I was thinking about it, and i go through something in the neighborhood of 400-500 wheels a year. Obviously i wear them some, but nowhere NEAR as old and worn-down as i've seen many of y'all skating on them.
If you could buy some slightly used (but not used up) wheels for $1-2 (depending on original quality and current condition) would you? Would you change wheels more often if you knew it was a $20 purchase instead of $25 - $100 ?
Team discounts can get you wheels for $35-$50 new. So your deal of $1 buck a wheel should give you some takers if they are as you say. I have a new zillion wheels from wins, clinic's testing R&D that I am set for a while. Plus I trade 2 new sets 80's ( I have 1/2 a zillion)for 1 set 84s when ever I can. Good deal for some one that is for sure. Roooooger

I heard of a thing called a wheel hog. It would reprofile your wheels to something close to original. I tried making one, The blade was not discribed to me right, so it did not work. Will try it again someday.
