The basic theory is that you create an energy bubble around you. Now I have never thought I was any good with sheilding but most people have told me that basically you visualise the energy around you.

I can never quite grasp the difference between visualisation and imagination.

There are several books on sheilding out there and even more webistes if you do a search on, Psychic self defense, psychic sheilds, psi-vamp or psychic vampires. You should find several.

Be warned most the psychic vampire sites are anti-vamp.
