June 1st - June 19th
It's almost summer! The last few weeks of school have come, and students will need to study hard for their final exams! Don't let up yet, or your grades won't be what you want them to. Of course, the weather is almost perfect and pristine, in attempts to lure students away from their studies.
late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
It was amazing how close two people could get within a short amount of time. Sean had barely been dating Lynn before they told each other they were falling in love with the other. It was like a real fairy tale coming true in Sean's eyes. Everything having to do with anything was running smoothly for the seventh year. School didn't bother him, his prefect duties were going great and he was even finding himself to have more patience with his sister, which was a miracle in itself.
At the beginning it was hard to go through all those things because he just wanted to see Lynn but now, being with Lynn just helped him get throug the monotnous days at the castle. Lynn was the last thing on Sean's mind at night and the first thing in the morning. Going to bed was easy because he knew that as soon as he woke up he would be able to see her.
Just seeing her was great. It didn't really matter what they did with their time, as long as he could call it theirs. It was nearing curfew and Sean was set with having the first shift of prefect rounds, which was perfect for him. He had told Lynn to go to the student center about five minutes before curfew. He would then take a walk around the castle and then would sneak off to see Lynn. Sean hated making people wait so hopefully Lynn would only be waiting for fifteen minutes.
Sean opted to wearing more comfortable clothing tonight, he usually did on nights that he had a shift. He wore jeans with a belt and then on top a a long sleeved white button up. The prefects hair was done in small spikes and he wore his small hooped earings that he never really wore.
Padding down the hallway Sean nodded to passing professors, and flagged on scraggling students to their proper common rooms. Checking in with filch Sean quickly checked different hallways, trying to get to Lynn as fast as possible. Five minutes past curfew he caught a giggling 3rd year girl and her "boyfriend". Only a couple of seconds later and they were hurrying on there way.
Down another hall he found a fifth year boy heading for what looked like the kitchens and he was sent back to the common rooms as well. Feeling successful Sean marched as quickly as he could to where he would find Lynn. Entering the room he knocked quietly upon entering. "Why hello there." He told her in a casual voice.
Lynn spent most of her evening in the common room, finishing up homework and taking the occasional break to have a chat fest with a friend. Remarkably, she’d managed to finish it rather early and so had been able to run up to her dorm, change, grab a book and start making her way to the Student Centre several minutes before she was supposed to meet Sean.
Comfortable in fitted, flared blue-jeans, a long-sleeved black top with a fake white collar and cuffs, and garnet studs in her ears, she peered warily around the corner. Students weren’t really supposed to be out and about at this time of night; with any luck, if she ran into a prefect, it would be Sean, but she could outsmart most of the others, particularly that tall girl, Lianne. She was too trusting, that one. Though Lynn had heard rumours that the girl had started seeing one of their mutual friends, Devon Singer. Thank heaven Lynn had never acted on her crush on that boy, though at least she’d gotten a couple of romantic dances out of it.
Either way, tonight was going well, and the best part of it was that she was going to see her love. Things had been moving fast with them, almost too fast, but she convinced herself that this was Sean; things were different. He wouldn’t push things. She wasn’t concerned about the physical aspect of their relationship; not only had Sean been acting very gentleman-like, she had no problems with snogging in the closets, as some of her past ‘relationships’ had shown, but it was more the emotional aspect that was new to her.
Commitment. She didn’t have a problem with short-term commitment, but she couldn’t deny that Sean was going to graduate in a few months, and she had no idea what would happen to them. In all likelihood, they’d have to break it off … well, maybe they could make it work, but maybe they couldn’t. Either way, she was just going to enjoy the rest of the evening.
Finally managing to reach the Student Centre, she entered the room and plopped down on one of the couches, lying down and adjusting a pillow so that it rested comfortably behind her head. Biting her lip, she settled down to read the book she’d picked up at Hogsmeade.
