan skin. Her eyes were hazel, and dazzling. "Den I am definitly een thee right place!" She teased the girls, with a wink. "Hullo...I am Allessia Santos...Allie fore short. Who are you, gerls?" She asked, politely, while sticking out her delicate hand for a shake.

The fourth and final girl also extended her hand to Allie, her dark brown waves of hair falling into her face. Her green eyes locked on the new arrival approvingly. "I'm Meredith Waldorf-my friends call me Murph, though," she introduced herself.

"Haha Allie thought you were a girl," Annie said to Brett while laughing at him. She didn't see how the girl could have thought Brett looked like a girl since he looked like a boy.
"My name's Annalisa Coen but everybody calls me Annie," The blond Gryffindor girl introduced herself.

"Apolgy accepted," Brett said with a smile. He was glad that Allie had not seen him earlier because he didn't think he looked like a girl.

Allie grinned, tons of things to do most likely meant PARTIES! And boy, did this gorgeous Brazilian girl LOVE to party! "Well, dat ees a good thing, eesn't it?" She teased them, with a winked of one of her hazel eyes.
