Crissy35 Unregistered User (11/17/00 10:35 pm) Reply	indoor bulb time Now is a good time for growing indoor bulbs like amaryllis. Here's some basic how to's: Place the bulb in a pot of soil with the top half of the bulb uncovered. Keep moist and warm and it will soon start shooting upwards. After it flowers slowly reduce the watering. Once the foliage has dried down keep the bulb dry and cool. You can also force bulbs in a nice vase. You can place the bulb so it partially touches water to root. It will bloom in the vase. It makes a pretty kitchen accent too.