All too soon and yet not soon enough, she heard a gentle tap on the door and then a soft, "Why hello there." Lynn raised an eyebrow and closed her book, resting it on her chest as she looked over her shoulder at him. “Hello, yourself. I would come and greet you, but I feel like I’ve been constantly moving around today. My back is aching like the dickens.” Shaking her head, she adjusted slightly so that there was some room for him at the other end of the loveseat, curling up her legs beneath her.
“By the way,” she said, grinning, “You might want to be careful how often you wear those earrings. Combined with the hair, it’s a wonder every female at Hogwarts doesn’t throw herself at you.”

Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
Sean would admit that he and Lynn weren't the normal Hogwarts couple. For one thing there were several years between the, not that that mattered to Sean. The other thing was that they barely knew each other yet they were dating and had proclaimed love for each other.
Lynn had the reputation for being quite a wild girl persay in a relationship. She was known to of had many ventures in snogging with different guys. Sean on the other hand had always focused on the emtional aspect of relationships. He hoped Lynn wasn't growing tired with him because of his lack of showering her with the physical demands she once commanded.
It was just that Sean didn't want to appear that that was all he cared about. But he also did suppose that being physcial was not all bad, it certainly was a perk in a relationship. As Sean leaned against the door frame he couldn't help but think how beautiful Lynn looked. She looked beautiful no matter.
“Hello, yourself. I would come and greet you, but I feel like I’ve been constantly moving around today. My back is aching like the dickens.”
"Fair enough" Sean answered with a shrug. Pushing himself off of the doorframe he walked slowly towards Lynn before taking a seat next to her.
“By the way,” she said, grinning, “You might want to be careful how often you wear those earrings. Combined with the hair, it’s a wonder every female at Hogwarts doesn’t throw herself at you.”
"Ah well that is where a repelling charm is for. Your the only girl that's allowed to throw herself at me" He replied smoothly yet with a hint of joking to his voice. Sean the leaned in and kissed Lynn on the lips. He ended the kiss, slowly pulling away from Lynn.
Then taking one look into her eyes he kissed her again, a little harder this time and more passionantly. "You look beautiful" He whispered in her ear, "I'm sorry your so sore." He added, "Anything I can do to take your mind off of it?" He asked her, pulling away slightly and grabbing her hand tenderly.
ooc: sorry its a little short and uh...bad, a little tired right now but still wanted to post.
Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
Lynn rubbed the back of her neck, wishing she had one of those self-massage devices that was made out of plastic or wood that you could just roll over your neck or scalp or wherever it was that you were aching. She hadn’t done anything particularly strenuous today, just be her normal exuberant self. Of course, slamming into the doorway on her way out of a classroom didn’t exactly help, but she was used to that.
She allowed her hand to drop to her lap, and smiled at Sean as he made his way over and sat down beside her. He honestly couldn’t have any idea how appealing those earrings made him look. If he did, he’d have an ego the size of Canada. Still … she liked to think that, since their first time in the Student Centre when she’d admitted how much she liked them, he had been wearing them a bit more. Of course, that made it all the harder not to jump him whenever he did wear them, but it was a sacrifice she was willing to make.
She’d come to enjoy the emotional part of their relationship so dearly; she could tell Sean so much, and she loved him dearly. There were moments when she felt like she would do anything for him, and likewise. Then there were other times when she felt like she might have an infatuation of puppy love but, really, who listens to that voice?
"Ah well that is where a repelling charm is for. Your the only girl that's allowed to throw herself at me"
Lynn chuckled, and began to say, “Well, you should probably start brushing up on those charms, then,” but she only managed the beginning of, “Well,” before he leaned in and captured her lips in a kiss so sweet and blissful, that all thought of clever retorts flew out of her head. He pulled away tantalizingly slowly, but before she could get her breath back, he leaned in again.
This time, she was overcome by the passion in their kiss, and her mind grew fuzzy. Vaguely, she realized that she hadn’t felt like this in a long time. He was stirring something up in her, something that had been simmering under the surface for months. The thing that really added an extra punch was that there was so much love in that kiss. Love and lust; apart, they were enjoyable, but together … it was an extremely exciting, and dangerous, combination.
