The socalled unknown armor effects.
CS armor comes in several varieties including black, gold, green, purple, silver, silver and green chain, brown leather and black leather, Velous styles 17, 19, 20 and 21, some items such as robes and the black monk armor are race and/or class specific.
now for the effects
Chest: This armor has the Guide health Effect and allows the CS rep to regenerate health faster and to breathe under weater, this armor only needs to be worn for it's effect.
Legs: Casts Spirit of Norrath on Self only. This provides a significant increase in movement speed. ( note a lvl 60 bard's selo is faster)
Arms: Casts Guide memory Blur which clears a targeted MoB's hate list, this item is usefull in resetting vendors and pissing off talisman on uber raids. ( just kidding hehe)
Hands: casts the spell Customer Service Resurrection, which is a 100% exp res without any res effects, there is currently a 3 hour real time limit on all res spells making it impossible for a corpse to be ressurected after 3 hours.
Wrist: casts Cancel magic at 2x power, cure poision and cure disease.
Feet: Casts levitation on self only, allows cs reps to safely travel on treachours landscapes.
Head: this armor has spell effect of shadow step, when activated shadowstep teleports cs rep a few feet away from his/her current location, this isusefull in the event that the cs rep becomes lodged in game geometry while assisting a player.
Guide Telescope, Allows cs rep to see 20ft further.
Celestial sword creates gate effect when used. this item is only used by CS reps of Guide status and higher.
Staff of Guidance, carried by an apprentice guide and higher. must be taken off during invisible/anon inspections because it emits light.
Earring of Shifting night- allows cs rep to see from a targeted PC's or NPC's perspective, to activate the earring target the PC or NPC and right click the earring.
Earring of Z- Replenishes stamina and provides a flash of light.
Ring of Escape- makes cs rep impervious to all attacks for 1 minute real time.
Ring of Removing- casts cancel magic at 2x power
collar of contraction casts ant legs ( self only)
Eyepatch of Lio while equiped cs rep can have Avatar sight, giving him/her ultravision and see invs.
Cloak of souls, Bind affinity on targeted PC
Belt of Translocation, Effect Sunset Home, Returning the CS rep to his/her bind point.
Words of Ceremony, a cosmetic piece witout function

wand of Memory, casts memory blur
celestial scabard adds 100 to all resists/saves. and has effect of shadowstep.
Guide pack, 10 slot 90% weight reducing pack in which all items that emit light sould be placed when a cs rep undertakes and investigation where invisibility is necessary.

ever wonder how guides know if you have done something naughty in the past well it's called a soul mark here is how they work.
Full Guides+ have access to the following commands.
/praise- adds good soulmark to players account
Syntax: /praise character name PID text
example /praise soandso ABCD1234 player reported thier duped corpse so it could be removed
now for the naughty version, you dont want these.
/warn character name PID text
example /praise soandso ABCD1234 was cursing in shout mode and caused disruption.
now how they check your acct.
when they do a who all check on you, they can automatically see your Player ID