He stopped all too soon, whispering, ”You look beautiful, I’m sorry your so sore,” in her ear, causing her to shiver at his warm breath tickling her. This was so strange. This was Sean, she knew that, and she had had kisses far hotter than that before … so why was she already spinning out of control?
"Anything I can do to take your mind off of it?"
More, please, she wanted to say, but resisted the urge. Besides, she didn’t think she was quite capable of speech yet. After several moments, she managed to get her emotions in check and offered him a cheeky smile. “You were doing just fine a minute ago.” Gently, carefully, she shifted closer to him and raised their joined hands to her lips. After she placed a timid kiss there, she looked into his eyes and said, “Where did that come from?”

Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
Being in Lynn's company made Sean feel more relaxed than he normally was through out the day. So many emotions ran through him through out the day but the only ones he was certain about were the runs directed at his girlfriend.
Sean was deeply into actually liking someone when you hung out with them or dated them. He hated being friends with someone or dating someone because it would be more socially excepted. The last time that had happened was in Australia and well, lets just say it wasn't a very pleasant memory to recall.
It was very important, to Sean, to focus on the emotional stages in a relationship, rather than a physical. You could become physical with someone but have no emotions towards that person. Sean just disagreed with that approach. Sure sometimes lust could turn to love but Sean would rather start out the other way. Starting out with love would then make anything physical passionate instead of lustful.
Sean knew of his girlfriends reputatation and he didn't want her to think he was a prude or anything. But Sean didn't kiss Lynn tonight the way he did just because he knew she would want it or to prove himself or anything like that. He just thought that maybe it would be a nice change and that they were due for some more physical excursions. He didn't really expect this when he snuck away to meet Lynn, it just hit him and he was caught up in the moment.
This all felt very mysterious to Sean, like he and Lynn were in an old black and white film. The couple sneaking out to meet each other in the night time. They meet in an abanoned room and both pray that they are not caught. It was exhilerating, he had to admit.
“You were doing just fine a minute ago.” Sean gave Lynn a lopsided grin. He knew that if he were another guy than he would be smirking at the moment but Sean wasn't a smirking kind of guy.
"I bet" He murmered quietly to her. He had thus far never kissed Lynn the way he had just then. It felt great, exciting, he wanted to do it more. But Sean took his time on these things, not liking to rush into it and ruin the moment; except, of course, if they were both caught up in the excitement.
Lynn kissed his hand, alot different than what they had just experienced a moment ago. However, Sean liked it, there was tenderness to it, tenderness that they experienced in most of their meetings. “Where did that come from?”
Sean grinned at Lynn, as though he had a secret that he was teasingly keeping hidden from her. "What can I say, you're a hard girl to resist" There that sensation again he got in the pit of the stomach when he had kissed Lynn.
Not being able to sit there in silence any longer Sean leaned in and again kissed Lynn passionantly. Putting both hands on either side of Lynn, he leaned forward into the kiss more. "You are quite irresistable Miss Stuart." He whispered as he pulled away and stared straight into her eyes.
Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
When Lynn affirmed that he had been doing fine a minute ago, he offered her a lopsided grin that was completely out of place in this sort of moment, and yet so ‘Sean’. Maybe some girls would say that he wasn’t your typical guy, but that wasn’t true. She had some sweet, kind male friends back home, particularly in her drama group, that were just as good as Sean. They just never clicked in a romantic sense and, for that, she was thankful. It might have made things awkward.
“I bet" He murmered quietly to her.
How was he doing this? This was so different from the way he was usually, and every new thing that he said sent a chill down – up – down … which way? She couldn’t tell! How did the saying go? Oh, not the point, Lynn, not the point … the point is that everything he said sounded fresh, exciting and, most surprisingly, passionate. She had a feeling he could’ve started talking about pig slop and she would’ve thought it was romantic.
Okay. Maybe not pig slop. But still.
"What can I say, you're a hard girl to resist"
“Is that so,” she said, raising an eyebrow. “Then you must have remarkable fortitude to have held out for this long. I like that in a fellow.”
Lynn barely managed to finish her sentence before he leaned forward and kissed her deeply again, and then deepened it further by putting his hands on either side of her and trapping her on the couch. She relaxed into it, enjoying the sensations that he was igniting in her body – sensations that had been so long dormant. Sean had taught her to love the emotional aspect of a relationship, but he wasn’t exactly shabby in the snogging department either.
She whimpered as he pulled away. "You are quite irresistable Miss Stuart."
“Glad you think so,” she whispered, bringing one hand up to brush over his spiked hair and her other to rest on the nape of his neck, drawing him towards her as she closed her eyes and sought his touch again. As she did so, she shifted so he didn’t have to lean as far to kiss her; they could’ve fit another person on the couch, at this point. “You know that someone could walk in, right?”
She didn’t mind at all, of course; the thrill of possibly getting caught just added to the excitement of the encounter. This wasn’t the first time she’d snogged someone in the student centre, and it wouldn’t be the first time she’d been caught, either. Still, she really didn’t want that to happen, because that would likely require the evening to end all too quickly. Lynn touched her lips to his, capturing them both in a kiss both passionate and gentle, deep and stirring.

Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
Sean felt slightly wierded out by the way he was acting. He never really spoke like the way he was, not to Lynn or to any other girl he had been with. It felt odd and out of place, like he was a different person. But Sean had never really had a relationship like this before. He was definantly being caught up in the moment and he was finding himself actually saying his thoughts outloud.
No matter though, Sean felt his actions were natural and Lynn was responding to his words no differently than she normally would. He wondered what she thought. The seventh year had never really shown this side before. It wasn't that he didn't want to, he did, but he was waiting for the right moment and tonight, now and here, was definantly the right moment
“Is that so,” she said, raising an eyebrow. “Then you must have remarkable fortitude to have held out for this long. I like that in a fellow.”
Sean smiled at Lynn. It wasn't a smug smile but a care-free one. He had to admit that Lynn knew what she was talking about. Of course it was hard to hold out but not as hard for Sean as it was for most guys. "Well then lucky me." Sean replied, referring to the fact that Lynn said she liked "fellows" like him.
As he kissed Lynn he felt her relax under him and he just barely denied a grin from growing on her face as he heard a faint whimper from Lynn. “Glad you think so,” Lynn brought a hand to Sean's neck that made a tingle run down his spine. He hadn't really felt that tingle before. Well he had, but there was so much more emotion in this one....if that even made sense.
“You know that someone could walk in, right?” Sean was worried about that. He would no doubt be discovered missing in action soon, hopefully not too soon though. But he doubted that the caretaker would take too much effort in finding the ever so "reliable" prefect Sean. He had some time to afford a little fun, he felt that he deserved it.
But also the thought of getting caught, the chance of losing the trust that he had tried so hard to establish with the professors was not a pleasant idea to Sean. But he was daring once, he and his friends in New Zealand were well respected but still caused all sorts of trouble. This was no different than the Sean that everyone knew at his old home.
Sean knew Lynn loved the fear and danger of being caught. It was time to take a leaf out of the teacher's book. After all, the night of the pairs first kiss she had told him that she was going to loosen him up.
"It appears that your lesson's on loosening me up are finally paying off." He told her simply before Lynn gave Sean a kiss of her own.
The pair were closer now, and Sean wanted to melt in Lynn's kiss. As the kiss grew longer Sean brought one hand up to hold Lynn's right cheek and then slowly he brought it down the side of Lynn's body, coming to a rest on her thigh.
Sean brought his lips away from Lynn's for a teasing moment before kissing her several more times slowly and tenderly. Breaking away once more Sean breathed, "This is most certainly better than any rounds I've ever made." He couldn't help but joke slightly, especially in the type of situation he and his girlfriend were in. He kissed her tenderly on the lips again before adding, "Wish I thought of this sooner."
Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
Lynn still remembered their first meeting after Christmas; the first time she’d been able to thank him for helping her when she fainted. She still had bad memories of that illness, but more so of her trial on the train. Being tortured by a Deatheater … it was something that gave you nightmares even just to hear about it. To withstand it was far worse. She was no marauder, at least not when it came to things like that. She had already encountered pain in her recoveries from various surgeries, and she had no wish to encounter them again.
She didn’t mind needles for drawing blood; she used to, but not after having to endure it at least twice a day for a week. It seemed like nothing now, after what she had been through. Still, she never mentioned this pain to anyone; she didn’t want to make it seem like she was bragging. Sometimes, when things began to cave in on her, she remembered what she had already gone through and then everything else seemed trivial. She could go through the day without slumping, as she had in her early years at Hogwarts.
Now, though, Sean was igniting feelings in her and sweeping her off her feet. She felt lightheaded, as though she would start seeing stars in a minute. "It appears that your lesson's on loosening me up are finally paying off." Indeed, they had; there was a fire burning in her love’s eyes that she had never seen before, a fire that she had encouraged and given tinder. A small part of her brain grew slightly scared at what Lynn had brought upon herself, but she shoved it aside; she could handle the intensity that came with passion and love combined.
As they kissed, she felt him hold her cheek tenderly and then slowly drop it down her body, resting on her upper leg. She realized, as he broke their kiss and kissed her several more times teasingly, that she was growing dizzier and dizzier. It would have scared her silly, had she not trusted Sean so completely. Besides, she had been in more physically intimate situations than this before. But with love involved, it raised the intensity to a level far beyond anything that she had experienced before.
"This is most certainly better than any rounds I've ever made."
Lynn tried to laugh, but her breath caught in her throat; she smiled instead. Why was this leading her up the road to the city of terror? This was Sean. She knew how to do these things. She trusted him. Most importantly, she loved him. What was wrong with her? Lynn, she thought to herself, you’re being silly. You can handle this. It’s just a surge of emotion, nothing you can’t handle. Act, if you have to!
"Wish I thought of this sooner."
Letting a coy smile come onto her face, she pushed aside her terror once and for all and lowered her voice to a whisper. “I’m not.” Drawing on well-honed abilities, she slowly moved forward and rested her head on his shoulder, turning so she could kiss him in the area between his neck and his throat. “This is perfect like this.” Kissing another spot down further on his neck, she continued softly, “We’re perfect.”

Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
Ever since Sean's fourth year in school he had always been afraid of not snogging persay but what could happen from it. Sean was friends with students his age but also older students that got into things that just wasn't right with Sean. However, sometimes it is hard not to follow friends. Sean was ashamed of something that happened in his fourth year and was terrified that it would happen again.
That was why Sean didn't really snog with girls that much. Well, he did snog but not too passionantly. Passion was a dangerous thing. It could be used to have a good time but Sean would prefer to use it to show his love.
The seventh year was a firm believer in not kissing a girl unless you mean. Of course there were times where he would shaft that believe in the dark but overall he tried not to give girls the wrong impression of his intentions.
Sitting here now with Sean made him feel so lucky that he chose not to be like this with just any girl. It was well he supposed he could call special but he didn't want to sound cheezy. Sean wasn't a hopeless romantic but he knew what girls liked, at least he hoped he did.
“I’m not.” Sean cocked an eyebrow, wandering why possibly not. He was distracted, however, by the fact that Lynn was kissing him on the neck, a sensitive spot for him. “This is perfect like this.” Kissing another spot down further on his neck, she continued softly, “We’re perfect.”
Sean closed his eyes, wishing this moment to never end. Slowly he opened them and smiled at his girlfriend. "You're perfect" He told her. The feeling of lips almost made Sean sigh but stopped himself just in time. Grinning michieviously at Lynn he wrapped his arms around her waist and slowly pulled her onto his lap.
He stared at her for a moment, only a moment before supplying another kiss to her lips. "Wouldn't this be a site to walk in on" He whispered softly against her ears before reaching in for another kiss.
Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
Lynn was happy to see that she seemed to be having some sort of an effect on Sean; she had a feeling that he wasn’t closing his eyes because he was tired. One could say that she had practiced what she knew a guy liked time and time again, and that this, finally, was the real thing. Here was someone who she actually cared if they liked what she did or not.
She ceased kissing him as he opened his eyes, though she kept her mouth near the path she’d just traced, and smiled up at him as he said, ”You’re perfect.” Her smile widened to a grin as she said softly, “You better believe it.” That was the way to do this; bring levity to the situation. As long as she could keep coming up with quips, she was still in control. None of this had to scare her.
Allowing her hands to drop to his neck as he grinned at her and gently lifted her onto his lap, she waited until he was done the relocation before she settled into a slightly comfier position for herself; she wouldn’t be able to stay like this for long, but it was fine temporarily. She watched him stare at her for a moment, and then closed her eyes as he kissed her again.
What was he thinking? Obviously, he wasn’t thinking she was some sort of wonton witch, considering how he was reciprocating, but really, what was going on in that head of his? Before this, she could only have considered rational thoughts and feelings to go through, but in the heat of passion and with a beautiful girl on his lap, what was he thinking?
"Wouldn't this be a site to walk in on"
It was getting harder and harder to concentrate as he came in for another kiss. Lynn made sure it was a short, almost teasing one, before she whispered in return, “Wouldn’t it, though?” Grinning recklessly, she shifted and straddled him, resting one hand on either side of his head as she dipped down for another kiss. “Maybe we should sell tickets.”
Oh, yes, it was definitely getting more difficult to stay rational. No, forget rational; she was barely holding on to her sanity at this point.
OOC: God, she has totally taken over for me at this point.

Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
It was surprising how much energy Sean was feeling at the moment. Sure he was awake and not tired when he first entered the room but now he just had a burst of energy waking him up more than ever. Sean never thought he would be the type of guy to ditch out on a responsibility and than would end up snogging with his girlfriend.
Alot of Sean's friends back home in Australia or New Zealand had their fair of "excitement" but Sean was never one to really follow there leads. He didn't want to come off as a jerk who only care about action. And besides he had a past that he never fully got out of his head.
But Sean tried not to think about that right now. This was a new experience between the couple and Sean wouldn't want to ruin anything. He thought that Lynn might be surprised about his new antics. He was actually surprising himself, this was a new move for him and something that he thought he wouldn't be the start of. Not that he thought that this was all Lynn was capable of starting....Merlin's Beard Sean! Focus on now and not anything else!
“You better believe it.”
Sean wanted to chuckle but felt that would be out of place in the situation at hand. “Wouldn’t it, though?” Sean was going to respond to that but he was obviously distracted the moment Lynn straddled him. Smart move by that girl, she was reeling him in and fast.
“Maybe we should sell tickets.” If it weren't for the fact that Lynn's lips had met Sean's he would of told her that he didn't think that anyone would be able to "afford they're show." Not that he thought of it as a show of course.
It was certainly growing hot in here. If only they could crack a window, a door, a shirt, or something. While Lynn placed hands on either of side Sean placed his on her thighs. He returned Lynn's gesture, kissing passionantly as ever before; slightly hard but still with meaning.
Slowly Sean moved his hands up Lynn's side and back down again, feeling the need to use his hands. In between slower kisses Sean slowly breathed. "It's...getting...a little...hot in...here" He finally said, moving his lips from Lynn's her neck and placing light kisses there.
As Lynn threw herself into the situation with her boyfriend, she felt danger bells begin to go off in her head, particularly when Sean kissed her with a passion unlike any either of them had ever experienced ,and moved his hands up and down her body. She kept reminding herself that she had done things like this before, gone further than this before, felt as dizzy as this before.
It was all true, except for the last part. She was used to feeling in control when she snogged one of her boys; now, she was drawing full-throttle on her acting and improv abilities to try and maintain a semblance of seeming like she still held the steering wheel.
Truthfully, it had started to veer out of her hands as soon as he touched her. Through a haze, she felt Sean break one of their kisses, which were growing slower and deeper by the second, and start kissing her up and down her neck, as she had done to him only moments before. It was one of the most intense situations you could find yourself in.
"It's...getting...a little...hot in...here"
She heard him say it, but it took a minute to register, as she struggled to keep breathing at a regular pace when her breaths were growing more and more ragged. Lynn had nothing but a thread of control left. If she let it go, she was both recklessly excited and horribly terrified of what she might do.
She should stop. She knew she had to stop.
Lynn battled with the opposing voices in her mind, taking a moment to voice a response to Sean’s comment. “You just noticed?” Pathetically lame. She could do better than that. “Is it too hot for you, Mister Abernathy-Raelene? Imagine that. You’re not even the one wearing a black sweater.”
And now, oh Merlin, she wished she’d worn just a t-shirt instead of a sweater with a fake collar and fake cuffs; Sean was right. Things were getting hot. In more ways than one.
Part of her wondered what he would do if she wanted to go further – further than she ever had and, she believed, than he had. Lynn was dizzy in love with him, and all thoughts of staying semi-chaste until marriage were beginning to fly out of her mind.
She rested her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes. It would be so easy, oh so easy … she probably couldn’t ask for a better first partner than Sean. Should she? There were other rooms in the student centre, they could go into one of those.
She drew one more, shuddering breath, and cradled his head in her hands as she kissed him once more, long and deep. Then she opened her eyes and pulled away. Slightly awkwardly, she moved so that she was sitting at the other end of the loveseat once more, but adjusted so that she could rest her head on his shoulder.
“We had to stop,” Lynn whispered.

Re: late night flirations (lynn) March 4th
Sean and Lynn were heading for a dangerous situation that was slowly spiraling out of either one of their's control. With each moment Sean and Lynn became more passionate wrapped, involved in their love for one another and for their raging hormones. Since being at Hogwarts Sean had not been in a situation like this and he was jumping into it welcoming but also with wary caution.
All in Sean was telling him to be careful and to think of what this could lead to. At slight pauses Sean knew that that was moment that all this could stop and they would be saved from making a grave mistake (was it a mistake thought) but then the next kiss would block those thoughts out like clouds blocking the sun.
This was as close intimately that the pair have shared thus far. It seemed that they had energy pent up and bottled for so long that it was exploding now. Sean had of course thought many times of sharing a moment like this with Lynn but just didn't know how to approach the situation. Tonight, however, he thought was a perfect opportunity for him and his girlfriend to grow in other areas besides emotions.
Sean couldn't help but wonder if Lynn was like this with all the guys she snogged. He just couldn't see it, her kisses were exciting and experienced but were full of love that Sean thought or at least hoped she hadn't shared with another guy.
Hearing his voice saying that it was getting hot in the room Sean knew that it would sound like he was implying something. He really didn't say it like that though. But if Lynn took it that way than maybe he would just have to go with it. But if not, than it didn't really matter. Whatever happened, happened.
“You just noticed?” Pathetically lame. She could do better than that. “Is it too hot for you, Mister Abernathy-Raelene? Imagine that. You’re not even the one wearing a black sweater.”
In between kisses Sean couldn't help but chuckle slightly. "You win." He told her quickly, not being able to disagree. While he was engulfed in Lynn's kisses and he issued out some of his own fears were brought to surface of how far this might ultimately go. He had never really gone too far with a girl, but he wasn't exactly unexperienced either; he had never really heard exactly Lynn's amount of experience now that he thought of it.
During one particulary passionate kiss Sean closed his eyes, savory the moment. He didn't see it but he felt the next move from Lynn and it was greatly unexpected: Lynn pulled herself off of Sean's lap. He was frazzled for a moment but collected himself, composed himself.
“We had to stop,” Lynn whispered.
It was comforting to have Lynn lean her head against Sean. What other couple besides them could be on top of each other one second and then just stop and seperate like that. Sean felt guilty for wishing they hadn't stopped but had to agree with Lynn.
The seventh year was slightly red in the face and definantly still hot. Looking down at the girl on his shouldar Sean gave her a knowing and understanding look. "Thing's were getting a little intense there." He admitted outloud to her.
